Great dine-in movie experience for the whole family We had an awesome experience at Cut by Cinemark. The staff was friendly, the food was good, and it made movie time extra enjoyable. We’ve tried both XD and regular theaters, and the recliner seats with vibration in XD are a fun bonus. Each seat has a side table, and you can press a button to call an attendant who takes your order right at your seat. In about 5–10 minutes, your food arrives, which is perfect timing once the movie starts. Our favorite items were the corn pizza, loaded fries, butter popcorn, and their cocktail menu. Everything tasted great. The only downside for me was that they don’t have kettle corn or cheese popcorn, which I really miss since many theaters used to offer those. They also have a small arcade outside. It’s not huge, but it’s well-used and my kids love it, so it’s a nice add-on for families. I didn’t take photos because the food usually disappears fast during the movie. Overall, a really enjoyable dine-in theater experience, especially for families. We’ll definitely be back.

Great food, but they leave the lights on when the movie is playing?? We were watching a horror flick but the lights on killed the mood. Food and service were great.

I loved coming here for years but recently discovered the menu changed. Outside of the bbq nachos being gone, the burgers/sandwiches are served with spring mix instead of lettuce. It was like a salad on my burger. The food was cold and the fries were horrible. I loved coming here for the good food and the movie experience. However with the recent changes, food will no longer be a draw.

Wow! My server Jacob, provided me with excellent service at my 2pm 12/16 Wicked: For Good showing. He was able to provide me with the upmost service and had an upbeat attitude the whole time. I accidentally spilled a drink on my table and he cleaned it almost immediately without me asking. He was swift to get me a drink refill ,and also asked if there was anything else he can do for me. In the middle of the movie, he also removed trash from my tray without asking. Outstanding service and props to the management team and whoever trained him! Most definitely will be back soon as the service alone is the best I’ve ever experienced!

I'm sorry to report that Cut! Has dicontinued one of their Fav items: BRISQUET NACHOS are no longer served as of Mid November 2025. So sad. I ordered the replacement, which is the Chicken cube nachos and they were cold! No more BBQ sauce. My wife ordered the $15 Chicken salad where the leaves were swimming in a pool of dressing. We love the seats and the movies here, but the food used to be the draw. I am hesitant to try their pizzas. Is anything good here now? Guess we're going back to Flix Brewhouse in little Elm.

This use to be one of my favorite theaters. Food quality and management have fallen off severely over the past year or so. I use to be a big fan of the boneless wings and chipotle fries. The past 4 times I’ve visited the fries/wings had been room temp. When I ask for fresh fries, they bring back reheated or microwaved fries. My order was wrong three times on my most recent visit. My waiter, Bakarb was very attentive and appolegetic about everything. He was great and I know food quality has nothing to do with him. However the manager, Cole, was definitive and dismissive when the matter was brought to his attention. I informed him I didn’t want the food after I’ve waited three times for my order to be brought out and it was still room temp. He took the food and never came back.

Cut by Cinemark in Frisco offers an excellent movie-going experience that feels more premium compared to standard theaters. The seats are very comfortable and make a big difference, especially for longer movies. The service is attentive and well organized, and the in-theater dining menu adds a nice touch, giving plenty of options to enjoy during the show. Overall, the combination of comfort, service, and food makes this location a standout and an easy choice to return to.

They change the menu. I have now tried two different items and unfortunately thr new menu changed for the worst. The food taste cheap. Service is fast, & seats are comfy. I loved going here because of the amazing food brisket nachos in particular. Now the food is no longer the draw. I'll just be going here to watch a movie.

All the low ratings here surprise me. Cinemark has always been my go to theater compared to others in the are. We went for Thunderbolts on thursday night, place was packed due to release night. Service was exceptional, received food or anything else we requested fairly quickly. We ordered Bacon Jam Burger and BBQ Burger ( black Bean patty) both tasted great and fries were tasted as if they were twice fried.

I absolutely love this theater and all it has to offer. They have a great bar area, a game area for kids, and the most comfortable seats. The staff is also very kind. Where else can you get a giant bag of popcorn to take home?? Our last experience wasn't the best at all. We went to see The Housemaid, and we were one of the first to order food and drinks. They ended up getting my drink and food order wrong, and it took a long time to receive our food. Other people who came after us got their food first. I do wish there were more options on the menu. I ordered the southwest salad which was so heavy in dressing I couldn't eat it. I never said anything, but I felt like I wasted my money there. I also wish there was some consistency with how drinks are made. My first cosmo was good, but the second was mostly cranberry juice. I'd still go back, just because it's a nice theater but might just stick to popcorn.

Food is decent, service is always great, but they leave the overhead lights on during the entire movie. We've been here many times and that wasn't the case. We will probably choose a different theater from now on.

Saw Wicked at this location, and was very impressed. Purchases tix online, and was met w/ great customer service. Enjoyed the movie and the theater was top notch. The heated recliners were a bonus. Though I didn't order food, everyone around me certainly was, so I will give that a try on my next visit.

This theatre is located in Prosper Texas. Ample parking, spacious open building. Kiosk available, online option for purchase as well. Charging station for Tesla cars and outdoor patio seating available. Touch less and cashless facility. Game room is plentiful. Beautifully designed. Staff was friendly. Theatre concession is thru your theater seats. QR code for menu, staff takes your orders and refill from your seat. Theatre picture and sound was great. No hiccups. Movie we saw was The Iron Claw. Very good movie , seats comfortable enough for me to take a little nap during the movie :) overall great experience.

On this visit, I went to The Cut movie theater, in the evening. Service was a little slower, but the food was just as delicious. The bacon cheeseburger comes with fries, but the drink is separate. The seats are extremely comfortable, wow! These are the most restful, reclining, heated seats. The bathroom was immaculately clean. A great atmosphere for a family night out. This is a great place, where you truly can recline, enjoy a movie and dinner. All in a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere.

Drinks are good... food, not so much. Ordered wings and a few were just chopped pieces of chicken that weren't great quality. Drinks and usual concessions are ok but the food is mediocre.

We go a lot, but the seats do not go back far enough. The food is good for a movie theatre and service is good. One nice benefit used to be charging your car for free ... but they changed it and now it is Shell recharge and you have to pay and it is expensive, with tax and a service fee and this is a big letdown !!!

Although it is quite a distance, I decided to try a different dinner & movie option. I usually choose items which can be easily eaten with little to no light. Finger foods such as chicken tenders. On this night, I went with the Blackened Chicken Sandwich and opted for the Cajun fries. As soon as the food was served, I could smell the aroma from the Cajun spices on the fries and chicken breast. The liquid from the tomatoes combined with the garlic butter and mayo made it a messy meal. In hindsight, I should have gotten the tenders. Some other cinemas cut off the tab an hour before the movie ends. Here, it is 45 minutes which allowed me to wait a bit longer before ordering dessert. The brownie sundae was a warm brownie topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce. It did not have any fancy cinnamon triangle wedges which made the sundae more enjoyable. The cinnamon sugar on those wedges would coat my fingers. Luckily, I had a couple unused napkins as they did not provide additional napkins with the sundae. Also, by being a Cinemark Movie Pass Platinum member, I saved 25% on my food & soft drink purchases.

This theater is exceptional. Very clean with modern decor. I love the reclining seats, even though they don't recline entirely. The seat warmers are iconic! I had the brisket nachos and they were very tasty. We also played in the arcade a little after the movie. All around amazing theater and would definitely return. @MissMo2323

I love this movie theater. They are close by, have extremely comfortable seating, and great food that is made well, good seasoning and wonderful!

Movie was good waiters were attentive food is just not good. Had the chicken tenders and the quality just was not worth the price.

The seats are large, the screens are clean and the bulbs bright (all important things if you're insane like me) but the ordering service SUCKS. Nothing against the employees, it's just clear Cinemark hasn't given any thought to it. It's impossible to order unless you do it through someone, you also have to talk loudly and so do they. It's just not a solid experience, at the least they could do a mobile order.

Watching The Lost City tonight, got to our seats waiting for the previews to start when a family of 4 walked in and had the same seats as us also a family of 4. We all thought somehow the seats were double sold. What a coinkydink.... but nope we bought the same exact seats for the same exact movie but for tomorrow????? Anyway the employee at the front took care of us quickly got different seating and enjoyed the movie. SPOILER ALERT Brad Pitt is in the movie you'll be surprised twice of what will happen. Anyway can't wait for Top Gun May 27th.

First time here and definitely not the last! I really liked this new cinemark theater in Frisco. It's a bar/restaurant/order inside the movie theater kind of place. It also has a cool lounge/bar area to eat and drink there before or after the movie. We got there early so we could eat there since there is nothing near the place at the moment. It's all new and under construction. We got some bubbly and ordered the loaded fries with the pretzel. They were decent in both flavor and price for bar food. We watched House of Gucci which I loved!! We ordered a drink while we were inside the movies. I had their version of the old fashioned. It was not good at all. Stick with beers/wines at least you know what you are getting. We got there early so the service at the bar was ok. It seemed like we were bothering the staff even though we were the only ones there. But I thought it was because they were getting ready for the day. They also have a decent size of games/machines for kids and young adults to play while they wait for their movie. We got popcorn while we were inside also. They don't seem to have their large regular cinemark popcorn but they had a medium/lg bag of popcorn. It was delish! Definitely will go again to my next movie!!

Went and saw The Forge with a few friends and it as not disappointed about the whole experience! Great movie! Good atmosphere, good service, good food! Great movie experience!

If there is such a thing as a high-end movie theater, this is it! I've been here a couple of times and I can say that I am a fan. In addition to the typical offerings, they have a restaurant and a bar, a small arcade along with space that can be used for meetings and/or private events. The seating in each auditorium is stadium style (is there any other way to do it) which results in a great view regardless of where seated. The seats are leather and in addition to reclining they are also heated (yes, heated seats). On both visits, the food service has been on par; the staff taking orders are friendly and they make sure to repeat the order for correctness. Both the food and drinks always seem to come out within a reasonable amount of time which is always plus. As for the food itself, after have a few items I can say their pepperoni pizza is legit, the wings were just okay, and the brisket nachos was a huge miss. Overall, I am pleased with this theater and will likely see a few more movies here.

I'm literally never disappointed by this place. It's sad that customers can tell that these people suffer a lot of walked checks here because as soon as you order, they want you to pay and run your card or collect the cash immediately. Kinda ruins the "restaurant experience" but it's very understandable. Always clean and I love snuggling in the chairs that recline and smash that button when I need something. Also, if they haven't changed it by now, the menu will tell you a price but the receipt that you sign adds the tax into the price as if we were in Canada or something so don't worry, they're not overcharging you. The manager very kindly explained it to me and was super awesome. Great place!

Upon our 2nd visit on 9/5/2024 approximately 10:pm my daughter and I decided to visit the bar hang out together and have pizza that is so delicious and drinks well my daughter forgot her drivers license and didn't have any identification other than a picture her passport on her mobile phone but the female bar tender told us that she couldn't except the passport and needed a physical copy of some sort of identification and we perfectly understood and were ok with that but then ..the bartender sarcastically rambled on about a few other identification excepted and the she smiled and said "I mean if you have an inmate ID we could also except that?? I as an 65 year old adult have never heard of such identification so I'm a bit confused but my daughters eyes began to well up and she felt incredibly insulted then she explained to me what the bartender was sarcastically insinuating and of course I was appalled and felt incredibly embarrassed and insulted as well. We are African American and the bartender was caucasian..so a manager was called to explain why she would say something like that and the manager apologized and said he would address the issue..so got a booth and had pizza anyway but the manager came back TWICE only to justify her actions as if he didn't want her to be held accountable for her unprofessional attitude and behavior. I had to calm my daughter down and we left. So we won't be returning. Lorenzo Davis Sr.

Cut has Very comfortable recliner seating. Food servers extremely helpful & friendly. Entire staff very friendly! Great big screen & quality sound a plus.

First time coming to this theater and really liked it. The seats were so comfortable. You can move them up or down and there was also an option to warm up your seat! The service was great as well. I ordered the garlic Parmesan boneless wings and they were really good. The popcorn here tasted fresh as well. Definitely coming back to this location.

I always surprise how a movie theater can have such outstanding food like this place do. Servers are nice and professional. Chairs are comfy with heated mode. The only thing is that they may not have as much options for movie showing as other cinemark do. 3D sessions are limited. I hope they will update this because I really love this theater.

Clean theaters, good food, and there are some extra gaming and bar areas if you have some time to kill.

It was $5 Tuesday today and don't understand why we paid $9 + tax (the tax i didn't mind because we had to pay for that). When i asked them they said its because the movie is new. We saw movies before and its new we only paid $5. I guess if this keeps happening will have to go to Flix Brewhouse on their $5 days.

Heated seats and decent movie theater food, only complaint was the theater never got fully dark? There was a decently bright overhead light that never went out

Came here to see Elemental with my children. They hadn't been to this theater before, so wanted a new experience for them. I purchased tickets through the Cinemark app. When entering and finding the correct side to go thru to head to our theater there was no one around to scan us in. I attempted to ask two associates for help but they kept going with their trays. I hadn't been in a position before where I needed to scan myself in there's always been an attendant at the kiosk. So my children and I walked back to the entrance where I apparently interrupted two employees having a conversation as I stood and waited patiently to be acknowledged so I could get assistance checking in. Once they finally paused their conversation one if them scanned my phone so our tickets would be acknowledged thru the app. Once seated in the theater our experience improved.

Waaaaaaaay over priced! We got two coffee martinis at $20 a piece! Wow!!! I would have thought we were in Las Vegas! Was is worth the price? NOPE! Will not be back!

Nice and clean, comfortable seats and great customer service experience. 1st time visiting and I would definitely recommend this location.

Long story short..Cut has a rat problem Honestly really disappointed and disgusted with my latest visit to Cut. This used to be my families favorite go to movie theater in the Frisco area and now I'm not so sure we are coming back... My fiancé and I went on August 9th for a 545pm showing of Bullet Train and 10 minutes into the movie I hear a squeaking noise. I brushed it off at first thinking it could be an old chair making noise but the squeaking got more intense and just would not stop. So my fiancé looked behind my chair and saw a box full of rats. We were sick to our stomachs after that as we always eat at cut. We notified management and they comped our food and moved our seats to the front row of the theater. In hindsight I wish we had just left then and gotten a full refund on tickets and everything but it's our one date night a month. After that service was just terrible. It took an hour to get refills and popcorn that arrived 5 mins before the end of the movie. Watching movies from home from now on.

Everything was off at this place other than the bar drinks. The blackberry tequila smash was good (it's really only about a shot of alcohol and a small pour of flavoring, because when I ordered it without ice it was only about three fingers full). The previews/ sound before the movie started was wayyy too loud. The legs on the chairs don't go all the way parallel to the floor and the seat backs don't recline. The staff got all three of our orders wrong - and we all had to ask multiple times to finally receive the items we ordered (received them half way through the movie - when we ordered them 30 mins before the movie started). We were each over charged as well (check your tickets before leaving!). The pizza was ok for a movie theater. The Parmesan fries were way too salty. Overall, would not recommend.

What a great place! I don't often do reviews. My sever mentioned feedback being appreciated, though, so I have to start with him. I came in with my husband and his family for our anniversary last night (Melissa McCarthy as the Sea Witch, herself? How could we NOT?). To say that my server was absolutely hilarious and charming in a genuine way undersells the experience. It's not like a traditional restaurant where everyone sits in a circle, so I imagine it is hard to build up a repertoire, but he pulled it off! Thank you, Jay. Bonus points for making my SIL ugly laugh! I was able to catch that for The Gram, so perfect timing! (Sorry if I embarrassed you!) There was also a Bridgette who helped us near the end. We didn't interact much, but the movie was already playing (so that is a good thing). Thank you for being quick and considerate! I can't imagine how awkward it is to hear everyone during a movie. Next, I love how quick the food came out, and it was very good, too! The theater had to have over 100 people in it, and there are more than 8 theaters, so it is beyond me how you do that. We own a traditional restaurant, and if we ever had 100 people at the same time, the kitchen would probably melt. Thank you to whoever prepares the food. It was not terribly clean in the bathrooms, but this probably comes back to the number of people that come in and out at the same time. I did see people moving around cleaning the front area when we left, so I know it is not being ignored. Maybe check more often? Every toilet in the men's restroom was unpleasant (almost like people were aiming for the seats - eww). I almost took a star away here, but the food and service made up for it. The seats were comfortable and reclined further than you might expect. Plus they are heated, so that's always a plus! I could have fallen asleep. TLDR; The food was fast and tasted good. The service was better than it had any business being both before and during the movie. The seats were cozy. This is a great place for date night, and might just be my new favorite movie theater. I will be back for Spider-Man (already bought my tickets). This was my first time at a dine-in theater, and I will do a review for my blog next time. I never even got to check out the bar!

*BEWARE* TRANSACTION FEE NOT REFUNDABLE I feel totally scammed by this place. My family purchased 8 tickets for a movie, but decided the seats weren't good enough, so we wanted to choose different seats. They make refunding tickets before the show easy enough, but what they don't tell you is the transaction fee isn't refunded. We called to ask for a refund for the fee, but after a whole long process on the phone with a man I could barely understand he tells me he can't refund the transaction fee. Folks, that's $16! So they want me to just give up $16 and turn around and spend another $16 just because I want to change my seats? What a scam! Beware of their game!! I submitted a request online and a man named Connor responded as well the transaction fee isn't refundable. They did NOTHING to help and make this right. Do not give them your business!!

We've enjoyed going here since it opened. Love the availability to eat while watching a movie. So far we have loved all of the burgers and the pizza plus popcorn. It's a fun night out and the seats are spacious.

Very Disappointing Food and Service This was our first movie/dinner night out since Covid. We were excited to have a relaxing dinner while watching a movie. The movie was great. The venue, however, has a lot to be desired. Pros: Online Ticket Purchase - You can buy tickets (with a surcharge) online making it easy to choose seats and get your actual tickets when you arrive at the theater. Recliner chairs - The chairs are very comfortable and recline. However, not comfortable to eat dinner from a recliner. Cons: Surcharge to Buy Online - You have to pay a surcharge to buy tickets online. If you don't buy online you will get horrible seats if you get seats at all. No Customer Service Onsite - If you have any questions, good luck. There is a Customer Service desk with a huge customer service sign. However, after standing there for 5 minutes, I never saw anyone working at the desk or anyone approaching me to ask if I needed something. I gave up and went and sat down in the theater. Food - very low-end bar/concession food. I ordered the lemon pepper wings. They had some type of coating that had the appearance of crushed corn flakes. Not only did it not taste good (all you could taste was the crunchy coating - not much lemon or pepper. There was nothing on the menu that illuded to the wings having any breading or coating. They appeared in the picture to have no breading or coating. The wings were also incredibly tiny. One of the wings measured 1-1/2 to 2 inches in length. I ate 3 of the 8 wings. Food cont'd - my husband also ordered wings. He asked for extra ranch. The waitress asked if I wanted ranch and I said no. Rather than put a free ranch on both of our meals, she charged my husband for an extra ranch. Uncomfortable Seating for eating dinner - imagine sitting in a recliner with a small swivel tray that is high. You feel like a child trying to eat at the adult table without a booster seat . Tableware - everything is on plastic ware or concession type paper trays. Including wine. At least is was a cheap plastic cup rather than a cheap paper cup. Bottom line - we will not be going back. We always have gone to a dinner movie theater when going to a movie over the last 10 years. Due to covid we had not been to one in 3 years. We have agreed this was our first and last visit to Cut! Even though it is the closest theater to our house. It was not a enjoyable experience. It totally took away from the movie experience. Rather than walking away saying 'that was a great movie' we were only commenting on how we would never go back to that theater. We have had such great experiences at other dinner/movie theaters in the past, but this was a huge flop. Although some Studio Movie Grill locations have some service issues, they are a MUCH better experience than Cut! You can eat on actual plates, drink wine out of a wine glass, use actual silverware and have a restaurant quality meal. If your only purpose is to see a movie and have some popcorn - you may be OK. But, if you want to have a decent meal, you are at the wrong place. For those from Oregon, it is the difference between Seaside and Cannon Beach.

Loved this place and had a wonderful experience. The service was top notch! Didn't try the food other than popcorn but I definitely will the next time. The gaming area looked like a blast and would be great to try for kids of all ages. The bar area looked super sexy and inviting! Will be back very soon!

This is the BEST kept secret! We love this theater. It's new, clean, and full service. Charge your car, play games, eat and catch the latest movie! Seats recline fully and are heated. The food is actually quite good! This place is the best in show.

Tbh I thought the drive was super long from FB to a little outside of Frisco but after we got there everything was worth it the food, the staff was nice. However when we were sitting down in our sits we probably waited for 45 minutes for the movie to play but that was because the screen hadn't been played all day or something like that, but other then that we didn't have no complaints whatsoever. We will Definitely be coming back soon

Why are you showing PG13/adult violent previews during toddler and young kids PG movies??? Also 30mins of previews is excessive.

We had a wonderful time here being our first time at this theatre. The seats were comfortable, service was great , but popcorn was a bit stale for $7! But overall it's a very family friendly place .

This is the movie theater for adults! It's swanky, it has a full dining area and bar outside the theater with classy decor and happy hour specials as well as a small arcade (yes drinks can be taken to the arcade side). I went for a movie obviously and enjoyed the service and how clean and fresh smelling the whole building and theatre was that after the movie my friend and I decided to hang around and explore. We first sat at the bar and talked to the unfriendly bartender about what was in happy hour. He was very unpleasant and did not know much about any of the specials. I guess all of my questions were becoming annoying because he decided to say out loud "I wish it was 6 already so I can get out of here." So I took that as a sign to grab my drink and move elsewhere. We took our drinks to the sofa area to play some games while waiting on our food that we ordered to come out. My Paloma was not very well made I did not enjoy it but I did order a margarita the second round and it was decent. It was spicy so if you like those sort of drinks it's good. We waited for our food for almost 45mins and by this time the bartender who was originally helping us was gone for the day so the new bartender went to check on it for us. The new bartender was very friendly and tedious to our needs. When our food was brought out all three tacos were cold but at least our wings were hot and they forgot my order of queso. By time queso came out it was just warm. We informed the bartender of all of this and he removed all the food off of our bill for the bad service and cold food. Now the food was still good cold so that let's me know that if they ever get a decent staff and enough workers this place can be great. After the disappointment with the meal we took our drinks to the arcade and got to feel like kids again. There is an unique bowling arcade game that is extremely enjoyable and a must play. Overall experience was decent, bar area service was not up to par but I would honestly come back if in the area.

Had a wonderful experience, from being greeted at walking in, to being served by Brayden once in our seats, I felt like I was a customer who was being cared for. The theater was clean, the seats were comfortable, the food was stupendous, and the visual/sound quality was exceptionally amazing. I will recommend this theater to anyone in this area.

This place is so close to my house that it makes it the best possible movie theater for me and my friends and family! They have a full restaurant and bar, a little arcade, and even meeting spaces. Definitely a high-end theater with a lot of other options for ways to use it - I'm sure bday parties here would rock! In the theaters there are super comfy leather chairs that recline and they have HEATED SEATS! It's for sure the best part of the experience. I will say that their popcorn is awesome, their food is pretty good, and so are the drinks. The reason that I took off a star? They're super slow and there's been something wrong every time I've gone. I can't tell if they're understaffed or their order system has some issues, but it never fails something is wrong or something is left off. They are very nice about it and do fix it, but one time we didn't get the correct drink until just before the movie ended (again, slow). Still, they're my go to for now and I'll just keep my fingers crossed they get their staff trained and their order system organized so we get the food/drinks faster, because otherwise this place is amazing!

Really nice place!! Food was good! Service was friendly and helpful!!! Super comfy reclining chairs that heat up with a push of a button if you get cold! Lots of young people (teenagers) working there, so tip them well if you order food during the movie!! Just push the button on your chair and here they come!! :)

Managers are very young, obviously untrained and all three were completely unwilling to help with any of the issues my family encountered, and there were plenty: -Food & drink mistakes -slow service -staff not washing hands or wearing gloves, etc. And don't even bother asking for a refund, even if you leave because they refuse to help. They literally laughed when I suggested it. Menu is uninspired and food was bland. This theater is nowhere even close to comparison with Moviehouse and Eatery in McKinney.

Cinemark was really nice to watch movies. This is my 2nd time here and so far, this is my favorite theater. Would come here again!

I feel like such a cheater attending this theater since we are A list stub AMC members lol. But it was definitely worth it. The ticket price, seating, food were all great! We had the sliders which I thought were delicious and my husband had the popcorn. They have an arcade area, a bar and restaurant. Ppl are so nice here I'm still surprised we had heated seats. I do wish the reclining chair went back further and that Cinemark offered a better rewards program. But we would definitely come here again!
