Google
CVS automatically adds a plastic bag to online orders and it's not possible to delete from your order. So annoying. The staff at my store are all very helpful and bilingual. What a great addition to our community.

Horrible experience! I arrived 1:32 pm to pick up my mom's hart medicine. She is needing her medicine because she had 5 times to the emergency room this Thanksgiving holiday. However, I got to the pharmacy and the person inside said that my mom should wait 30 minutes because the all 4 people inside the pharmacy should have their lunch. That is the worst experience ever! My mom with Hart condition has to wait 4 people eat... There is no respect at all! This pharmacy should be more responsible and care more for the life of the other people.

I had an excellent experience at this CVS location. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient in handling my medication transfer. They took care of everything quickly and smoothly, making the process hassle-free. Beyond that, they went out of their way to offer additional assistance and ensure I had everything I needed. Their customer service is outstanding, and I truly appreciate their patience and willingness to help. Highly recommend this pharmacy for their speed, reliability, and exceptional care!

Google
Shotty hours and coverage vs most stores. Seem to always have new techs which speaks volumes. Mostly mad they don’t keep emergency contraceptive in stock and are ordering it when needed. That’s dumb.

I wish I could give 0 stars the manger was so rude and disrespectful because she said they were closing online it saids they were closing at 11 and it was only 10 o’clock she told me if I got anything else to BUY they would NOT let us buy anything at all and she was yelling it at me with horrible behavior it was a short hispanic blonde lady worse service ever the rest of the employees were angels since the beginning and apologized for how she acted when we were leaving they said “I’m sorry but she’s our boss” that lady is the rudest person I’ve ever met especially in a professional setting

Ralph was super helpful. I was surprised at how he went out of his way to help me find what I needed. I would have left, thinking CVS didn't have what I needed, if he hadn't walked me through the store to several areas and then finally we found the item. He helped me return an item and then checked me out with my new item. He may have been the only staff person there, but he was 100% focused on providing me excellent customer service.

Faustino and Carmen spent so much time helping me with photos. They are the best!

Pharmacy's leadership shift has turned a once competent, helpful, and friendly environment into a cold, unhelpful mess. I'm done—switching to Walgreens ASAP.

Yelp
Walked into this location and was immediately greeted. I had to get bandages for a family member that just had surgery and the surgeon directed us to go specifically to CVS to get them. When I asked about the bandages, they told me what aisle (and took the time to show me where they were located) and even directed me on what type of bandages were the closest fit since they didn't have the exact bandages the surgeon recommended. The store was bright, clean and organized. Definitely recommend this location.

Yelp
I moved to Herndon two years ago and began to pick up prescriptions here. I have experienced slow service here; a pharmacy technician in training didn't know how to apply my extra care card at the drive thru and told me to call customer service. You can imagine my frustration when after being on the phone for 15 minutes waiting for a representative, they tell me to walk back into the store to do a void and repurchase because they can't do it over the phone. It should never take up to 45 minutes to pick up a monthly prescription EVER. Still, this was the closest pharmacy to where I lived so I was willing to give it some time and they have improved a lot. Every time I call in to request a prescription fill, there is no wait time. I've never experienced an attitude problem with any of the pharmacy staff. The primary reason why I am giving three stars and not four is because drive thru wait times are still a bother unless you are the first or second car in line. Might as well walk into the store.

Yelp
Dear Internets-- This is my 5th formal entry and I'm getting pretty good I think. (I am Antonio still by the way). Today Sagamore (best) friend of me, tell me that you can help me with my back. Every day I lean as if I am great Pisa. (how do either of us stay up?!?) Sagamore say Antonio you carry weight of world on your shoulders. I tell him ridiculous because weight of even my horse Pipo could crush a man like brother of my father when it fall on him when I was boy. hilarious! So I tell Sagamore world is too much. But I do carry weight of Antonio. And that is enough. Where do I go for fixing my back? (there are bocci match to win!) Please write back soon. (I am not in the CVS yet I am outside)

Yelp
Usually this is my go-to CVS but recently the place seems very understaffed and the workers seem stressed. I think it might have something to do with college kids returning to school. Regardless, I suggest management looks into hiring more people so that the store moves more efficiently and the few workers don't have such an intense load Also props to the sweet cashier Hannah who managed a busy line and kept a smile on her face the whole time!

Yelp
I wish this weren't the closest CVS to me. From now on, I'm driving farther in search of better customer service and treatment. There is a woman who seems to be working no matter what time I come into the store who is resistant to helping with checkout, checking a coupon, and treating customers with respect. Today, I knelt down to see the nail polish on the very bottom row of the display. She came over in a hurry and accused me of opening nail polish, mentioning a sign that says not to. As I did NOT open anything, I told her just that, bought my unopened nail polish at self checkout, and left for the last time. Maybe if the nail polish were more accessible I wouldn't have had to get on the floor to see it. I will not be returning to this location and will not be recommending to it to friends/family.

Yelp
Pharmacists are great...very helpful and friendly. Took the time to answer questions I had and were kind and courteous.

Yelp
Unbelievably slow. It is not uncommon for me to wait at the drive-through for 45 minutes to an hour to get a prescription. Going in doesn't help either. Sometimes I just give up and go home. One time after waiting for about a half an hour in the drive-through line, I decided to go in. After I got to the front of this line (after waiting for another 15 minutes), I gave my name I was told the prescription, was actually not ready (when I called on the phone earlier that day I was told it was ready for pick up). As I waited to get it filled, another 45 minutes rolled by. It still wasn't ready. So I went up to the pharmacist to ask what the holdup was. He told me that I would have to come back tomorrow, since they didn't even have the medication there. Unbelievably slow, and truly terrible customer service.

Yelp
Made an appointment on line for a Covid test, one hour before. Went to drive through window. Pharmacy employees at this location were competent, professional and very efficient and courteous. They checked the file on line, printed the paperwork, provided the test and instruction, all worked like a charm. I am particularly appreciative of the excellent service at this Seneca Rd in Falls Church compared to the incompetent, inconsiderate and disrespectful MANAGER (employee trainee very nice) this same morning, at the CVS on Russell Branch Parkway in Ashburn. originally, I had my Covid test scheduled at the Ashburn location, but the manager took the day off and assigned at the drive through window the poor trainee who had no log-in access to the system to perform the Covid tests for the patients with known, prescheduled appointments. And the unprofessional, incompetent Ashburn manager didn't even bother to answer the phone to the employees calling for instructions or assistance. Great service at Seneca Rd location, especially by comparison!

Yelp
Super slow location for covid test. 20-30 min per person. Other locations take only 5min once you reach the window. They need to speed it up as the lines go out to the street.

Joe S.

Yelp
Pharmacy decent - store price are horrible. Items are routinely priced 100% higher than at nearby grocery store.

Yelp
Came here for the covid booster and a shingles vaccine...was turned down by the doctor for the shingles vaccine due to age (even though I have an immunodeficiency and I'm 39, which isn't wildly young). So I got the covid booster, and literally 10 days later was diagnosed with shingles by my doctor. Thanks a ton Great Falls CVS

Yelp
My son's oral surgeon called in prescriptions at 9:00 a.m. When I arrived at 10:30 the pharmacist was assisting a customer on the phone and ignoring the customers in line. After waiting in line for almost 15 minutes, I was told his pain med wasn't ready and that it would be another hour. The woman in front of me said she had received a text that her prescriptions were ready. No such luck when she arrived at the counter. She was not happy. An hour later I return and pharm tech tells me that I need an authorization form from my insurance company for the pain med. I call the doctor's office. They call the insurance company who tells them that the drug is 100% covered. I call pharmacy and pharmacist insists that I still have to pay the $17 out of pocket. At this point we're four hours out of surgery and the Advil is only doing so much. I say "fine". She says she's working on it now and it should be ready in 20 min.I sent husband to pharmacy. An hour and a half later, after waiting in a ridiculously long line,he returns with the pain med...paid for out of pocket. When people can't get their prescriptions in a timely manner, it become a safety issue. Run, don't walk to another pharmacy!

Yelp
Organized store with easy to find items. Quick checkout and clean floors and ceilings.

Yelp
This is a convenient neighborhood store and I would like it to succeed, but they need to work on serving their customers better. I stood in line waiting to have a prescription filled. There were 4 pharmacists or assistants working on their computers behind the counter. They all saw me but continued to work on their computers. I finally left the store after 10 minutes. I am not saying they were not working - but 10 minutes was enough. I got the prescription filled elsewhere.

Yelp
This pharmacy opens an hour earlier than the one in Great Falls and is closer to my home so I thought I would try it. Unfortunately they do not train their clerks so when he asked if I wanted to apply my 20% every day value coupon to a $5 purchase, I said fine if it applies to all purchases this month. He blithely said yes when in reality it is only applied once per month. He should have checked. I doubt I'll go to this store again. They obviously need more training.
