"Some folks think of hot dogs when they think of ball games. For other folks, it’s a steak — and that’s what this restaurant specializes in. Order up a slab, along with oysters or king crab legs, an iceberg wedge, and a side of creamed spinach here. Open for breakfast, brunch, and lunch, this spot has a fancier dining room, in line with a hotel restaurant — think leather couches, fabric-covered seats, white napkins, and a complete set of silverware and wine glasses on the tables." - Courtney E. I've been here several times now, and we've always enjoyed it. The menu is a bit pricey, and I've preferred some menu items over others, but I've tasted enough of what they offer to know what to order when I visit. They have a beautiful, spacious patio too that provides great views of the water features and the Death Star. The staff is very friendly, from the host staff, servers, and the managers. The staff seems to genuinely care, which is uncommon in many restaurants these days. They are always extremely accommodating, and they go out of their way to ensure that you enjoy your experience. Valet is complementary, as long as you remember to validate your ticket.

Experience was amazing. Delmonico ribeye and NY strip were perfectly cooked medium. The fries were a delight. The Brussels sprouts were very nicely flavored and a bit crispy on the outside. The carrot cake afterwards was a slice of heaven. Our waiter Raphael was so polite and pleasant. Our water was always filled. The chef stopped by our table and we complimented his brilliant work. Overall an unforgettable time.

Excellent dining experience. Got reservations on line. Friendly greeting. Great service. I enjoyed the atmosphere and kitchen concept. The crab leg appetizer (they allowed a half portion which was ideal) was phenomenal. Steak was what you'd expect from top level steakhouse. Mushroom side was above average. Truly enjoyable dining experience I'll definitely return the next time I'm in the area

We had an amazing experience celebrating our anniversary. The service was impeccable and food delightful. Shane was one of the best servers we’ve encountered anywhere. He truly helped enhance our experience and was a joy to have wait on us. Thank you, Shane, for helping make our celebration memorable.

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the restaurant. The customer service was A-1, the staff was so accommodating and polite. The atmosphere was relaxing and quaint. The only thing that I wished was that the location had more vegetarian/vegan dishes; however, I did just fine with ordering the brussels sprouts and mac and cheese. I had leftovers for the next day! We will be going back!

Tucked away in the vibrant Texas Live! district near the Arlington Convention Center, Cut & Bourbon is an elevated steakhouse experience that blends Texas charm with upscale dining. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with a warm, stylish atmosphere—and one of the most unique features: the bourbon lockers. Patrons can purchase their favorite bourbon through the restaurant and store it in personalized lockers, complete with a brass nameplate. When you’re ready to indulge, your bottle is unlocked and brought to the table—a classy touch that sets the tone for the evening. For dinner, I went with the Cowboy Ribeye topped with lump crab, cooked to a flawless medium rare. The steak was beautifully charred on the outside, perfectly pink with a warm center, and bursting with robust, beefy flavor. The addition of lump crab took it over the top—decadent and rich without overpowering the meat. We paired the entrée with two standout sides: the crispy Brussels sprouts, which were seasoned to perfection with a great crunch, and the scratch-made mac & cheese. Creamy, cheesy, and indulgent, the mac & cheese could easily stand on its own as a meal. I sipped on the house Old-Fashioned, which was smooth and well-balanced—my only regret was not ordering it smoked, which I’ll definitely do next time. Despite being completely full, we couldn’t resist the five-layer carrot cake for dessert. Unlike most dense versions, this one was light, moist, and layered with rich, velvety cream cheese icing. It was so good, I had the leftovers with coffee the next morning—a deliciously unconventional breakfast before hotel checkout. Cut & Bourbon is the kind of place that’s just as perfect for a date night as it is for impressing out-of-town guests. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, especially to try their brunch—I’ve got my eye on the chicken and waffles. Final Verdict: A must-visit in Arlington. Flavorful food, stylish ambiance, and a bourbon experience you won’t forget.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at your establishment in Arlington during the second weekend of October. My experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and admiration for your team's work. From the impeccable dinner service to the exquisite outdoor atmosphere, every detail was thoughtfully executed. The ambiance was stunning, the food was perfectly prepared, and your staff’s professionalism and hospitality made the experience truly memorable. I was so impressed that I returned the next morning for breakfast, which exceeded even the high standard set the night before. 🔥🔥🔥 Unfortunately, during my visit, I seem to have accidentally left behind my key fob. I have attached a photo of it for reference. If the key fob was found, I would deeply appreciate your assistance in returning it to me. Please let me know if it’s still in your possession, and I’d be happy to provide further details for shipping arrangements. Thank you again for the incredible dining experience, and I look forward to visiting Cut & Bourbon again soon. 5️⃣🔷

Yelp
Was able to get same day reservation for 5pm. The restaurant is inside the hotel which was very nice. Great ambiance. Excellent customer service very attentive. The side portions were very large and everything tasted great. The bread appetizers were so good and flavorful. We order the steak flight, ribeye, chicken, mac & cheese, brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. Very tasty food came out quickly. The noise level was great and the restaurant was beautiful. Great for dates, work dinners and celebrations. The drinks were very good as well.

Yelp
This was our first time in Arlington and Live! The ambiance and decor was phenomenal - modern and refreshing. Hubs made his own omelette which he gobbled up. They use cage free eggs. My son and I each had the French toast on brioche bread, or should I say Bree-Ohhh Sh*t that's YUGE bread lol The raspberry sauce made for an amazing topping especially with the chantilly cream. He added chocolate chips instead of fruit for $2 upcharge. It was worth it. Service was impeccable as well. They took good care of us here. Cannot wait to come back again on our next trip to Arlington.

Yelp
Whew! Where do I begin? I planned a Birthday dinner for my daughter with 10 friends and family and she made us miss our reservation because she is literally as slow as molasses. I was angry and ready to turn around and drive back to Weatherford but the hostess was so sweet and encouraged me to just push the reservation back and not cancel. I decided to go ahead and come in and sit at the bar until my daughter arrived (45 mins later). Coby was being pulled every way but loose and still managed to be funny and entertaining through all the customers demanding his attention. While I was having a bourbon at the bar Austin came up and introduced himself and let me know he would be my server once we were seated. When my party arrived we were seated and ordered our apps and some cocktails. Service was top tier from start to finish. The entire staff was amazing. From front to back. The GM or Manager (not clear on his title) Brandon was so friendly. Constantly checking in with us and other guest. Making his way around the restaurant making sure things were running smoothly. The hostess Kennedy was so polite with a beautiful smile. Exactly what you want to see when you're being greeted. 1st impressions are important. The Chef came out to greet us and ask what we thought of the meal. Everything was exceptional and I would return over and over if not for the food for the way the staff made me feel. Our server Austin was an absolute delight and I hope when I return he is still apart of The cut staff. Only request I have is they add some uncle nearest and OBAN to the bar. 5 stars! Go see Austin! Tell him Katrice said Hi!

Yelp
Excellent service, trendy hotel ambiance, tasty food with large portions. We had multiple wait on us and our primary server was very attentive and quick with our drinks. The side portions are large enough for four people. I had just the brussel sprouts and the portion was perfect, they had bacon and a sweet sauce. So tasty. My husband had the ribeye. No sides included, $76. Caesar salad was average side for $14. We also had the churro dessert which was amazing. We will definitely be back in a few weeks. This is restaurant is a great reason to stay in the hotel or drive from DFW. Two people w/drinks and tip is about $200.

Yelp
Came here for dinner w a few work colleagues A posh decor and setup , and the service was excellent - definitely 5/5 As for the food - not so much : 1) we shared a few appetisers- crab cakes , bread, broccolini..nothing really was more than mediocre and boring 3/5 2) I ordered the ceaser salad which was just meh. I'm not a big fan of places who just throw at you the entire lettuce leaf and call it ceaser . 2/5 3) I then ordered the fillet - the meat was excellent and juicy BUT they have ha bit of drowning all their meet in enormous portions of salt . This was way too much. What a waste of such a great meat .. the fact this was a 60$ dish contributed to my disappointment 2.5/5 Also ordered a great cocktail (something w grapefruit ) that our (excellent) server recommended . 4/5 All together a disappointment - I had much higher expectations

Yelp
Very large, pretty cool bar just outside of the Cut & Bourbon restaurant in the Live! By Loews. Great for those liquid appetizers!! The bartenders are nice and can keep up with the crowd. They have food too if you end up just wanting to eat here.

Jim L.

Yelp
Our server was fantastic! Recommend the Antelope and was amazing paired with the resting face cocktail! So good!! The atmosphere was casual and fun! My daughter has the salmon with couscous and brocollini and with a family side of mashed potatoes. My wife has hmthe filet mignon and was cooked perfectly as well. Everything we had was seasoned perfectly and the combination of flavors is extremely well done! Dessert was good and the best was the cheesecake by far!

Yelp
This restaurant is located inside of the Loew's hotel. You're able to either valet, which is validated for 2 hours, or park in the Texas Live parking lot and walk over. The host was friendly when we checked in, and we were able to be seated when the majority of our party arrived. Our waiter came to our table right away, served us water, and took our orders. The inside of this restaurant is dimly lit, with most tables having a view of the kitchen, with a swanky and upscale ambiance. We placed orders for both entrees and appetizers. Our food took soooo long to come out, I started to get hangry. We had to flag down a random employee to talk to a manager, who informed us that they were a little backed up for the evening. The manager didn't really offer us anything, but if we asked if we could get some bread to hold us over until our food came out, he did provide that on the house. I would have loved if the manager had offered us an item without being prompted. With that being said, each and every person in our party enjoyed their food, even if it is a bit overpriced. I highly recommend the lamb chops. It was cooked and seasoned very well. Overall, I would likely come back here to check out their steak - if it's cooked even half as well as the lamb, I know it will be well worth it.

Yelp
This hotel lobby bar and service area was wonderfully arranged, with a great view of the ballpark in the distance. The food was of the highest quality, and I would definitely recommend not skipping dessert. The carrot cake was the largest cake from a restaurant I have ever received, and the candied pecans elevated the dish. The drinks were all well made. While the meat and cheese had some good additions the lack of variety of cheese was disappointing. Would recommend checking out this hotel bar and the restaurant attached Cut and Bourbon.

Yelp
Shane was our server, I literally have never had a server with such class, experience, and kindness. He had the kitchen make me their first sea food/steak platter, all because I wanted something a little different, he went out of his way to make me and my wife feel special, welcome, and taken care of. I have never been here before but I can honestly say I'll be back, just for Shane. The food was insanely good too, I recommend their bread to start, the rest is "excellent", as Shane would say.

Andrew V.

Yelp
Pretty good, main food was good but the dessert and old fashion is the main star for me!

Jaime E.

Yelp
I would call this a steak and Bourbon kinda' joint. Limited but high end menu. Great service (shout out to Lauren our awesome server!) We shared the ribeye steak and ordered the Brussels sprouts, broccolini and mushrooms. Dude, those mushrooms! Outta' this world. Must have again! We had a Sidecar and an Old Fashion, I really liked the sidecar. Luckily my dining partner was happy to finish the other! Very intimate and not noisy (even with the live music right next door.)

Yelp
PLEASE set aside EXTRA time for parking!!! ESPECIALLY on a weekend! My experience took place on a Friday night. It took us 20 minutes to pull into the valet. *Whew.. now that we got that out of the way! * I want to start off by saying the wine was AMAZING! whoever poured it deserves a raise! The food was also DELICIOUS!!!! AT least what my date ordered! If I am being completely honest, my salmon was severely overcooked. I requested medium, and it was served "well done with a side of congratulations" aka burnt! I expressed this to our server, and she DID offer to have it remade. I declined the offer ONLY because it had a nice little wait time the first time, and I didn't want to ruin our evening. The service was JUST ok! It put me in the quality mindset of a Chili's or Applebee's, seeing as we had reservations. The food/ plating was immaculate! The wine was delicious The bathroom was clean The valet was great Service was subpar

Yelp
We were running around all day and famished by dinner time.  We were both craving steaks, so we decided to head to Cut & Bourbon - I'm SOOO glad we did! I was quite surprised at how much better this place seems to have gotten since my last visit; service was impeccable, with our waiter not missing a single beat AND providing us with several spot-on recommendations. Tip: The atmosphere is a very relatable mix of casual and fancy For my steak I went with the Ribeye with the chimichurri sauce; it was nothing short of fantastic!  When we were both done eating we shared an order of their infamous Carrot Cake; it was like no other version of that dish I've ever tried - I recommended it (and the entire restaurant) highly :-)

Yelp
We stayed at Live! by Lowe's hotel, and this restaurant is connected to the hotel so we had this for dinner. Now I did look at pictures/ reviews before coming (who doesn't) and I wasn't really sold by the pictures but because it was the only "steakhouse" in the area, we decided to give it a try. We weren't really that impressed with the food to be honest. We ordered Delmonico (medium rare) and the branzino. The steak wasn't really cooked well. Also, the mac & cheese definitely needs an upgrade. The drinks are good. I feel like the restaurant is kind of overpriced too. I would come back if there was a different chef.

Doug G.

Yelp
Located inside the beautiful Live! By Loews Arlington hotel, Cut & Bourbon is an amazing fixture in the Arlington food scene. The vibe of Cut & Bourbon is elevated, yet relatable with a mix of casual and fancy. What you get out of this space is what you bring to it. We happened to be at the hotel on a business trip, so we decided to pop in for dinner one evening with one goal...leave fat and happy. I am proud to say we achieved our goal tenfold! The menu is upscale Americana with a focus on meat; steak to be exact. There are a few chicken and fish dishes, but the main point of the menu is the steak, and for good reason! While the menu is not set up to be "tapas style", we decided to challenge ourselves and order a plethora of items covering all three courses. We started with Oysters Rockefeller, Bacon Slab, Steak Tartare and the Burrata. Once we finished these we tossed in a few Steak orders alongside the Seafood Scampi sided with the Macaroni and Cheese, Mushrooms and Brussel sprouts. At this point, we were about to pop, but couldn't pass up the opportunity to experience the Carrot Cake to round out our meal! While everything was delicious, a few stand outs were the oysters, slab bacon, brussels, and of course the Delmonico steak. The oysters were baked to perfection and topped with just enough seasoned bread crumbs, while the slab bacon was beyond delicious! The bacon was cut into thick chunks with equal fat and meat, lightly salted and covered in a wine jus that set it off! The steak, while cliché, cut like butter and tasted like heaven! We got a trio of sauces, and the béarnaise was the winner for me! Now, for the piece de resistance of our meal, the Carrot Cake Stack, which is a massive piece of Carrot Cake that features a maple cream cheese glaze, candied pecans, preserved cranberries...and 13 layers! It was delectable, delightful and delicious! Service was absolutely stellar here as well. Our server and his peers were fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from the moment we sat to the moment we left. Overall, I have eaten at a lot of hotel restaurants, and I must say that Cut & Bourbon is top tier and easily top 3 for me!

Mia H.

Yelp
AMAZING! Food was DELICIOUS!! Best steak and sides! Great service! Shane was very nice and helpful! All around a wonderful experience! Will be coming back and asking for Shane! Indoor seating is also very nice and the ambiance is great for date night!

Yelp
We decided to dine here for our wedding anniversary and it DID NOT disappoint. We haven't been here since 2020 and it wasn't the best experience the last time. The dining area has a great view of AT&T Stadium and has a modern feel. Our server, Dominick, was the best and didn't pester us or make us feel rushed. He also threw in a few extras to make us feel special for our anniversary. All of the starters were spectacular including the cranberry walnut bread that was served with a savory herb butter. Both the tuna and steak tartare were fresh with each offering a unique taste. Our steaks were perfectly charred and medium and the sides were pretty good as well. The crispy brussels were just ok and could have used some kind of glaze or sauce but they weren't bad. The macaroni was creamy and not too dry like I've experienced at other restaurants of this caliber. The 10 Layer carrot cake stack was spectacular and not too sweet with the perfect amount of spice. I definitely will be back although I don't think I'd order anything different because everything was literally chef's kiss!

Chastity W.

Yelp
This was a superb dining experience. Charlie the restaurant manager and our waiter Raphael gave us top tier service. We had great table in front of the kitchen, we watched the chef so absolute magic. I had the roast chicken which was cooked to perfection. All of our plates were good no one had complaints. The best Mac and cheese I have ever really had at a fancy restaurant. I definitely keep this on my list and highly recommend.

Danny B.

Yelp
We love this place. Stayed in the hotel twice. The staff are very friendly. The decor is perfect for the hotel. The food is very good and we have eaten here a number of times.

Erika L.

Yelp
This place is AMAZING! The crispy pork is melt in your mouth deliciousness. Our waitress Eris was excellent.

Stacy B.

Yelp
We arrived with reservations for a Saturday night. Ambiance was nice with low lighting, live music of soft acoustic ballads and buzzing space. It was a crowded evening and therefore our service was extremely slow. It took so long for us to order drinks, appetizers, meal and more. Our drinks arrived after or appetizers. Overall the food and drinks tasted fine. The areas that I wish were better is both the service speed and the valet parking and the female window attendant's rudeness. With such a delay in service, I was asked to pay the full day parking price and that was not ideal.

Marc L.

Yelp
Convenient location if you are attending a game at any of the stadiums or if your are staying at the Loews hotel. The service was great. Dominique took care of us. Wifey ordered the Caesar salad with chicken added. Very tasty and tangy dressing. Crisp romaine and crunchy croutons. I had the watermelon and corn salad. Very tasty vinaigrette that complimented the arugula and fresh cheese. The artisan bread was fabulous. The french fries stole the show !! The seasoning was absolutely phenom. The view of ATT stadium is great and the ambience is chill. Business or pleasure you will like dining here.

Yelp
I went to dinner here with a coworker after our national sales meeting, it exceeded every expectation we had. I started with the Steak Tartar which may have been the best I've ever had, (the only other time that might be a contender was in Mendocino CA more than 10 years ago). I also had a Prime NY Strip which melted in my mouth like only Prime NY Strip can do. My coworker had Shrimp Cocktail and Filet Mignon which were also exceptional. We ordered sides of Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes and Crispy Brussell Sprouts which were delish. I want to than our server and the chef and his staff for an incredible experience at Cut & Bourbon. Thank you!!

Nancy K.

Yelp
Amazing experience at C&B with our server Payton. Extremely attentive and considerate. He also helped share knowledge of the Rangers, possibly our next favorite MLB team :-)

Rachelle C.

Yelp
We came here tonight for our first dinner in the Dallas area. We didn't realize it was in the actual LIVE hotel because it's part of a whole entertainment area near the ballparks so it took a little searching on our part. Deshawn our waitress did a fantastic job! We decided to order a bunch of appetizers for our meal instead of actual meals. We ordered the Mac & cheese side, crab cake, Caesar salad, steak tar tare, tuna tartare and oysters. I don't mean to rip this place apart but we were just very underwhelmed. My husband said the Caesar salad had way too much black pepper that was over powering. The oysters were delicious but super small, I think two of mine were smaller or the same size as a quarter. The tuna tar tare towers would have been very good but I don't think it needs the crab as the middle layer, the crab ruined the taste. The beef tar tare itself was just lacking flavor, I found myself wanting to put salt on it. I also didn't like paying $17 for a square cube in my cocktail. The ice cube took over the whole glass and I maybe has 4 sips of a drink in the cup. Don't get me wrong the place is clean and they are very nice and do a nice job but we were just very disappointed and unimpressed with the taste for the price.

A C.

Yelp
Great experience. We were across the street at the newly opened Loews tower. Our visit brought us to the Italian restaurant downstairs numerous times, which was enjoyable, but unfortunately they are quite unmovable on altering menu items. At any rate, we crossed the street and were not disappointed here. We decided to be served by the bar and the bartender was very pleasant and attentive. The steak sandwiches were perfect and it was one of our favorite meals within this hotel, entertainment and sporting complex.

Hailey O.

Yelp
Went for Restaurant Week and the adults and teenagers thoroughly enjoyed it. Our server was Dominque, and he gave us an excellent experience. The food was high quality and the ambiance was a treat. Their cobbler is out of this world.

Tae Kyung Y.

Yelp
One of our company's clients decided to take us out to dinner here and I was so surprised at how fancy this place was! Located inside the Lowe's Hotel, this fancy upscale restaurant has a lot of different offerings that you would be amazed to see. I didn't even know such place existed even though I'm an Arlington resident. I guess it's probably because it's located inside the hotel. We made reservations and were promptly seated. The one thing that I really liked about this restaurant was that they never failed to keep our water glasses empty. Every time you sipped, they would fill it right back up. Super attentive and I really thought that was great service. They have a variety of menu offerings, and it looks like steak is one of their main offerings. While I do like my fair share of filet mignon and that is what I would usually get but I wanted to be a little different and I got the NY Strip. I also ordered the whipped potatoes. I was going to order the brussel sprouts, but I didn't. I'm actually glad I didn't because I tried a little bit of my friend's and it was mediocre. The NY Strip was pretty good, but I definitely regretted my choice. I feel like I would've enjoyed the Filet Mignon a little better. The Whipped Potatoes were flavorful and I really enjoyed it. I asked for A1 sauce (I know - I don't know how to eat steak) but they actually didn't have any. They offered me this oil-based sauce which was alright, but I didn't really enjoy it. The most important aspect, which was service was definitely top-notch so I'll definitely give them mad props for that. Food-wise, it's probably 4.5 stars - I would have expected a LITTLE better, but nothing was disappointing. I probably can't afford this place on a daily basis but I'll definitely like to come back to try some other menu items on special occassions!

Patricia C.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I went here for an impromptu dinner and we had such a great time. The atmosphere was really nice, food was pretty good and our waiter, Patrick, was very accommodating! I got the steak and my boyfriend got the salmon. The only thing we'd change is the mac & cheese, we found it to be on the runny side. Everything else was delicious and we'll definitely be back.

Delia S.

Yelp
While staying at the Live after a Cowboy game, we opted not to drive and just make reservations at the hotel steak house. In hindsight, I'd have rather driven elsewhere. The hotel, on game days, is just so full of drunk and loud fans and it made it impossible to enjoy a quiet meal. This of course is no fault of the restaurant so I didn't knock off any stars for that. The service was overall good with an attentive server and an overly attentive water filler who, no joke, filled our glass after every sip. The misses in service were to the chefs, sadly. Firstly, no accommodations could be made for someone wanting less than a 10 ounce steak, though the server did try. I can't have more than about four ounces and since we weren't going home after, I'd hate to waste meat and asked for a petit cut of filet (many restaurants accommodate) but couldn't order anything less than ten. I would have shared with my date but he wanted duck, which I knew would be a small portion and therefor not shareable. I ended up ordering a crab cake which was okay, not great. My date ordered the duck breast and let me sample it. It was as gamey as a piece of liver. I love duck, but this one was especially iron rich in taste. Overall, I wasn't very impressed with the food and on that alone would have rated it a two, but the service and ambiance were nice and I know the crowds can make the best restaurant a little off so I decided a three star review was fair.

Whitney M.

Yelp
The service here was amazing. So my review has nothing to do with any of the people working here. HOWEVER, I got the 28oz aged steak (split two ways) and it was MAYBE a 16oz steak. I grill a lot and this thing was tiiiiny. Second, I asked for medium rare and my portion was medium well to well. Look, I ate it. I had been traveling all day and was soooo hungry. I couldn't wait for them to make another. But, come on. If you're a steak place, know how to cook a steak! I spent $300. It was for work so it didn't come out of my pocket, but I come to Dallas a lot and I won't be coming back here. The saving grace were the sides. The Brussels and Mac and cheese and Cobb salad were fantastic. The drinks were wonderful. The creme brûlée was great. I should have just skipped the steak and I would be fine.

P G.

Yelp
Sticker shock! To say our experience was a disappointment is an understatement. Waitress was incredibly slow and didn't listen when we placed orders. Drinks were so slow that we went to the bar to get them instead of waiting on her. One of our party is gluten free and ordered her meal as such. It arrived with couscous which is wheat. Had to send it back and wait 15 minutes for a new one. We were with a larger group but still service was painfully slow. Food quality and portions were ok. Nothing to brag about. At the end of the night the bill came and that's when the shock hit! For two people, two appetizers, two entrees and two sides plus four drinks the bill was almost $400. I've eaten at Del Friscos for less and had much better service and food quality. Needless to say we won't be returning. Way too expensive for what we received.

Mike M.

Yelp
Did the NYE dinner at Cut & Bourbon. It was $140.00 per person. Final bill with drinks etc was almost $700.00 for four of us. Five course meal. Grilled Octopus was terrible. Had zero flavor and the texture of a rubber band. The Risotto was excellent. Leek soup... excellent. Main course of steak and mashed potatoes was terrible. The steak was tough as boot leather and the mashed potatoes were cold. Ambience is good. Service was bad as they completely forgot the 2nd course until we reminded them. Our waiter told us the Chef forgot. Well... OK. Why didn't our waiter remind him? Way too much money to spend on such a bad meal. I'd recommend NOT dining at this place for any special events. Can't imagine it's any better on any other regular night.

Yelp
April 2023: First time for a brunch buffet that I raved about. Everything was excellent. Brunch was pricey but well worth it. Ambiance and food selection/quality/taste were winners. Service was exceptional. It was good enough that a few months later I came back!! August 2023: Very disappointed that there wasn't the same brunch buffet. As a local, it simply felt like a "hotel restaurant" and nothing special. It's such a pretty hotel and restaurant but that's where my fun ended. Though not crowded, our food sat prepared for a few minutes within eyesight, but our waitress wasn't around so the other staff member just stood there looking. Odd to let eggs get cold when we are right there! I didn't notice the first time but there wasn't a kids menu. The hostess and waitstaff weren't on the same page and argued a little bit. Awkward. I had hyped the experience up but sadly the second time didn't come close to my April visit. There are too many better restaurants in DFW to go out of my way to get there.

Yelp
The NYE $140/person pre fixe menu was a big disappointment. The service was painfully slow with up to an hour between courses. The cocktails were lack luster, and the portion size for the food was very small. Also, the atmosphere was far from what you would expect on NYE. The light in the dining room was unusually bright for dinner service, and there were not many special decorations. I would strongly advise against coming here for a special occasion pre fixe dinner as it was absolutely not worth it for the price point.

Yelp
This place was fantastic! The steak tartare was amazing along with the bread and pickled veggies! Brussel sprouts were cooked well. Fries were crispy. SUMMER FARRO RISOTTO was done to perfection! Great experience. Free Valet Parking when dinning at the restaurant. Cocktails were fantastic! Totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice fine dinning experience in ARL.

Yelp
Don't miss this place! It's in the Loew's hotel. Go early and have drinks at the hotel bar. Then go over for great food and service. The steaks were amazing and all of the sides were great!!

Yelp
The service at Cut and Bourbon was definitely a cut above everyone else! The staff was terrific--five stars ! The food not so much. We began our Christmas dinner with creamy Brie and cranberry on crisp French baguette toast. 'Twas quite a lovely way to begin our meal, as was the butternut squash soup and the pear and arugula salad. The prime rib was served at room temperature and was tough. The accompanying mashed potatoes and creamed spinach were ordinary. Of that course, the remarkable aspect was the horseradish sauce for dipping. Sigh. Dessert was an unimpressive date cake topped with vanilla bean gelato. There should have been a choice for this course on the holiday menu. This was your grandmother's coffee cake for front-porch sitting. Our total bill was $400 (including drinks) for four. With tip, etc., it was almost $500; it should have been holiday-memory worthy. It just was not. The ambiance was amazing; the view of the stadium and the fountain was most enjoyable. Staff lit outdoor fires about the patio which added to the overall mood. The awesome folks of Cut and Bourbon definitely saved the review of this restaurant.

Yelp
The atmosphere of being in the hotel and around Live, was awesome! It was my 65th birthday celebration. We had drinks and food and great fun. The drawback was that our server lackluster and inattentive at best. We brought a magnum of a 2005 - absolutely wonderful wine for the celebration, but the waiter told us it was against health codes to open it. I read the law and that's not the case. We had already spent a good deal on drinks, so it wasn't like we were trying to get around paying for drinks. They could never have provided the same wine from their cellar.

Yelp
I usually HATE hotel restaurants but this is one of the few exceptions. Was in town for a few days and didn't have that much time to go out & eat so we decided to grab a quick bite here. Everything was amazing from the appetizers to the entrees. One of my favorite dishes was the crab cake which I didn't get to snap a photo of. It was absolutely delicious. The bacon slab was fantastic and the steak tartare was sublime. The only thing stopping this place from being a perfect 5 star was the ribeye. It was just "Good" nothing more. Fantastic place, I would definitely come back. Oh and don't forget to order the "Resting face" if you're a drinker. Was sooooo good

Yelp
The steaks!!!! If you have to go there for one thing: pick any steak!! And you won't be disappointed. We came here as a family of 5 and I'm sure they were not ready for 3 kids but they definitely handled it with class! Will definitely be back!!!

Yelp
Took the wife out to celebrate her birthday and we had a ball. We ordered the sausage trio as an appetizer. It comes with brisket, applewood and Italian sausage. The presentation was so on point and all of the meats were delicious. The plate was dressed with mustard and peanut butter. Yes, it may sound strange but it was so delicious. My wife ordered the seafood scampi while I have the del monico steak with creamy spinach. Everything was cooked to perfection and the service was top notch. Nikkia our Server is the best. We would definitely go back. Five stars.

Yelp
Crazily enough, we left our hotel for meals while on vacation and on our last night we're too tired to go out so I decided to stay in and eat at the hotel. This turned out to be one of our best meals of the trip. We got the cowboy ribeye (they took the bone out for us), Caesar salad and fries and we split everything. Even though it was all one entree they split everything in smaller portions on separate plates for us which was very nice. Steak was cooked perfectly cooked, could have used a smidge more salt but that's just me. Fries were to die for, and the salad had crumbled breadcrumbs instead of cubes but I liked it and it was not over dressed. I'd definitely come back if I'm ever back in the area.

Yelp
Great Food and beverages. Restaurant is location in side the Virgin Live hotel and the ambiance is beautiful! Service was exceptional but a little slow because they had several large tables. I would definitely go back the time I'm in Dallas

Yelp
Very satisfied with the food and service. Place was extremely crowded with football fans from Cowboys-Jets game down the street, and my reservation was 45 minutes later than I arrived. They went out of my way to get me a table instead of automatically just telling to wait, as do a lot of lesser quality restaurants where I am from in Bayside Queens NYC. High quality steaks, sides and desserts. Very pleased

Yelp
Our party of 6 was seated for breakfast on our last morning in a nearly empty restaurant. The food was excellent and the ambience was lovely. The staff looked sharp, as you would expect, and the water pourers were johnny-on-the-spot keeping water glasses filled from chilled water bottles. However, the rest of the service was abysmal and not at all what we expect from a high end restaurant. I had to ask two different staff for coffee refills after a long wait with empty cups, and when someone finally brought out the coffee pot, she refilled two cups and left, still leaving me, the requester, and the rest of the table with none. What the heck? We finally wrangled our oft-missing waiter to refill them 10 minutes later but were never offered again. Three of our bunch had Bloody Marys and all found them undrinkable they were so spicy. In the space of 20 minutes they asked three different waitstaff for tomato juice for their drinks to make them drinkable. Three who disappeared. Our waiter finally brought the juice but we were annoyed by this time. To top it off, my Blueberry Lemon pancakes were not brought until everyone else had finished eating. They comped my yogurt but our poor experience was set by then. One star Yelp reviews all around I expect. We had really been looking forward to a 5 star experience to end our indulgent vacation and it was so disappointing. We are a well dressed, affable bunch and not at all picky. But this was unacceptable for a Dennys much less a fine dining establishment like Cut and Bourbon where you expect them to not miss a step, especially in a near empty restaurant. Basic service was subpar. It was an inferior experience to end our lovely weekend.

Yelp
Great atmosphere. Food was pretty solid. Service was attentive, but maybe too attentive at times but they mean well. Great location!
