I was searching for a place to make a custom sized mattress and found this store on Google search. I was first communicating with them via text messages. They kindly gave me all the information I need, and then I visited the store in person. I loved what I saw, the quality of the mattresses, and the price seemed good to me. I ordered a custom sized Twin XL mattress 40x80x10. I received my mattress in 3 weeks. The delivery was on time. My son loves the mattress, it’s very comfortable. LUXURIOUS MATTRESSES I enjoyed a beautiful soundbath by Roxie at this stunning store one evening. Each of us picked out a mattress to get comfortable on while Roxie tuned our chakras with sound bowls, a resonating gong and an ocean drop. Gary was very knowledgeable when it came to picking the right bed for the evening, and he lit the store with candles for the event. You can tell he loves what he does. I adore my own Casper bed, but after lounging on one of Custom Comfort's firm, luxurious mattress, I'll consider them next time around. This was the best soundbath I've ever had! The setting was stunning and relaxing. It was like being at an adult spiritual slumber party. I could easily get accustomed to this!

If you're in the market for a new mattress (and if you're around the area), Custom Comfort Mattress is definitely a place worth checking out. While I haven't been to all of their locations, if they are anything like this location, then it's the way to go if you're ready for some amazing sleep. Not only do they have a beautiful showroom, and great beds at various price ranges, the customer service is also superb. They gave us our own pillows with fresh pillow cases for each visit, explained in detail the materials and helped us figure out what worked best for our sleeping positions and our price range. When we still decided to check out other places after our first visit, they didn't pressure us for a second but made sure we were well informed of what important questions to ask and what to look for when we visit other mattress stores. Ultimately, after testing other mattresses at other stores, we ended up coming back here. Yes, they are pricier than the generic mattresses, but we couldn't get over the difference we felt with their quality AND their service. (Other places hardly gave us the time of day and just told us to "just hop on and see if you like it.") The mattress we bought is double sided so we can flip that, AND flip the separate topper. Plus, if the topper can be replaced separately if needed in the future. One of the best purchases we made in 2024!

Beyond My expectation. In a market which there are ton of mattress stores, it is hard to find a genuine business and people who you can trust. This was a purchase 3 years in the making... I am a HUGE fan of latex mattress, my husband is a memory foam kind of guy. Two very different mattresses and neither of us would budge. Then a while back we visited custom comfort and met Kevin (in the Pasadena store at the time) who patiently let us try practically every mattress and topper in the store. Ultimately we didn't buy thinking we were moving and wanted to wait to get a bigger mattress. Well, now we were ready and found our way to the Beverly Hills tore. Jeff helped us out and we loved his patient and attentive style and desire to really help us find the best bed for us, in our range, and that we BOTH loved. Turns our Kevin was moved to that location so we got the added bonus of reconnecting with Kevin and all his expert knowledged too. Jeff and Kevin were so patient, kind, educated and really spent the time to listen to us and understand our "unique" sleeping needs. Jeff really went the extra mile in showing us comparisons, different models in the adjustable bed frames and showing my hubby the "other" brands and what we the internal structure versus custom comfort to support the labor, cost and love that goes into each bed (plus the 10 year guarantee). Well, after 3 hours of trying out mattresses and toppers combinations... in the end we got a California King with an adjustable frame - including the massage function - and delivery in a week! We worked with Ila. I own a green company and it's very important that I spend my dollars with other companies that are doing their best to be green. Most mattress companies have a return policy the problem is when you return the mattress they just throw it out they don't fix it. Because custom comfort mattresses builds their mattresses locally they are able to pick up your mattress and make adjustments. If your mattress was too firm or too soft they just fix your mattress and return it to you. Instead of throwing it out and giving you a different mattress. We need more companies that fix things instead of starting over. So glad this company found me. I built several beds for their clients and then became a client myself. I haven't bought a new mattress in years and it was time. I saw a 'Black Friday' ad on the instagram and went to see what all the hubbub was about. They have a small parking lot (measure bonus because parking is tough) and when I entered the shop Zeke (sales associate) made me feel welcomed. He greeted me and asked what was I looking for. I explained I wanted a mattress but didn't need a box spring because of my platform bed. We started out testing the mattresses on display and boy did I feel like Goldilocks or should I saw Ebonylocks! We tried all the mattresses to see what firmness and type of mattress I liked. I settled on one in my price range and scheduled delivery (FREE DELIVERY). I've had my mattress for two weeks and I'm sleeping like a baby. It's wonderfully firm and am loving the pillow I got as well. I will eventually splurge on a pad for extra oomph but right now this mattress is great.

I was looking for a new mattress and a friend suggested to speak with a professional, Someone who knew about the different mattresses out there and how those mattresses can be beneficial to your body. My issue is bad shoulders due to years of working out and arthritis on both of them. At night it is uncomfortable to sleep and the discomfort was forcing me to sleep on my back. I prefer sleeping on my side. I came to Custom Comfort Mattress and meet with Gary. He was very helpful had a lot of patience to explain how mattresses are made and even showed me a product display they have at the store to help me understand what the interior of a mattress looks like and the importance of finding the proper body support. I had no idea that there are mattresses made for people like me who struggle with shoulder issues and that there are other products made for those with back pain or leg pain. Long story short I had my eyes set on a mattress I thought was very comfortable and he was honest enough to let me know that although that mattress was very comfortable it wasn't good for my shoulder issues and asked me to try a different one. I immediately assumed that he was trying to upsale me me but actually the one he suggested was lower in price and provides a much better support to my shoulder and neck areas. I purchased that Mattress he recommended and I am forever thankful to Custom Comfort Mattress for setting me up with a product that truly has made a big difference on the type of sleep I am getting. Gary was fundamental on my decision, It felt good to talk to someone so knowledgeable and patient who stirred me in the right direction. Very happy with my purchase and I will be back next time I need a new mattress.

It took a while to get the topper correct but the staff is so willing to make everything right for their customer. We finally achieved the right feeling and now we are sleeping on a cloud. The staff makes you feel that they really care about your needs and are willing to put out the effort to make it right. Very happy with the staff and our bed!

This is an update and reaffirmation to my original 2 star review, which prompted Nehjla to contact me. Again I reaffirm my 2 star review for the mattress I purchased it fall 2019, which still sags on the edges and squeaks loudly waking me up, after two attempts to firm up the mattress while upholding my 5 star Customer Service. Again, I think the staff sincerely believes the factory can adjust the firmness of a mattress to the customer's preferences, which in my case was to firm up a medium firm mattress to extra firm. They "tried" to do this twice, which only felt better for 3 months. In hindsight, the factory "adjusted" my mattress OVERNIGHT, which is probably why both adjustments were temporary. Lesson Learned: Do not buy a mattress that needs to be adjusted, even if the manufacturer is local in Orange County! Even after spending $1000+$200 adjustment just 3 years ago, I am considering buying anew mattress to sleep better and put this bad mattress experience behind me!

I recently moved and was in need of a new mattress. After a little bit of shopping, I couldn't get passed the amazing service and quality of these mattresses. Gary and his team are great and are able to help determine your mattress based on your body type. I got it home, laid down on it and thought it was the most comfortable bed I have ever laid on. The team that helped me get it in was great, courteous, and had a great attitude. Non of that 'grumpy' delivery types here! If you are looking, don't go any further. Gary and Isla of Custom Comfort and Custom Comfort on Beverly Blvd. deserve an A+ in all categories. The quality of their adjustable beds and mattresses and other bedding products is excellent. And the knowledgeable and personalized service they give is also excellent. I bought an adjustable bed and mattress and a waterproof mattress cover from them and I am beyond satisfied. When I decided I wanted my bed to be a bit lower in height, Gary and his team returned to my home to change it for me. Everything they do is with a smile and with the thought of the best interests of their customer.

Wow! We are in the midst of finishing a new home in the Palm Springs area that has been a 2 year project, and I'll have to say that our bed buying experience with Custom Comfort has been the #1 experience of all the vendors that we have dealt with....and there has been a lot of them! We stumbled into the West Hollywood store without having ever heard of this company before, and were pretty tired after our 45 minute presentation from the Duxiana rep down the street a few moments prior. We walked in and had a very informative and pressure free education from Gary. We tried a few beds, and pretty quickly found one that both my wife and I loved (which is tricky because we have different preferences). We were on our way back to Canada so left it at that and were going to think about it. Upon our return we contacted Gary and were ready to place our order...but just before our designer found out about the thickness of the mattress (it had a top and bottom pillow-top) and thought it would not work with our room set-up. This began a back and forth with Custom Comfort and they were unbelievably patient through the whole thing and you could tell they just wanted us to be happy...you can tell they get that this is an important purchase. We finally decided on the 'Retreat' bed with just a top pillow top. It was delivered by very courteous guys, and they even threw in a couple of amazing pillows that we are about to buy more of. After a couple weeks of sleep, we were questioning whether the pillow top was a little too hard, and again contacted CC about our options. Even though the sale had been made, they provided the same pre-sale service and offered to add softness/replace the pillow top to see if that helped. My wife was hesitant to do just a 5% increase in soft instead of 10%, in case it wasn't enough. They were quick to say let's start with 5%, and if that's still not enough we'll do it again. To top this all off, when we couldn't find a time that worked for them to deliver another pillow top, they made a special trip all the way from LA to Palm Springs, on the memorial day weekend just so we'd have it before leaving for home. That's unbelievable!! The new top was the perfect adjustment, and we are now having sleeps that we've only dreamed of...they truly helped us find that perfect bed that I only used to think existed in 5 star hotels. We've been living a nightmare after purchasing a home from Ken Bernard and Bernard Investment Group at Vail Dunes in Rancho Mirage, CA, and this bed has been the bright spot. We are now almost 8 months past our close date and still dealing with the consequences of Ken Bernard's incompetence and disregard for his clients, so a good sleep has been a true blessing. Shopping for mattresses is an overwhelming experience-national chains,department stores and tacky mattress stores all over the city. After a few days of shopping and testing, I had no idea what want I wanted and I was exhausted by the holiday sales, the sales pitches, the marketing materials and the online research. Enter Custom Comfort, a gleaming oasis of style in the design district. They have mattresses made from the best materials and love to show you how they are made. They have natural latex and organic options and a range of prices. I was able to stay under a budget of $2K for what I consider a luxury product. The owner, who commutes from the OC, was massively patient with me as I came back day after day to test their mattresses. Despite all that testing, I chose a mattress that was too hard for me in an effort to make the other half comfortable. No problem, back to the store. More testing. More questions. In the end they put the "Custom" in Comfort by adding a natural latex pillowtop to the mattress (both sides) and swapping out the box for a lower profile. Now I'm happy. I can sleep. Another appeal for me was the opportunity to support local business and local jobs, but even if shopping local doesn't matter to you, you should definitely check out Custom Comfort for its quality.

I couldn't rave enough about this company! You don't feel pressured by crazy sales tactics like I experienced elsewhere. They have mattresses that are over 40,000 but they don't treat you like a peasant when you tell them you can only spend 1,500. Apparently, its unheard of to have a flip-able mattress these days, but Custom Comforts has pillow top on both sides and you can flip them! My most favorite thing about this company is that if your bed ends up being too firm or too soft after a few weeks sleep, they take it in and add or take out padding/coils. It has a special barrier between the coils and foam to protect the foam from getting torn up through the years! I could talk about them forever, I wouldn't even mind working there! My fiancé and I chose the enhance 2.0 and we love it so far. Thank you Darina for helping us with everything!

I'm so grateful for the high quality service I received at Custom a Comfort Mattress today. Daring was amazing, as was the other woman who's name I didn't catch unfortunately. I was a little worried I would get the Pretty Woman treatment because it's such a nice area, and they have such high end merchandise, and I clearly don't have a lot of money; but they were kind, warm, and welcoming, helping me find a bed that wouldn't break my budget and working with me financially. The fact that they can do adjustments to your bed is such an amazing perk when you go through this Orange County based company too. Mattress too firm? They'll add layers of padding. Too soft? They'll take some out. It's amazing. Plus, as everybody has said here, ALL their mattresses are flippable unlike anything you'll find at other stores. They have bisected mattresses of the top name brands compared to theirs so you can do a real comparison on how the beds are constructed too. I absolutely recommend this place to anybody looking for a new bed. And a shot out to the delivery guys- thanks for doing all the heavy lifting! I really appreciate all you do.

Gary and the folks at Custom Comfort are the absolute best. Right from walking in the door to shaking Gary's hand before you walk out it is a laid back, informative and awesome experience. The showroom is open and inviting with a nice luxury undertone, tons of options, ideas for decorating and even bed frames to go with your new bed! Gary took a ton of time explaining what makes CCM the best, from All-American construction, to the hand made details and quality materials. The fact you can flip them and even tighten or loosen the coils is amazing, and helps them last a long long time. I ended up getting a Cal King with a pillow top that Gary recommended as a good compromise between my stomach sleeping and my girlfriends side sleeping. He absolutely nailed it. It's the best bed i've ever owned or slept on and the girlfriend is over the moon with the support her back and hips get. The other great thing about this place is that you're not going to get a sales associate who works on commission, these people are here to help you get the best sleep possible, not make a little extra off you. Basically, if you're in the market for a bed, don't spend 2500 on some non-flip serta not made in the US, go see Gary at Custom Comfort and I bet you walk out with triple the value (and probably don't spend as much either!) You're the best CCM!

This is the fourth Custom Comfort Matress I have owned. I bought my first in college and have slept very well since. I still appreciate the quality, attention to detail and craftsmanship in Custom Comfort that I have not seen in other mattresses, even in high end hotels I have been fortunate to stay in. On this last occasion I dealt with Mauricio at the West Hollywood store. He was very pleasant to deal with. His customer service skills, follow through, and ability to "under-promise, over-deliver" were outstanding, and rarely seen. There may be more expensive mattresses or there, but none will give you this kind of quality and craftsmanship for the price. That's rent I keep going back. You will too!

We love Dream, in fact we won't get a mattress anywhere else but here. While I was pregnant (and very uncomfortable) we came into Dream and and got a different top for our mattress (which is a dream mattress and box) This new topper totally gave me he support I needed, and made the rest of my pregnancy so much better. Since then, we have moved- and purchased a platform bed, and we got another mattress that was made specifically for a platform bed, and it is so comfortable. I have had some postpartum pains, but this bed has made them all better and I owe it all to this company!!! The service here is top notch- we are forever customers!!!

Where do I start with this wonderful review? 8 years ago, my parents purchased some Custom Comfort Mattresses for a home in Orange County. I was the beneficiary of one of them and I've LOVED it ever since. Great back support, along with a pillow top that keeps it all comfy. Of note, the mattresses are built with stronger springs that most mattresses, in addition to cotton, not 'sponge,' as the base-cloth material. It all leads to an incredible night's sleep. With that said, I recently started a family of my own, with my fiancee and babyboy. In renting our first apartment, we decided to furnish it with mattresses from CCM in West Hollywood. The entire experience was just like it was 8 years ago - we had our fill of an entire showroom full of mattresses, with the store manager, Gary, kindly explaining all the variances to us. Noticing that I had a new family, Gary also offered a discount that helped us tremendously. It was only a matter of time before I purchased an entire new bed set from Dream :) I've had my new pillow top mattress for over a month now, and it has dramatically changed the way I sleep. Not certain how they do their "Quality Control." However, I am certain that I experienced the worst sleep of my life after this mattress arrived. Back pain. Neck pain. Shoulder Pain. I had to sleep on my couch until my new/different branded mattress arrived. NO JOKE my hardwood floor is/was more comfortable to me...Not acceptable, not satisfied, not joking.

I recently purchased an amazing mattress from Dream at their Beverly Hills store. Ken and Gary made the decision easy and I was able to find the perfect Mattress easily. It's a pleasure to buy from people who are so proud of their product. The delivery men were very professional. They even asked if I was going to use a bed skirt before they put the mattress on the box springs. Great attention to detail. The mattress is also very comfortable! I'm glad I made the decision to purchase from Dream by Custom Comfort.

A latex pillow... who knew? I have battled pillows for many years, never really finding one to suit my picky sleeping needs. I went to Dream expecting to purchase a tempurpedic pillow of some kind... The associate that helped me was incredibly patient, as I flip-flopped from pillow to pillow for almost an hour. I eventually chose a firm latex pillow, though I wasn't sure how it would translate to sleeping at home. I must say I have been sleeping incredible for months since buying it. It breathes amazing... and I wake up more refreshed than ever. Sometimes shocked at how good I feel in the morning. When I am ready to get a new mattress... I will also go straight to Dream. I rarely give reviews. Maybe my second one ever. I WISH more places (retail and service) provided excellent customer service and detail to their customer. I am SOOO happy with my new mattress. Gary Trudell (Owner) and Custom Comfort Mattresses are the best. High quality and the "old fashioned" type of mattress where you can both rotate and flip. Company owned and operated, you can tell this by the service that Gary and his staff help and aid the customer. There is no better mattress and no better mattress company out their. The are far better than those mattresses that cost $50K. They make their own mattresses and Gary is out to please everyone - no matter what your budget or need. I have recommended Custom Comfort Mattress to many people and everyone has been ecstatic. When I recently called Gary asking him if he would donate a couple of mattresses to those impacted by the Malibu fire, he didn't hesitate in saying yes. It was time to replace my 20 year old Queen mattress. Things have changed so much in the way they're made that I did lots of research. I decided on a local manufacturer that still made 2-sided mattresses you can flip, with good quality materials, instead of the one-sided ones out there today apparently containing cheap materials. I love the air mattress they have at Hilton Garden Inns around the country, as they're super comfy and I slept so well on them, but it was too complicated with shipping from the East Coast. Located in the design district of West Hollywood, the store is serene and beautiful to relax in while trying out mattresses. They don't carry their lower end mattresses as advertised on their website. The salesman, Melchor, did push me a tad into making a purchase on that day rather than come back to try them out again as I'd have liked to do, so I had an irrevocable sale since I'd ordered some customization to the mattress. How I wish I'd waited. I chose the Renew 300 Queen and upgraded to an organic cotton cover, wool & cotton instead of foam top cushioning and wool fire barrier, plus 6" low profile springs to keep the height down. I didn't care that much about the cover fabric, just interior, but they put cotton canvas on as a perk. I went over my budget and spent about $3000 on the mattress, including tax, but I thought it was worth it for the quality. The delivery team was superb. They were respectful and careful in my home and even put the new box spring cover on as well as the bed skirt, before placing the mattress. Well done, delivery guys! The upgrades I'd chosen made the mattress waaaay too firm, and I had to have more than one adjustment made to it. They weren't able to get it as comfortable for me as the store model was with it's softer top cushion layer. I bought a 1" thick all cotton mattress pad ($100), then a 2" thick feather topper and cover ($200): a little better but still not good enough. Custom Comfort has great customer service, and I'd recommend them for that. They go to great lengths to adjust your mattress if it's too firm or too soft. But why should one have to go through this? The guys come and pick it up in the morning and return it by 5pm! They'll change the springs, adjust the the layers and/or materials inside to try to get it right. Gary is especially helpful, and I did like the family-run vibe of the place. We tried a few things but In the end, after a couple of months of sleep deprivation on a too hard mattress, I came back to the store to get some help. After many visits, I chose to switch to a latex mattress which seemed nice enough in the store. It too had to have an adjustment to make it softer on top. I'm petite, so it's important that I have cushioning on top, as I don't sink very far into the mattress. This didn't resolve the situation; it still felt like a slab--but a slightly softer one. The mattress is just a bit larger than other Queen sized mattresses. I told Gary about this before he ordered the second mattress. He said he'd speak to the factory about it, but that didn't make a difference. The new one is bigger all around, just enough so that NONE of my fitted sheets fit. I then bought a "deep" fitted sheet in Queen size (another $80), and it's too tight--not fitting around the corners of the top of the mattress. So all of my expensive sheet can't be used. I've managed to get by, putting the fitted sheet on the 2" feather topper alone. It doesn't look very nice, but it's the only way I can use my sheets. The top sheets won't even tuck in around the mattress due to it's height nor will the blankets. I suppose now I will have to buy king sized sheets and bedding to fit this Queen mattress! What a lot of trouble the whole process was. When I replace this one, I'm buying the so comfy Aireloom Vitagenic Lux mattress at Macy's. Post research says latex mattresses are firmer, so it was a wrong choice for me & I wish Gary had made that clear. I'll NEVER be able to sleep on this mattress without a topper, which means buying a new topper about every 3 years as they wear out. Since I can sleep on it now with my feather topper, I'll keep it for awhile after spending all that money. I suggest that you don't make customized adjustments to the mattress displayed in the store, because you don't know how it will feel in the finished product. I say this to customers, as well as the sales staff. Unless you truly need a customized bed, you're rolling the dice. Ultimately, I never did get the wonderful comfortable mattress I was looking for at this store. So disappointed. For customer service, I'd give 5 stars.

One of the only places in Los Angeles we could find a double-sided mattress. The single-sided mattresses are a scam! If you can't flip it, it will be sagging in no time, especially if it's a pillow top. As the salesman confirmed, the industry has changed over the last decade, and the mattress companies have stopped making double-sided mattresses because the profit margin isn't as high, and besides, they'd rather you have to buy a new mattress every four years, not eight! They're designed to fail faster. But guess what? Custom Comfort doesn't sell that nonsense. Guess what else? They're a family business that has been manufacturing their product right here in Southern California for decades. All their parts are American made. So you can feel good about supporting the local economy by buying here. The showroom was very nice. We were there to look at one of their lower end models. They didn't have a display but they brought them out for us. They also busted out some fresh pillows for us. Low pressure, no hassle. We spent less than we had planned to, and it was also less than the single-sided piece of crap we thought we were going to have to settle for until we found custom comfort! Go here first! Beware of the places with the cheesy tv ads. They'll try to sell you a mattress you cannot flip in the hopes of seeing you back sooner.

I just bought a lifestyle bed with a custom mattress from Gary Trudell at Custom Comfort Mattress, and I am totally blown away! I had heard about Gary's mattresses for years. People I know who have a mattress from Custom Comfort have told me that the latex in them supports the entire body evenly no matter what position you are sleeping in so that you get a great night's rest and wake refreshed and not stiff or achy. I finally decided to go ahead and splurge, and I am so glad I did! I got the lifestyle bed. This bed has a movable frame so that you can put your head up, your feet up, etc. at whatever angle you want. It's WAY different from a hospital bed because it glides quietly and smoothly with custom settings for TV watching, avoiding snoring and even zero gravity! Add that to the even support of the latex mattress and you have a sleeping heaven!! I have been sleeping in my new bed for about a week, and I am addicted. I told my husband that I don't want to travel anymore to our favorite out of town hotels because they won't have our comfortable, adjustable bed. He has his own set of controls for his side of the bed so that his mattress moves independently from mine. However, the thick pillow-top of latex over both individual mattresses makes it feel like you are sharing the same bed anyway even if you have set your mattress to be at different heights or angles. The mattress and bed frame are terrific, and the customer service was stellar. Gary and his crew worked tirelessly to make the transaction happen for me on a short turnaround and before Christmas. The delivery and installation were impeccable, and the follow up to get slightly higher legs for the bed was seen to personally within a day after the delivery by Gary himself. Gary's family has been making custom mattresses for many years. They know their business! Gary and his whole team are smart, thoughtful, helpful, competent, knowledgeable, supportive and kind business people. I cannot recommend Gary and his mattresses more highly. From the great customer service to the great nights of sleep you will have for the next many years, you will be thrilled with this purchase. I think this is one of the best investments I have made in myself and in MY HEALTH in a long time. After all, we spend 1/3 or more of every day asleep in our beds. We all deserve the best. I had a fantastic experience with Custom Comfort and I recommend them to anyone. I love my CC mattress and I've been sleeping much better since I got it. Beth Gomez, the sales associate, helped my wife and me find the perfect bed and made everything easy for us. We couldn't be happier! The beds aren't cheap but they are worth it. I give Custom Comfort my highest recommendation.

This was the best experience I have had in a long time. Two people recommended this company to me. One was Suzanne O'Connor of BarginsLA and the other was Alan Mendelson. From the moment I called to get the location of the nearest store at their main number to the deliver men that came to my house, it was just amazing. I met with Gary and he managed to find the perfect mattress for me. This may have been the first mattress that I have actually purchased on my own. For over ten years I slept on a foam rock that was breaking my bones. I love everything about this company and their product.

I went to Custom Comfort today to buy a mattress and was more than pleased with the help we received from Gary today! We did not feel pressured into buying anything, and were encouraged to test out a bunch of different options before we settled with a model 200. We bought the Inspire model mattress a couple of years ago and it has been - by far - the best mattress we've ever owned. I had awful lower back problems contributed to by a bad memory foam mattress and I'm happy to say since we got our custom comfort mattress I'm doing worlds better. We were also told by many mattress manufacturers no one makes mattress you can flip but you can with custom comfort. The store room is incredibly nice and welcoming and so is the customer service. Not pushy at all and I truly think that they want the best for their customers and they stand behind their brand. Their pillows are great too! I would recommend this store/brand to anyone!
