Restaurants Are Being Scammed Through Credit Card Disputes | Eater

"A delivery driver alleges that an employee at a national pharmacy chain marked her food as undelivered even though she photographed the drop-off and showed app proof, and the dispute ultimately cost her the job. Third-party platforms require drivers to document deliveries (photos, following instructions) and review claims, but drivers report little recourse when customers or store staff contest a drop-off; accounts can be suspended or deactivated, leaving workers financially exposed." - Jaya Saxena

Google
I want to sincerely thank and commend the cashier who helped me today at CVS. They were extremely kind, attentive, and professional from the moment I walked in. They greeted me with a genuine smile, helped me find what I needed, and patiently explained some promotions and coupons I wasn’t aware of. Their attitude was warm and helpful, which made my shopping experience quick, easy, and very pleasant. It’s refreshing to encounter someone with such a strong sense of customer service who truly cares about the people they assist. I wish all cashiers were like them! They definitely deserve recognition for their excellent work. CVS is lucky to have such a great employee. Thank you!

Google
Headed to this CVS right after an Urgent Care visit and I didn’t have to wait long for them to full the prescription . Pharmacist was helpful and efficient, the line was a little long but it moved very quickly.

Date/Time: 12:30 AM, Tuesday Location: CVS – 1825 NE 185th St, North Miami Beach, FL The male employee was rude, unhelpful, and ignored me when I asked for help. He refused to check the back for a product that was clearly there. The female employee was polite and helpful. Please improve night shift service.

Google
Every single time I choose this cvs pharmacy location to pick up a prescription it’s never ready on time, they “can’t process the script”, or I get a message saying it’s ready when they didn't even receive the actual script. The pharmacy staff is not friendly, not welcoming, and respond with attitude even if you’re cordial with manners. If I could give zero stars I would specifically just for their pharmacy. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT PLACE PRESCRIPTIONS HERE!!

Google
The worst CVS I know is this one from Miami Gardens Drive and the 18 of the North East Fl the staff who work here that is very poc in very rude the store is full and I asked if they had someone to help me on the floor and he told me that they can't help me that they only have two people to attend in the box and that if I wanted to complain to call corporate I have been living in this area for 4 years and since 1 year this store continues to maintain the same treatment and behavior I asked for a manager and they told me that I was in a brake and that if I wanted help on the line I was going to have to wait for the whole queue to end

Google
This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I constantly have to chase them down for my medication, even though it’s sitting on their shelves. They repeatedly tell me to wait another day, and this cycle continues until I finally lose my patience. When I called to check the status of my prescription, Stephany didn’t even bother answering my question—instead, she suggested I take my business elsewhere. Frustrated, I decided to go in person and speak with the pharmacist, who happened to be Arther. When a staff member informed him that a customer wanted to speak with him, his response was a dismissive and rude “WHAT WHAT WHAT,” loud enough for me to hear. His tone and the way he treated the staff were downright unprofessional and nasty. This was the third—and definitely the last—time I’ll ever go to this pharmacy.

I was in the neighborhood and needs change for $100 and ended up buying a bag a of Reese’s. The associate was hoping I had $.21 to round of to the nearest dollar but I didn’t. She still rounded up to the nearest number. I felt so happy I walked back in with the change.

Google
I would advise against using this location for your prescriptions. Unfortunately, if Google Reviews allowed me to give zero stars, I would choose that option, but it's not available. Most of the time, when you visit a pharmacy, it’s because you need to pick up medication to feel better, and the least you expect is courteous attention from the staff. However, at this CVS, there is an older woman at the pharmacy counter with pink hair who displays poor behavior and indifference towards customers. No matter what you ask her, she always seems to be in a bad mood and is intolerant. I believe working with someone so toxic would be a nightmare too. On a positive note, the cashiers at the front desk are good. Unfortunately, I will have to ask my doctors to send my prescriptions to a location further from my home, which will cause me more inconvenience, but I want to avoid another bad experience.

Yelp
CVS is a typical pharmacy and general-good store, so it really comes down to the staff and customer service to set a store apart. The team at the CVS on NE 185th St does a great job making customers feel welcome and invited in their store! We needed some help getting a picture printed and the lady working the counter took her time to help us and kept checking on us while cashing out other customers. That's unique in most of the CVS's I've been into. Check these guys out!

Yelp
Picture service is lacking and the staff is not knowledgeable about the pictures. Heads up, in ordered to coupon on pick up orders, will not be used in person and must be inputted at the time pics are ordered online. Coupon would make prints .12 and I paid over a dollar. Horrible.

Yelp
Avoid at all cost. This is the worse managed pharmacy in Miami. And that's saying a lot. Because most pharmacies are bad. This place has a line out the door. And 2 employees working. And they move slower than the sloths at the dmv. Unreal how bad this place is.

Yelp
WORST PHARMACY SERVICE!! Should all get fired !!!! Picking up over the counter CHILDREN MOTRIN, because my 4 year old is too fatigued to walk in & they flat out told me they don't offer that service when they have the sign up. Lazy, impolite witches.

Yelp
The. WORSE CVS EVER! They need to do an overhaul and hire the right people not just knowledgeable but the ones that are pleasant to the customers. I'll also speak to the corporate about this awful place. The pharmacists Emily and Deniece need an immediate attitude adjustment. They seem to think that they are superior to the customers. That's how CVS is losing customers.

Yelp
Overpriced EVERYTHING Retail prices are bad enough but these ass holes add another 10% to 25%. Go to a grocery store for anything but prescriptions. CVS, RITE AID. WALGREENS YOU SUCK

Yelp
THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CVS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! There is always a line, only one person at the cash register. They are extremely slow. They manager doesn't do anything. I've lived in the area for 8 years and this is my home CVS and for the last 8 years nothing has changed. It's ridiculous! Go to Walgreens down the street instead.

Yelp
I finally got through the phone now on line to pick up my meds. The line as not moved for 25 minutes and the line is at least 10 people!! This is not fair to make people wait this long to pick up your meds.

Yelp
Worse place ever! On Wednesday at 1:30 am, I went there and asked Covid test kit for someone( after 4 other pharmacies that they didn't have). when guy, who is a manager of Cvs, told me we don't have! I asked him do you know where can I find?! He started to speak Spanish to another woman who was working there snd told me I have one and sell it for $130.00 ! I asked what?! $130.00 ?!!! He said yes! You told me you need it! And I have one if you want!! I never go back to this Cvs!

Yelp
Absolutely the WORST. Pharmacy or CVS in general I have ever gone to. I have had countless terrible experiences if I wasn't so busy and it wasn't so conveniently close for me I would never go there again. There was several times that the staff at the pharmacy had terrible attitudes, the lines are always long, they're very on organized take out their frustrations on the customers because they're unhappy with their job, at one point they even miss counted my medication not by a little they actually tripled the amount of medication that I was prescribed- a controlled substance at that! Another time I was prescribed a medication that had two pills of something else and I received four. I've been told to stand in the line waited over an hour for them to tell me I'm in the wrong line after I was told to stand in that line and instead of just helping me they make me go to the back of the line again. A separate time I've waited in the drive-through for well over 30 minutes just for when I arrive to the drive-through they shut the window and say we're closed but had they moved a little faster or at least put a cone behind the last person there and not accept it anymore I would have been there in time but I waited so long that it was closing time by the time I got to the front. My advice never go here for anything unless you truly have to!

Yelp
Son muy lentos, nunca tienen nada listo y el servicio es bastante malo, estoy muy contenta de haberme mudado a la farmacia de Publix

Yelp
CVS is a Horrible pharmacy that my job pressured and intimidated us , employees, into using . The lines in the pharmacy is always long, never a run in and out... you wait on the phone 20 minutes or more and still no one answers the phone and not enough cashiers.... In other words, you fill your scripts where we say or you won't get them. For $100.00 a pay period I should be able to fill them where I want to. There are always a companies who wants more business, but can't handle the amount of service for the business increase.... That's CVS

Yelp
My husband is a double lung transplantee. His main source if anti-rejection is called Prograf. Besides the Prograf he spends fortunes at CVS on about 14-15 other medications he takes. THE GREED of these huge corporations "CVS"comes down to this: CVS will no longer carry the brand Prograf because they lose money on it. They will only have the generic which is not allowed by the medical center that cares for him (Duke University). He is only allowed to take the brand name. You would think that the CVS we have used every week sometimes 3 times per week would care enough to at least guide us. It's a shame what this country is coming too. Greed greed and more greed. Shame in you CVS

Yelp
I always go here to this CVS by my home. But one thing about it certain times during the day it is packed with people. Because there's only one person at the register. I understand schedules etc but they should have somebody at the three registers at all times. For convenience of the impatient customers I'm patient but sometimes that long line feels like forever. Most of the time it's and out for me I just get what I need. Other than that aspect of it I would've given 5 stars.

Yelp
Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I was told to make a line to drop off my prescription and after 30 minutes, I was told I was in the wrong line and made me make another one. Once I finally got to a pharmacist, they took my prescription and when I had questions about another medicine, they told me they did have the time. Almost an hour making lines to get a rude pharmacist, and no help? I took my prescription somewhere else.

Yelp
On vacation and needed things twice. Ran in. Quickly got what I needed. Checked out right away. Left. Hubby said, That was quick!

Yelp
Its a CVS. What can you say. Its open 24 hours and on holidays. I will not use the pharmacy. They tried so hard to get our business and when I gave it a try, it was one problem after another. I prefer a Walgreens or Target pharmacy.

Yelp
This place is way scary after dark, make sure you park in front. Other than that, it is a miserable place to get your prescriptions filled, not because of the pharmacists, but the customers are the worst. Walgreens in Aventura is a bit better.

Yelp
This review is VERY IMPORTANT and CVS Corporate should take note:- the pharmacist is completely incompetent (woman with dark hair and glasses ) highly unprofessional and had no ability to step and talk and explain what's going on with a medicine I was trying to get for my child - the drs office had closed and they "couldn't read" the prescribing doctors name. The attendants (black lady with a bob cut and Indian woman with name maybe Patel) rude and unprofessional- medicine boxes everywhere people stepping on other people's medicine -one person would say 10 mins another 2 hour wait time - medicines lying in the open everywhere. This staff should be fired. You already have 1 star for your location so you do t care but when someone gets the wrong medicine from picking up the wrong packet - you will be ethically liable for employing such incompetent people to dispense medicine.

Bettina L.

Yelp
The pharmacy is very poorly organized. One window for drop off and another one for pickup. Waited 15 minutes to drop off 3 prescriptions. 2 hours later got a text my meds were ready. Went back to pick up order. Waited 20 minutes in line to pick up only to find out only 2 were ready. Was told I had to go back to the drop off window to inquire why the 3rd prescription wasn't ready. 25 minutes later I am still standing in the drop off line waiting to find out why my prescription wasn't ready. Very poor customer service.

Fatima H.

Yelp
Very long wait time on the phone and then when I finally got through to the Pharmacist (Lisa) she was unfriendly and quite short. I would not recommend this place especially with much competition around and better service

Leslie G.

Yelp
Most of the staff is professional and helpful. There are a couple that are amazing and go way above the call of duty and then there are the ones the rest of you talk about just a couple, but lazy and they always behave and look extremely annoyed that they have to even so much as answer a question. Quite frankly, every time I see them I am amazed they haven't been let go . . . there are too many individuals that would love to have their job and do it with a smile! Perhaps I have been going there so long I've grown into acceptance!
