QUALITY HAS GONE DOWNHILL AND IS WORSE THEN A $10 tshirt. The tshirts barely last two washes without pilling to the point the fabric pulls apart leaving very noticeable lines in the tshirts. The pilling is uncomfortable. Very sad as they used to be good, but have become the worst brand on the market. Few photos for reference. All shirts look like this or worse. The front side has the fabric pulling apart.

BEWARE!! QUALITY SEEMS TO BE GOING DOWNHILL! AND THEY WILL TRY TO MAKE IT AS HARD AS POSSIBLE TO RETURN!! I ordered 3 shirts, I put the first one on and noticed the stitching was coming undone at the hem on the very end of the stitch obviously a defect from manufacturing I asked to exchange it and they said no because I said that I noticed the flaw after ten minutes at the gym. They say walking into the gym is misuse of the shirt. So now I am requesting to return the rest of my unused unopened order and they said that it’s not possible. Literally just received them in the mail and the quality is not what it used to be. BEWARE!!

I have been a long time customer of cuts because I love the fit of their shirts. My boyfriend can tell when I’m wearing their t shirts vs others because they are so much more flattering. Today I stopped in on Fourth of July to pick up an additional shirt and just wanted to give a shoutout to the young man and woman working at the store around 5 pm today. I didn’t catch their names but they were both extremely attentive without being overbearing and it was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very very long time. Highly recommend!

This is the best place to go if you are looking for some truly comfortable smart/casual wear. We while in the city for holidays and had a great experience. Jennifer was always happy to help us find the right colours and options. Sadly the same can’t be said from their online customer service which was appalling. Love the brand but nothing compares to actually visiting the actual store (specialty if you don’t live in the US and have to deal with expensive shipping and additional fees to get your hands on their products. If you have a horrible experience with customer service like us with the online shop, please give it a chance to the actual store.

Purchased Icon Cropped pants at the store, and i usually shopped online several times since the brand was launched and it always was great fit and quality , unfortunately the quality went down so bad that only one wash and pants got discolored , the fit is amazing the cut everything is good about the brand but not the quality ! bring the quality back please!

The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating even on day 10 of being open. Got to try on a bunch of their newer fits and try out products i’d been curious about online. (the joggers, which were insanely soft) Top notch store, brand - they’ll be a great addition to the neighborhood!

I recently visited Cuts in the West Village, and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. They helped grab a few additional sizes + colors for me and set up a nice fitting room. The store was very clean and well-organized. Will be coming back soon, the shirts I got are so comfortable.

Sizing is inconsistent. The thighs never fit the same way, the length of the pants is inconsistent, and they seem to have a problem using a tape measure. I returned the last 2 pairs of pants that I purchased and was charged $14 in shipping. That's not the worst part. Cuts forces you to use Just Answer, a company that serves no purpose, to make the return. The website tells you that there will be a $1 charge that will be refunded. Not only was the $1 not refunded; Just Answer charged me $56. Add this to the $14 shipping charged by Cuts and I actually owe them money for the return. I asked Cuts to resolve the matter. Plan on suing them if they don't. Avoid this company like the plaque or wait until they learn to use a tape measure before buying anything from them.
