Cutting Board Filipino Gastropub

A great take on modernizing some of the most popular Filipino dishes. Taste of food is spectacular. Some are a bit off from the original tase of a Filipino dish but it is phenomenal nonetheless. Definitely will recommend to Filipino's visiting or around the area. First time trying a Bibingka souffle and it's quite exquisite.

Clean and friendly staff, no wait. The prices are reasonable, they do not offer free refills. Portion size, is a nice size. Great parking, right off the freeway. Clean and well kept, it wasn't busy whatsoever. Went late afternoon. Clean restrooms, looked as though they have karaoke, however I'm not sure what days or what times. There's a small bar, as well.

Delicious sisig! The service was friendly, but slow. The food was well worth the wait, however. And the portion sizes were great! One entree was big enough for two people to share!

Wow! I was surprised with how good this food is! No big name, no big chef, miles away from the strip... but this food is a BOMB!!! LOVE IT!!! Try it for yourself and tell me if I'm wrong. Jheny gave us a very good pairing suggestions, thank you! We live on the other side of town (hour drive for us), but we will be back!

Great food, and an awesome setting. I’ll be coming back. We came for dinner, and had a great one. But then discovered that it’s a good hangout spot with beer and specialty drinks. The location is not where I would have expected to find a place like this; it’s really top of the line!

I loved the vibe of this place! If you're looking to try some Filipino dishes with a bit of a twist, definitely try this place. The food was delicious and the service was great! The best part was the Ube souffle. Perfect end to my birthday dinner.

I am a white guy and most Filipino restaurants I have been to are not very good. This one is different. Everything I had was good, very good. There are some places I will return to when in Vegas and this is now on that list. If you go you will not regret it. It too may end up on your list of places to go.

Best filipino gastropub ive ever been too.. the drinks were on point and the food. I definately recommend starting with the bone marrow.. its like meat butter but better....
