Late posting, but the memory of the restaurant is still so fresh in my mind.
Im very surprised this place is only on the michelin guide and not yet awarded any stars, especially when the great food is complemented by equally superb service.
The thing that stood out for me is their service recovery. When I was shown to my table initially, there was a random face mask left, possibly by a previous guest. The lady manager was so apologetic about it and honestly, it didn't negatively impact my dining experience. However, what really touched me was the immediate complementary cocktail. In addition, the waiter (going to vienna in aug'25) constantly checked in with me too.
Beyond the service, the food was reaaaallly good. Beef tartare helped to open my palate (after a week of hearty barbarian food, I really needed that pop of tartness), fried turbot was really fresh. And the desserts, all of them tasted good.
Definitely make your way there before they become too popular
