This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I constantly have to chase them down for my medication, even though it’s sitting on their shelves. They repeatedly tell me to wait another day, and this cycle continues until I finally lose my patience. When I called to check the status of my prescription, Stephany didn’t even bother answering my question—instead, she suggested I take my business elsewhere.
Frustrated, I decided to go in person and speak with the pharmacist, who happened to be Arther. When a staff member informed him that a customer wanted to speak with him, his response was a dismissive and rude “WHAT WHAT WHAT,” loud enough for me to hear. His tone and the way he treated the staff were downright unprofessional and nasty.
This was the third—and definitely the last—time I’ll ever go to this pharmacy.
