Having recently moved back home to the Chicago area from Florida, this CVS store went above and beyond and worked diligently with my FL doctor's office to secure my much-needed prescription which was available within an hour. Additionally, a second doctor (local) sent a prescription over which was filled and delivered within minutes. I must say that I am very impressed with the due diligence, genuine concern and friendliness of this location CVS in Target 2650 North Clark Street Chicago Kudos to all at this location.

The past 3 months have been chaos at this location. Not sure what the culprit to the madness is but tons of misinformation and lack of accuracy and capability here. Hopefully the necessary changes will be made so things go back to normal.

I appreciate that the pharmacy was able to fill a last minute script for me and get into contact with insurance in order to get it covered. However, pharm tech Phoebe was extremely rude and dismissive during a simple prescription pickup. She cut me off multiple times when I was answering her questions and very obviously rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a bag. She also aggressively handed me the back and turned around to walk away as I was saying thank you, to which she didn’t respond. I’ve actually never written a google review before, but this experience was one I felt I had to share. Other pharm techs at this location have been great, but I’ve had multiple negative experiences with Phoebe. I hope CVS can speak with her and maybe her attitude will improve in the future.

I’m rewriting my review from a few short years ago. The experience at CVS has gotten better now and the staff is more congenial than the one they had a couple years back. Nubia is especially good and congenial. The other staff seem to also be good. They often need more staff, but I’m finding that at all pharmacies.

The hours for this Pharmacy are absolutely Awful. The people who work there are awesome though. I keep having to transfer my scripts to other pharmacy's that are open when I'm available to pick them up. Its very inconvenient for me to rush there after a workday. I'm probably going to have to switch to a Walgreen's - they are open early and stay open later in the day and more convenient in my schedule.

The pharmacist named Moses was horrible, impatient, inconsiderate and down right rude! He rushed me and refused to understand that I was calling for a senior citizen that was having trouble getting her medication, even though the pharmacy had received and confirmed the receipt of the prescription three days before I called. He just said that he knows the pharmacy confirmed it received the prescription, but just resend it and basically refused to even listen. So unprofessional!

One of the pharmacists here, Gio, and the technician, Natalie, make this the best pharmacy around. They both have helped me countless times by sorting out insurance messes, helping me find incredible coupons for expensive medications, and overall just being genuinely nice people. This team is amazing and I hope to never have to find another pharmacy. The hours are somewhat narrow but they're so worth it.

My daughter went to fill a prescription at 555 pm, not knowing the pharmacy closed at 6. She was obviously in pain after having a dental procedure done. The girl at he counter told her the prescription could not be filled because they closed at 6. After seeing that we were upset, the girl asked if she had prescriptions filled there normally, which my daughter does. The girl began to type things into the computer as if she was going to help us. A pharmacist came up and inquired with the girl and told her they couldn’t be filled because they were closed! Obviously there is no such thing as customer care for him! At this point over 5 minutes of time had lapsed and the pain was increasing!
