"Brasserie fare inspired by Bavarian-Alpine cuisine is the order of the day at the restaurant of the Rosewood Munich hotel. Classic, modern and traditional elements come together here. In the evening, dishes such as bouillabaisse or chicken from Landshut with corn, spinach and a pepper foam grace the menu; at lunchtime, tempting options include "Cuvilliés Burger" or quark pizokel. Wiener schnitzel is a mainstay on the menu. The daily-changing lunch menu with a choice of dishes is also worth perusing. The space has a chic brasserie feel and an open kitchen that can be seen from the dining area.Qu'ils mangent de la Briocheby ceramic artist Angelika Maria Stiegler also draws the eye. In addition, there is the inviting Bar Montez, the winter garden for afternoon tea and the Palaishof terrace. The central location, not far from the Feldherrnhalle and opera house, is perfect for a stroll along the exclusive Theatinerstraße." - Michelin Inspector

Everything was really amazing. We had a very nice dinner here. The atmosphere and the interior design is very beautiful and yet still comfortable and cosy. There is an open kitchen. The service was really great, quick and friendly. Everything we ate was also pretty delicious and well made. Can definitely recommend it.

Unforgettable experience, every single time. Have enjoyed a couple of dinners here recently. Always satisfied and amazed by the high quality of food. Can highly recommend the tartar or the classic schnitzel. Amongst the best in Munich for sure.

Food was good but it feels like sitting in a coffee shop so I expected more from a restaurant in this level hotel

Business dinner for 9 people. Food was fine, service was far below standards. Provided 4 menus for party of 9. Waited for 20 minutes until server came over to greet us and offer water, and only when asked. Forgot 2 aperitifs. Water bottles and drinks never refreshed unless asked. Entree course took 2.5 hours to be brought to table. There was a large group in addition to us but it’s the restaurant’s responsibility to manage table volume. Left before dessert given the late hour. No apologies from staff. Disappointed and will not be recommending to our customers to visit.
