Just wanted to take a moment to really express my gratitude for the pharmacist that really went to bat for me right around closing time. I was ordered some medication to help with my COVID symptoms and the pharmacy technician was adamant about not running the insurance (that was on file) because of the proximity to their closing time. The pharmacist personally called back, understanding that the medication was somewhat time-sensitive and told me to come back and she would personally take care of it. This is why this is my preferred pharmacy. There is always someone looking out for you. Big shoutout to the pharmacist working tonight!!!!

I have to say I tried to give this pharmacy benefit of the doubt. Some of the employees in the pharmacy are just downright rude. I can understand why so many people have moved there prescriptions elsewhere

The terrible service is the best part of this location. The worst part, the incredibly obnoxious condescending bully that is "Kimn", the pharmacist. She is an unfunny clown. There has yet to be a kind word ever said. She slams the phone in my ears and even slammed the window (after waiting in line for 20 minutes) because it was her lunch hour. As if only she can run all of CVS. She is so rude and nasty it's a disgrace. If you are waiting in line, which can be for 20-30 minutes easy as they are so slow, and it is coming up on lunch, there is no notice to the people that are in line waiting their turn. She slams now the window gate and sticks a "come back later sign". So rude! Today when I called to see if they have the prescription my doctor ordered, she demanded I come down because she was too busy to answer a question I asked her why she thought that type of behavior was ok and she went off. I get to the store I spoke to another young lady, but same bad attitude by name Amanda. It turns out my doctor made a mistake and gave me a wrong code. All of this could have been handled over the phone but no, Kimn says she no longer answering any phone calls and yet when I was there in store she took many calls from other people so it might just be discrimination. Kimn continued to talked over me and had her minion Amanda tell me I should change pharmacy to Walgreens. That was the best advise I ever got from this cesspool of low quality losers. Since Walgreens got wise to separate from her it's probably a safe place to go for my prescriptions. After all this Kimn induced drama I asked Amanda if they even carry the drug. Get ready ... They do not even carry it. Imagine that. So unhelpful. It's time to admonish this unprofessional abhorrent behavior. There were 5 previous belittling interactions with Kimn, this was the 6th and hopefully final one. I'm not changing pharmacies to satisfy Kimn's aggression. She is free to retire or change locations if she can't handle the regular work stress.

Went there to grab a quick to do list, and from the store manager not being attentive and dismissing me, so rude, and pharmacist not helping me smh, when I just wanted to check up on prescriptions status, plus this pharmacy tech, girl with glasses, brunette, was so rude as well, now I will never go to this place again! Totally bad customer service, no friendly hello, like a ghost town, I can tell they are short staffed! Or the pleasant people are gone, I see

Been by this location twice this week around 8:20 am and the pharmacy still wasn’t open even though it’s supposed to be open at eight. I have now gone five days without my medicine because that is the time I can go by before I head down south to work. Does anyone know what time the pharmacy opens?

Should have trusted the current star rating. They misled & greatly inconvenienced me, put my health at risk, and topped it off with appalling rude customer service. My wonderful local Publix pharmacy had doubled the price of my medication this month, so I called around and found CVS (in same plaza) had it in stock and at the regular price, and could fill it immediately. Wonderful. I just had to provide my personal information and they’d take care of the transfer. The transfer from Publix Pharmacy was completed with 30 minutes. I was then told that they wouldn’t be able to fill it until the following morning, but it would definitely be ready for pick up at 10am. Ok, no problem. I arrived at CVs at 11am and told they don’t even have it in stock and no idea when we will be getting it! Also they said something about insurance not covering it and so it will be $600 if and when we get it. I self pay anyway. Confused. I repeated what I was told on the phone yesterday, they reacted in disbelief and asked for the name of the person I spoke to. But I hadn’t thought to ask during that call. I requested the prescription be sent back over to Publix Pharmacy then - who had had it ready for pick up the day prior. I’d suck up the extra cost. They said NO, the rules mean I personally have to now contact my (notoriously difficult to get hold of) doctor and re-request the prescription and that it be called into Publix. I did that and went to Publix Pharmacy to explain what had happened. In the meantime, they had sold out of my medication. They are now waiting for a new prescription from my doctor (which I’m told could be hours to days), and then the new supply to come in. This has made for an unpleasant morning and now I’m facing the prospect of several extremely unpleasant days with risk to my health. Terrible, just terrible CVS - why on earth would you have done that? Is there some staff bonus for prescription transfers or something motivating this?

The pharmacy here sucks. I waited in line for 9 minutes and not one person said they would be right with us. One I reached the Asian woman, I asked her to check the price for meds seeing that I don’t have insurance. She gave me the price. She never offered the RX discount card. I had to TELL HER to offer me the RX discount. She told me to go and look it up myself I then told her no she was to look it up in her computer and to provide with with the discount that CVS provide for there customers without insurance. I also asked her if she was too busy to help me. It’s like pulling teeth for good customer service. Love CVS in West Palm Beach. This one in Palm city sucks

Today in the pharmacy the lady named Trupti was rude. I got to the pharmacy at 1:28, they go on lunch at 1:30. Which I only found this out today. I was unaware that was their lunch time. It would have taken 2 minutes to put my insurance info in but instead when told her about my insurance she huffed and said “you can come back at 2 cause we closed”. This upset me because when I do my job, before I go on break I FULLY finish my job whether I go over 5 minutes to or not. You have a responsibility to help your customers it’s literally your job. Respecting customers always comes first. I felt rushed and dismissed.

Came here and get my prescription refilled and just walk down the aisle looking at what they have here and what is new and what I would need.

I've been getting my scripts from this cvs for a couple of months now and I have reached a conclusion. That the feeling of getting waterboarded and dealing with this pharmacy is very similar. Its organization is completely dysfunctional, its communication is awful, and the pharmaceutical staff range from hellspawn to incompetent to just meh. Going to this place fills me with existential dread and you will join me as you are inconvenienced every step of the way.

I rated this one star because of our young age in the store, they accused us of shoplifting. From the beginning, the service was horrible and they were very rude. Just because we were walking around for a while, and taking our time, they accused us of shoplifting. They said to our faces, that it was our fault that we were taking away their workers time to follow us around, which told us that they had no respect for our privacy. Even when they asked us if we were looking around for anything specific, and our response was yes, they got very annoyed. Plus, they didn't help at all, they clearly were expecting us to say no as an answer, and walk away. We are NEVER going back because of the disrespect and having no rights of have privacy. We do not recommend coming here. (Please talk to your workers about this incident).

this pharmacy is terrible! no one works! they didn't have my medication in stock and the prescription was sent a week in advance, I called the day before to see when it would be ready and only THEN did they tell me they did not have the Medicine in stock. they told me they could order it and it would probably take a week. therefore, bc they didn't let me know when they got the prescription in so I could call around to other pharmacies, I then had to go off the medicine and back onto it. Everyone here has an attitude and I feel like no one knows what's going on. I've never been to a worse CVS.

If my insurance didn't force me to use this pharmacy, I never would. They have such horrible customer service, it's like they know you have no choice! Do they even train the people they hire before putting them out to work with the public? They show no knowledge and no willingness to help.

This is pharmacy is the slowest I've ever been to. They need to increase the number of staff, or work out a better system. It's insane that they haven't figured out that they need more staff. If you want to stand in line for an hour, this is the place for you.

This is the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. Terrible customer service, never enough staff, medications are always out of stock (supposedly), and they make you do all the work by having to call in to initiate refills. I've never had a worse experience than I had at this CVS. save yourself a ton of headaches and find another pharmacy.

Never have medication in stock. The texts are in helpful . The phone wait time is ridiculous. They are useless and really couldn't care less.

I've been dealing with their incompetence for years because my insurance insists I go there. I receive alerts that my medication is ready; when I get there and it isn't, I show them the text, their response is the same...we don't know why you're receiving this message. Two medications have similar names; I can't tell you how many times they fill the wrong one! I'm worried about my elderly mother taking the wrong medication. In addition, I've never seen a staff move so slow. So slow that it's beyond rude.

I went to cvs in palm city today and purchase facial cleansing cloth, 5.19 and by one he et one half off. The clerk rang up my order, at 5.19 for both, I did not realize the mistake until after the order was paid. I told the clerk it was buy one get one 50% off soo she had to refund my money and re-ring my order, only to ring it up at 5.99 and 2.99. So she tells me that is the correct price, which it was marked 5.19 and with the bogo50%. By this time there in a line forming behind me and my bag of ice is melting so I told the cashier that this is the 3rd time that I purchased a something that store that it rings up different than the price marked. Needless to say I will use the pharmacy but I will never buy anything from the front store.

Had my car window shattered, wallet stolen and someone drove to this CVS and bought 2 $500 visa gift cards with my debit card. Apparently he tried to swipe a 3rd card and it didn't go through due to insufficient funds. I worked at Walgreens and know for a fact you are supposed to ID people buying gift cards worth more than $100... so please tell me why whoever was working did not ID this asshole that stole $1000 from me??? I know the stolen wallet and break in is not their fault but this could've been stopped. Really dropped the ball on this one.......

I have been using this pharmacy for quite awhile now. They are always friendly and eager to answer any questions that I may have. Additionally, they keep me up to date on any of my prescription renewals and alert me when my prescriptions are ready for pick-up.

This review is for the CVS retail section and not the pharmacy. To be fair, the only reason I ever shop at CVS is for the sales on groceries, etc. which are the items listed on the front and back pages of their weekly circular. The items on the inside of the circular (usually makeup and health and beauty products) are way overpriced, even when they are on sale. I frequently receive 40% off coupons on one item and in using the coupon the price is slightly better than what I would pay elsewhere. I was at CVS on Sunday, 01-27-19 in Palm City. I attempted to use my 40% off coupon on a box of cat litter that was normally priced at $11.99. However, the litter was already on sale, reduced by $1.75, so the cashier said I couldn't use the coupon. I understood. That made sense. I declined buying the litter even at their discount because I could still get it cheaper at Publix. I then looked around the store for something else to buy with my coupon. I went up to the register with one bottle of Aveeno moisturizer cream. It was priced at $10.99. The same cashier said "Oh, you can't use it on this either because this is buy one get the 2nd for half off." I replied I was only buying one, so it would be FULL price and not on sale and that the sale only applied if you were buying two. $10.99 was the actual, non-sale price. She replied the computer would not let her bypass it and that "they" have asked to have that changed, acknowledging what I was saying was correct. If you buy one, it is regular price and NOT ON SALE. I said "This is insane." and left. I will not be returning. I already threw out my CVS card and stopped the emails they send.

2 hours late filling a scrip. When asked why it took so long after the quoted time, tech said we are over worked and under staffed. Great to tell a customer. Only reason I went there is because Walgreens had just as bad customer service. I guess we will try Publix pharmacy note.
