I am beyond disappointed with the customer service I’ve received from this company. I have been a customer for 3yrs and first encountered issues with ordering on Black Friday. Using my membership ($150/yr) I attempted to place an order and it would show it processed and the following day I would receive an email stating the transaction was cancelled. Despite multiple attempts to remedy the issue, through an ongoing email chain with CUTS, I then got this email. I have been flag as “fraud” and am out $170 in credit I had on my account. I’ve asked to be called or get it fixed via phone and “they don’t do that”. I am now banned from future purchases. As a loyal customer & a business owner myself, I expected better.

Pretty cool store stowed away in the West Village. Limited color selection compared to online but it's a great store to see how these shirts look in person. The company itself makes really great, stylish, and comfortable basics

This is the best place to go if you are looking for some truly comfortable smart/casual wear. We while in the city for holidays and had a great experience. Jennifer was always happy to help us find the right colours and options. Sadly the same can’t be said from their online customer service which was appalling. Love the brand but nothing compares to actually visiting the actual store (specialty if you don’t live in the US and have to deal with expensive shipping and additional fees to get your hands on their products. If you have a horrible experience with customer service like us with the online shop, please give it a chance to the actual store.

The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating even on day 10 of being open. Got to try on a bunch of their newer fits and try out products i’d been curious about online. (the joggers, which were insanely soft) Top notch store, brand - they’ll be a great addition to the neighborhood!

These black shirts ruined my sheets and my white leather couch with purple dye!

Cuts' customer service is terrible. They sell t-shirts on their website that are out of stock and unavailable to ship. I placed an order for a t-shirt and it was "processing" for over a week. I finally emailed customer care to figure out what was going on. The rep informed me that Cuts "pre-sells" items, whatever that means. She wasn't able to give me a definitive delivery date so I canceled the order. If a product isn't in stock, notify customers first before selling, it please.

Won’t allow returns if you throw away the tiny black bag it’s mailed it. Total scam.

How does an online order take almost 30 days for a refund? Was given tracking number for refund, and tracking number was invalid…
