Google
I visited CW lanes & Games with my church and had a very wonderful time. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The staff was very attentive to all of our needs. This location is very family friendly and would highly recommend for folks of all ages. It is first come first serve so if you plan on playing at a certain time I recommend going an hour before your desired time to reserve the lanes while you wait. The bowling alley is located in the mall and you can combine bowling with a movies package or you can go shopping before or after you bowl. Very fun can’t wait to go back!

Google
good place. great food, the chicken tenders were so crispy and fries were also good. our sever was great, he was always on top of refilling our lemonade pitcher and gave us all free drinks (and refills?! hello?) arcade looked decent, we didn’t do that though. pretty normal bowling experience, our server was really great though.

Google
Everyone was very friendly, but the alleys were all dark and could have been a lot cooler if there was some glow in the dark or disco lighting on. Food was good. Drinks were good. The bartender was a total sweetheart.

Google
Awesome place to go, not only to hide from the summer heat, but to also have a great experience with the family, staff are awesome group of young people, from front counter to waiter/waitress, we have gotten a large pizza, chips and dip, comes with 3 different sauces and an order of cheese quesadillas, a pitcher of soda, free refills which was a surprise although an amazing gesture, we had a free 1 hour bowling coupon from a previous time, we paid $30 for an extra hour of bowling, and all the food and drinks came out to less than 50 before tips. Kid's had a great time, it was worth every dollar, also has a sit in bar and an arcade.

Lindsey

Google
Fun place! Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is nice. I would say it's an easy 2+ hours of fun. Service is good, drinks are good and the kids always have a blast. Compared to other bowling alleys, CW Lanes has practical pricing. We are a family of 5 for reference.

Google
The bowling was fun but we had some problems at the lane. First it wouldn't return the balls and then it would take one to two minutes to reset. It's a timed game so we probably lost about 20-25 minutes of the 2 hours we paid for. The staff way friendly and the game itself was fun. Great place to bring the family!

Amanda E.

Google
Love it here! Amazing staff and great prices! You can even get a drink at the bar and play at the arcade!

Google
Our Bartender was amazing, I want to say Justin, but then we all spent a few minutes guessing what we would name him and I forgot which one 🤣

Yelp
We came for a work thing. There were 36 of us and we had 6 lanes and some food. Overall a really good time! Their system auto scores and keeps track across games as well. If you are a serious bowler, my lane had a serious dog leg left about 3/4 of the way down the lane and I bowled worse than I've ever bowled before. But it was fun none the less!

Yelp
I am used to going to a different bowling alley but I was meeting up with my friend and this was a happy medium commute, I was a but confused as to where it was at first since I did not realize it was inside the mall and the GPS led us to the theater but they're all in the same general area. I loved my experience here and would definitely recommend this place. We came on a Wednesday evening for my pre birthday celebration. The rates are $30/hr per lane and $5 for shoe rentals. On Tuesdays, they do have 50% off the arcade games and bowling so that's a great deal! The arcade and bar are on the ground floor and the bowling lanes are on the upper level. The lanes are spaced out pretty well, the floors are well maintained, the screens are nice, and there's a healthy supply of bowling balls. My only complaint is that some of the benches are a bit torn up.
google avatar

Kay M.

Yelp
Literally here right now with our two kids and it's disgusting. All the seats are ripped up but like chunks missing. Only one person at the desk was pleasant the other two guys were unwelcoming. The lane we were in 9 every single ball went left. You can see the dents in the lanes. This place used to be awesome. Shame on the owners and management. NOT worth $54 for an hour id rather travel another 10 mins to Attleboro.

Richard T.

Yelp
No oil on the lanes at all. Impossible to spin the ball and play. Please maintain the lanes.

Gorette H.

Yelp
Went with friends and had a really nice time. The bowling section has some significant wear and tear though. Out lanes resting area bench had a large tear on the vinyl. TVs were past their prime and major discoloration Staff was great and consistently checking on us. Really good value for the experience. We bowled for 2 hours across 2 lanes.

Yelp
I really like this place but they are a bit on the expensive side. However they do have everything you need to spend a few hours with the kids or even a group of friends. You have the Movies theatre, the bowling alley, laser tag, sports bar, grill, and of course my sons favorite- the arcade! I also think they have that Topswing 3D Golf here but not sure! Also another reason why I love this place is because most of the time we go- we have the entire place to ourselves (usually during the day in the middle of the week). We went Monday around 2:00pm and we had the entire arcade, laser tag, and bowling alley all to ourselves. I think I saw 1 or 2 people at the bar! My son LOVES the arcade but I usually end up spending 3-5x the amount of what I would spend at Chuck e Cheese, but I do prefer the atmosphere here and it's nice if you wanna grab a bite and a drink! I think it's $22 for an unlimited hour of game play at Chuck E Cheese and they have the majority of the same games that this place has! So if you're tight on money- this isn't the best spot & some of the games cost 9.2 credits or 9.6 credits. I found how they do the cost of the games a bit strange! I know I've checked in here before so not sure how this is my first check in! I also feel like I have reviewed this place before- but maybe I reviewed the restaurant in this place. I just wanted to note that this is like a perfect spot for the younger kids during the weekday's as it's not as overwhelming as a Dave & Buster's and not annoying like a Chuck E Cheese. We always win a decent amount of tickets so my son gets excited about picking a prize. They have a pretty good selection of prizes however; all the good ones take a lot of tokens and it's not easy to win many tickets here. Whereas at Chuck E Cheese we can win up to 1000 tickets in an hour! The laser tag is also perfect for younger kids. My son and I have done the laser tag here twice and twice it was just me him and another mother and son- which was cool because we didn't have to worry about older kids being crazy. Yesterday we did the arcade, laser tag & bowling. Initially I chose a vest that malfunctioned during the laser tag so staff let me switch it out and restarted the game- which was awesome! I also love how they have a special bowling tool for young kid and so did my son as he beat me at bowling and I really enjoyed his reaction! It was so clean & the waitress was friendly and attentive while bowling- even though I only ordered a Spite for myself and a juice for my son. Afterwards I took him to Papa Gino's because the last time we ate here it was a little overpriced and the food was just ok- I would definitely eat there again but my son was in the mood for pizza so to Papa Gino's we went! But overall it's a really nice spot with a lot of different activities to do and again if you don't like crowds there is never anybody here on the weekday's! Also a few of the reviews said this place was dirty and sticky- I found it the complete opposite. Every time I've been it's immaculate clean. The arcade, laser tag and bowling alley were in pristine condition. Nothing sticky in sight. Our bowling shoes didn't stick to the floor at all and it was very clean where we bowled!

Yelp
Most games in the arcade are broken and continue to be that way for months if not forever. They used to have free play on the pinball, however, the last time we went they have changed to pay to play. The bowling lanes are awful: slanted, un-oiled. Bowling balls are dirty, cracked. For all the money that still gets spent there I am very surprised they don't put more of an effort into upkeep. Very disappointing. Used to be one of our favorite places to go but I think we will be going elsewhere in the future.
google avatar

Yelp
This place was a sticky filthy breeding ground for germs served buy the laziest customer service guys ever. We just bowled but the balls were seriously sticky and dirty. The lanes were uneven almost wobbly when you threw the ball and the floors were filthy so dirt was tracked up to the lanes. The waitress for our section was fast and borderline rude only popping up twice during our 2 hour stay and took almost 15 minutes to wait around to pay our tab. There was a 12 year old kids party going on which was expected but they were literally screaming and management said it was allowed. They could have put the party to the side but they didn't. Sorry but for the very expensive price, the inadequate/dirty equipment, and rude service we'll spend our money somewhere else. Too bad because it's a good location and could've been a nice hangout spot.

Yelp
If you're a good bowler . . . This place will drive you nuts. There is no oil on the lanes and the balls are dull. It's pretty aggravating that you cannot bowl just because the staff doesn't take care of the facility. The service was good and the food decent.
google avatar

Yelp
We had so much fun. The prices are decent and the place is extremely clean. The only reason not five stars is just because the quality wasn't worth it. However our waitress was very attentive So everything is great! I'll be going again soon and just not order an appetizer.

Yelp
Always a good time Fun for all ages Neat, tidy, clean Everybody knows what bowling is like - UNLESS it's better. I'd say it's better here and the surrounding experience is worth the trip. Technology, variety, visibility, and availability make it a good time here. Food is above bowling average, and in some cases really quite good. Service is friendly and attentive. Prices are well within the reasonable level for a family outing, work event, or date night range. Entertainment is prevalent, from the bowling itself to plentiful screens, to smile-inducing music, to the room-to-move-with-friends accommodations. I've been here probably 4-6 times each with family and work colleagues, and the spot fits the bill for each occasion. I've experienced only good customer service interactions, and I always walk out smiling (even if I bowled like a hapless bum). Can't win 'em all, but you can enjoy 'em all, and odds are good here for fun. Special shout out to Holly and her slick management. Recommended.

Yelp
CW is a cool spot. Bowling, tv screens, a decent tap list, and above average food for a bar/bowling alley. I had some interesting beers including a great IPA from Providence Brewing, Battlecow Galacticose. Also enjoyed some tasty appetizers. We had their appetizer sampler as well as a Caesar's salad. All good. Fun atmosphere, friendly staff, and great service. Definitely will be back.

Yelp
Let's just start off by saying the place has a nice facade. If you bowl in a league, or are a pretty good bowler this place will piss you off. There is no oil on the lanes and the lanes are extremely uneven. Bowling a ball extremely straight down the middle slides into the gutter. They don't clean the floor before you get on the plane so there's food and spilled beer on the floor..this will cause your shoes to stick when you go up to bowl. Service is not very good. Wait staff waits until you come up to them for drinks. Food is like cafeteria food. Fine place come for drinks and if you are just coming out with friends for the night who don't care how poor the lane quality is. Last issue is last call was at 1030 on a Saturday night...strange.

Yelp
Went on a Sunday afternoon with 2 kids. First we saw a movie at the theatre. Then headed for the arcade. Food was good. Waitress was great. Large pepperoni pizza and a couple of kids burgers with fries. Games were fun. Decent prizes. Bowling area looks nice. Lots of seating and huge screens. We'll definitely be back.

Yoshi G.

Yelp
None of their games work and one of the worst, rude, and laziest customer services ever

Ryan G.

Yelp
We went there and had no problem getting 2 lanes together. Employees were very nice and accommodating. That's the good. Here's the bad: The bowling area was filthy and disgusting. There was a layer of dirt and grime throughout, broken glass on the floor, carpet looked like it hasn't been vacuumed since last year, tables dirty, menus stuck together with saturation and no garbage cans to throw trash away so it piles up on the tables. The food was overpriced and undercooked. When asked for another pitcher of beer, the waitress takes the pitcher that still had beer in it to fill up .

Paige M.

Yelp
terrible management, customers ignored, don't know how to even run a wait list. I was hired for a party host and was told the person that hired me for a party host doesn't work there anymore so I'm not a party host, was never told that till a year of being there after questioning it. Boss has all friends from school working for him, very unfair business. Doesnt care about customer concerns or employee concerns. sexual harassment being illegal and it being disregarded.

Yelp
This is basically bowling meets Dave & Busters. That gives you the basic framework, so if you like Dave & Busters then.... I was here with my kids so there was no booze involved and because it was only 11am there was no food... just bowling and laser tag - both of which were great. I bowled a 165 and my kids tried their hand at bowling without bumpers. The please is brand-spanky-new so everything looks great with flashing lights animated screens and huge selection of balls that don't like they've been used for bowling on asphalt. My boys loved the laser tag by @ $7.50 for a 15 minute game I had to limit them to only one round. Even though I did not eat the food, I would not expect it to be amazing, I would not even expect it to be great, I would only expect it to be bar food, and so what? It is after all a bowling alley. So go bowl, play some laser tag maybe grab a burger or pizza and if your over 21 enjoy a couple drinks and then try to beat my 165.

Yelp
My second time bowling & first time here. It's decent & well maintained, pretty clean. I bowled a 27 sadly. Can't be good at everything I guess. Not sure how food worked as no one came to take an order or offer a menu..?

Kelly D.

Yelp
Terrible service! We were at the bar for almost 10 minutes and the bartender did not acknowledge our presence. Very unfriendly and rude staff. We will never come back to this place.
google avatar

Claudia V.

Yelp
Pretty cool spot to bowl since Rhode Island doesn't have much to offer. I felt like I was bowling in Hollywood Blvd with all the lights and music. It actually felt like "Cosmo" bowling which usually starts after 9 pm in some areas. We went in broad daylight to a local mall where this place is located. Passed through a nice movie theater and there it was a small little place with bowling alley, laser tag and a couple of arcade games. Staff was friendly but the food service was SOOO slow. Overall my toddler had fun on her first bowling experience with bumpers. I'd definitely drive 45 minutes to do some shopping and enjoy some bowling!
google avatar

Peter C.

Yelp
I have bowled here now 3 times since they opened and think the place has great potential. I went the other night on Wednesday 1/2 price lanes to bowl but prior ate dinner in the restaurant area. We went at 6:30Pm and seated ourselves. We ordered a few Apps (Truffle fries and Mozzarella sticks) along with 5 meals. My wife and I ordered the specials "Steak and Cheese sub and Hot Italian). They were not awesome but decent for the price- I think $5.99. The specials themselves were priced well but the apps I feel we're very high priced. $8.99 for fries with sprinkled Parmesan cheese. I recommend offering more lower priced apps as most people bowling want cheap and small food choices.

Yelp
Atmosphere and venue are excellent!! Service on the other hand is terrible!!! Rented VIP area for birthday party...staff comes in and says another party is coming in now and everyone has to leave...they proceed to start throwing stuff in piles and throwing things away...multiple items from party attendees missing due to staff wanting to clean up quick and throwing a couple jackets and a baby blanket away...now we have multiple children leaving with no jackets in the middle of a rain storm...no management whatsoever...terrible customer service!!! There are plenty of other bowling alleys to go to...do yourself a favor and don't come to CW Lanes!!!

Yelp
This is a 1 star rating mainly because of 1 staff member - wish I had names, but (not) surprisingly, names were not given when we finally sat down at the bar. It will probably become clear as to why as you continue reading. Let me first begin with what we enjoyed here... 1 of the 3 bartenders on Saturday 1-25-20, was great. She was friendly, upbeat, and actually paid attention to the customers seated at the bar! The second, well, I'll get back to her in a bit. The third, not quite as friendly and outgoing as the first, but was still semi pleasant - except when we asked for another round since she was standing right in front of us. The response was they'll get it for you. Maybe she was distracted by the stalker type guy that was standing at the bar opening?? Not sure.. The food, while we only ordered a couple of apps, was decent. Pretty typical bar type food... but it took FOREVER to come out! Pretzel sticks and tater tots?? Literally took over 30 minutes... we were at that point waiting for a lane, so not THAT big of a deal. The big deal comes in with bartender #2! She was literally one of the most miserable service people I have met, In. My. Life!! I'm in the industry, I get it, you can't be in a good mood all the time, but c'mon!! For someone who makes their $$ (some literally their only income) you would think that there would be a little more smiling and at least an attempt at trying to FAKE being in a good mood??!! Nope, not #2. Every time we asked for something - to place an order? For some marinara? for some napkins? for another round? It was like we were putting her out, instead of simply asking her to provide the service we were paying for. Maybe it was the stalker guy at the opening of the bar that she was more determined to pay more attention to? Not really sure... Since #2 was so inattentive and apparently had a stick up her a**, my BF went ahead and asked bartender #1 if we could tip her on the side since she had been extremely kind and was pleasantly doing her work and job. It was an intentionally loud conversation so that MAYBE #3 might kick it up a notch and throw a smile out, maybe be a little less miserable after it was being pointed out that she didn't seem very happy to be there. Nope! We shortly thereafter paid our bar tab, and still left a 22% tip, yes, still got 22% to share - as I mentioned, I'm in the business - I GET IT!!! and continued on to our bowling lane... approximately 1/2 way into our first game, we ordered two more beers (Bud Light's). It is only then that we realized how truly miserable #2 is!! She shut us off after hearing that we didn't want her to receive the tip we left... Telling her manager we had already had 12 beers a piece!!! Are you f-ing kidding me you miserable f***??? If I had 12 beers I would have been rolling around on the bathroom floor, praying to the porcelain God, not bowling!!!! Even after asking to see a manager, wasting our already paid for bowling time speaking to him about his miserable employee, still, no beer. At this point "bartender discretion" comes into play, and there was "nothing he could do". Give me a break!!! We left with 18 minutes left on our prepaid bowling time (he "gifted" us with 5 extra minutes after it was pointed out during our conversation that we were wasting time having this conversation because of his shitty employee). Keep your charity 5 minutes!!! Maybe the CW management team can have a meeting with their employees to stress the importance that they are in the CUSTOMER SERVICE business!!! That being pleasant with the customers is literally their job description!!!! And instead of making dates with stalkers standing at the bar, they should be paying attention to their customers!! Next time we want to bowl, we'll go anywhere but CW!!!

Yelp
In a few words: Surprisingly good. I went here with a bunch of coworkers for a team building kind of event. We did some bowling and food in the private room off to the far left of the bowling area. We got a dedicated server and our own private space, which was really nice. For that reason, it was also easy to get the attention of a server, which can be a challenge in most bowling alleys. I can't really speak to the main bowling area service. Aside from this, everything looked pretty clean and new, which is nice. On to the food/drinks, there's a surprisingly good amount of tasty looking food on the menu. We only had pizza and wings, but they were much better than I'd expect out of a bowling alley. Drink selection was solid, and included various craft beer and cocktail options. Most of the cocktails are excessively sweet (maybe a function of the demographic they're catering to?). Regardless, it's nice to have this. All in all, one of the better bowling alleys in the area. I'll be sure to come back!

Yelp
We have never used the bowling but the arcade area is a frequent stop for myself and my 3 year old daughter. The selection of games is great! Easy to moderate stuff making it good for a lot of ages. They even have the "win every time" candy claw game which is perfect for the little ones (despite the candy being somewhat hard/old). You get a card and reload it to play the games so it tracks your tickets which is so nice not to worry about counting them yourself or losing them. Then again, make sure you don't lose your card or you're screwed as it's the only record of points/tickets you have! I lost ours once and we had over 200 points which was frustrating. My one "gripe" is that during the week, they don't have a staff member in the arcade. I get it, it's not busy enough but having to go over to the bowling desk with a toddler to get someone and then back to the arcade to scan my card and check points and THEN pick out a prize for my kid is annoying.... other than that, I have zero negative stuff to say!
google avatar

Jenna D.

Yelp
If I could give zero stars, I would. We waited 15 mins to be seated. After no one acknowledged us, we sat down. Waited another 15 before I went searching for an employee for assistance. We order our food, an app and 3 entrees. Our app never came. Which our servers reply was "oh".. my son and my husbands food came out, while mine was 'defrosting'.. as I was told.. after an hour and a half and ZERO concern from our "server" I did not get to eat ANYTHING.. paid full price, as a manager was "unavailable", I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Shocked this place is in business.

Yelp
Pairing a convenient mall location with fun! fun! fun! for all ages, CW Lanes & Games is a solid option for entertaining kids and adults alike. My fiance and I dropped in for our nephew's laser tag (!!!) birthday party and while we didn't play (wahhh), it was still a pretty good time. The arcade operated on the debit card-as-tokens system which is kind of a cool way to store the tickets rather than dragging around wads of paper ticket chains like we used to do. While the arcade area (and private party room) gets pretty cramped, there are still plenty of large, open spaces to facilitate the flow of mostly small humans. And for a spot like this, we definitely didn't have high expectations for food/drink while grabbing a quick lunch but I was totally into my buffalo chicken wrap and "Cinderella" cocktail with grapefruit, elderflower and pear vodka. Decent prices too. Service was friendly in both food and arcade area (and uber patient helping the kids redeem their tickets for a series of plastic trinkets). Not bad at all!

Yelp
There are some very serious management issues going on in the restaurant area at this establishment. My colleagues and I went here tonight as a group outing for work and we called ahead and were told that no reservations were needed for food or for bowling on a Saturday night (we had a party of 15-20). We showed up at 6pm and asked for a table for 15 and were told it would be about 15 minutes. About 35 minutes later we were brought to a table for 10. After a few minutes of working with the wait staff we finally had a table big enough for our group. It took over 30 minutes for them to come and take our order and after an additional 45 minutes, we still did not have our drinks. Our food came out all at completely different times over more than a 30 minute span and the last dish came out at 8:20pm (2 hours and 20 minutes after we arrived). Our waitress was very nice and apologetic and I truly felt for her having to deal with such a horrible situation as a table of 15+ with no food or drinks for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. They ended up giving us 20% off of our food, which was a nice gesture and made us feel like they actually cared about our issues. That said, who ever is in charge of managing this place needs to take a hard look at what is going on. We had ONE server (on a table that ended up having 17 people at it). There should have been at least two and maybe three servers taking our orders so this was done in a timely fashion. While the 20 minute ordering process was going on, the other girls behind the counter were literally dancing around doing nothing. There is no excuse for management like this. I feel bad for the server who was apparently forced to deal with this situation by herself. Two stars because the bowling experience was fine; no issues. Very fast and efficient.

Yelp
It's generally a good idea for a bowling alley to have nice lighting and music. However, this one is filled with yelling children running all over the lanes with loose soda in their hands. One would constantly be distracted by the noise and in the same time worry about accidentally hit a child in the head with his/her ball. This place is definitely not for adults.

Yelp
CW lanes does it all -- just not well. Food: We ordered a plate of nachos and paid extra for the pulled pork, as recommended. What we received was a plate of chips hiding three peices of cheese and bits of tomato. Coming in at $14 I was extremely disappointed. Bar: Bowling can be a fun night out for a group of young people. Why not attract them? The cheapest pitcher of beer currently is 15$, $5-7 more than local competition. But don't worry; they bring it to you. 15 minutes after you order it. They have other decent beers on tap or available, but pricey for what it is. Bring back the 10$ pitcher. Bowling: This for me was the biggest let down. The lanes feel hollow. No 'solid' feel or play. If you bowl dead center, the crown on the lanes will earn you a gutter. No lane we played was level. Advanced players will dismay at the amount of grab from the lanes -- bowl straight or be disappointed in the lack of wax as your ball spins into the gutter way before the pins. Most lane's ball retrievers are in the way of righty bowlers and force a shallow approach. A novice tier alley at best. The look and feel of the place is great. Everything is new and modern. I was genuinely impressed when I walked in, and even said that this would be my new alley. You can imagine how let down I was. Overall my experience was a huge disappointment. We left and went to another local alley without hesitation.

Yelp
A small place packed with everything u would want in a family fun establishment! I'm surprised how much they fit all the things they have here in this one spot inside a strip mall. They have laser tag, a mini arcade, a little food joint, a bar for the adults and of course, bowling. There is about 15 lanes complete with a menu from both the food joint and the bar. The bowling lanes are charged by the hour and shoes are separate. The food is delicious I'm not gonna lie! Oh man the nachos... I'm drooling just thinking about it. You would've think I ordered it from a more expensive restaurant. They have a full list of specialty mixed drinks from the bar also which I didn't try but would definitely try one or two the next time I head back. The only reason why I took one star out because the workers need a little "work". The workers in the bowling area had no knowledge of what to do when it comes to their job. We had like 10 mins left on the clock but there was an error so the pins were not coming out. We called one of the workers to come over. She was pressing random buttons on the key pad and shrug her shoulders to basically let us know that she doesn't know how to fix it. It was only 10 mins left but we just wanted to finish the game and see the ending score you know. Thankfully the manager came over and offered to add a 5 dollar credit to our card to play at the arcade so that was not too bad. Other than that, CW is a very fun spot for the family. I would definitely come here more often.

Yelp
Sticky. The whole place is dipped in chicken wing grease and coke. If you like to bowl, you will have to totally readjust your style as your shoes will stick too. It was bad, really bad. In between 11 kids all fighting for balls and who is next. Not a place for any adult to have fun at unless your out of ideas for what to do with kids. It is basically a pureless childcare center.

Yelp
I just took my 3 and a half year old to check this place out for his upcoming 4th b day party and we loved it ! Everyone was very nice and the place is awesome the bowling area is great and the arcade was fun just enough games ..we didn't do the laser tag or eat there so no clue how that Is but everything else was good. Keep everyone posted if I end up having a party there !

Yelp
I was hoping to go and watch the Celtics game however not one of the 30 or so TVs had it on. When I asked a girl behind the bar she said go talk to someone else ... sooooo .... out the door I went. It looked too small to squish all those people in one place. A bunch of drunk people walking around while kids bowled or played games . Odd

Yelp
I go to Cinema world often on a weekend especially in the winter with all my friends. i was very disappointed when i went on saturday night 1/19 @10;30 pm. we go to our lane and all my friends went right up to the bar to grab some drinks. i was told they are not serving liquor anymore..... at 10:45 on a SATURDAY. It was my birthday celebration #1, and #2 the employees were @ the BAR DRINKING. very disappointed i spent money to bowl, and the women could not even tell us they were not selling liquor anymore regardless if we were going to drink or not.. we could not even get a soft drink they told us!! on the website it says you close at 12 and there is also a late night food menu.. but yet you cant serve liquor or even soft drinks after 10:30..? according to the employees working that night.

Yelp
Went here on a Saturday night around 6. I expected it to be busy. Said it would be about 45 minutes for a table to eat, so we went to the arcade to kill time. Its so loud in there that you can't hear your name being called so I constantly had to check with the hostess (invest in pagers!!). We finally got a table and not one person even acknowledged us for 20 minutes!! Not even to say hi, or take our drinks. We had kids with us and we were all starving. We had to get up and leave and go somewhere else. I know sometimes slow service is because its short staffed, but you should still acknowledge your guests! And there was a waitress going to other tables around us and still didn't even look at us. Very disappointed.

Yelp
Let me just say I waited 45 minutes for a lane with my family finally got our lane to request for service on the lane computer just to never get service or acknowledged the entire time of bowling. There was however a party in lanes 21 and 22 who didn't even sIt for 3 minutes before the waitress went over talked sat on the table getting the tables order.. the servers that we did we ee did manage to go out of her way everytime showing her face on the floor to get only one empty glass per visit (mind you there were plenty of empty bottles to grab besides one. Is there noone running this place or do your waitresses just like to throw money away thank god papa Gino'swas across the way. WHOEVER IS THE MANAGER GET YOUR STAFF TOGETHER.

Yelp
This place is pretty nice. I've been here for the bowling and the arcade for my lil ones. It's always been very clean and everything looks new. The bowling is fun (I prefer duck pin) with large screens in front always playing fun music. They also have a bowling slide for this kids to help them bowl- but honestly I think it takes away from the idea of throwing the ball, but can see how it makes sense being they are large balls. The arcade is perfect when it's not crowded. There's just enough games and prizes to make it not overwhelming. This place is great for all ages and great for parties. I have yet to try the food ( sorry but Asia grille in same plaza ) Maybe next time I will try a few apps and will update. Overall nice place and very fun for the kids.

Yelp
I wish I could put fewer stars. Horrific service, inedible food, outrageously overpriced, and the worst margarita I've ever had. I will never eat here again. Two of my four meals arrived before my appetizer did and nearly 30 minutes after putting the order in. The entire order was fried bar food and one burger, nothing fancy enough to justify that long of a wait. Asked for ranch dressing and received tartar sauce. Had to ask for silverware three times before getting any. I understand folks get busy, but this place was wholly dysfunctional and unprepared to serve customers even though it was 6:45pm. Never, ever again.

Yelp
Food wasn't great. Got the nachos, that had clearly been sitting under a heating lamp while my friend's pizza was cooking. Cheese was hard, edges of chips were burnt. Pizza was okay, nothing special. We got there at 10pm and didn't get our food until 11pm. My favorite part was watching our waitress (through the huge window into the kitchen) eat a burger while we waited for our food. (and then came out with a mouth full of food to tell us our food would be out soon.) Also saw a cook pretend to lick the top of a dressing/sauce squeeze bottle. And this is what they do in front of the window! Won't be back again, the food's not worth it.

Yelp
This place was nice amd big but over crowded amd the wait time was nuts for the bowling. For what they charge for the hr. It should be more organized. The lazer tag was awesome the time for the price was excellent. The wait time to eat as well was a bit long. For a family night I would not come here again. Sorry.

Yelp
My workplace just had our Christmas party at CW Lanes in Lincoln, RI. Two games of laser tag, food, two hours of seemingly endless bowling...what more could you ask for? We all had a great time, filled with fun, good company and great service. Our party planner Michelle was very helpful with the planning and the staff attended to all our needs that night. The VIP room was fantastic! Lots of comfy couches and tables for all our drinks. It will definitely be on our list for next year's party! Karen D. Warwick, RI

Yelp
Visited this place waiting for a movie time at nearby Lincoln Theaters and it was okay. It is located in very dead depleted Lincoln Mall and is almost like a small D&B or Kings but with a tiny arcade and added laser tag. The place does have a large bar area and bowling area and prices are decent and it is not overly crowded. Only place you will see tons of mid day drinkers. I would say go here for bowling and laser tag but not the arcade which we came here to visit. It is very small and has maybe three major games and mostly ticket games but did have cards to swipe for games which was good.

Yelp
Nice. Clean. Fun. My husband and I brought our kids for a birthday party, and everyone had a blast. We've been to North Bowl Lanes a few times, which we thought was ok, but this place is so much better! It's newer and cleaner too. They have a great separate section for private parties. I can definitely see why parents would throw kid parties here. It's so convenient and less stressful. They do everything for you... setup, serving food, organizing the activities, putting together the gift bags, and (best of all) cleanup. It's endless fun between bowling, laser tag, and the arcade.

Yelp
It looks great and I'm glad it's around for the kids to have a good time but the service is really bad. My husband ordered a beer and I ordered a glass of water and my water never came and when they brought us our food there were no utensils or napkins. Great for the kids just wouldn't order anything from here.

Yelp
I have to start off saying that I did not expect the meal my husband and I had....I have to admit at first glance I said, "Oh, it's going to be a burger night." Boy, was I wrong! The meal was top notch. And the portions, holy crap, you get your money's worth plus. (My husband even asked for a doggie bag.) We started with the calamari, awesome. Then our waiter told us how they smoke their own meats! WHAT? So of course we ordered the sliders. OMG! for the entree, I ordered the shrimp, chorizo dish....it was the never ending bowl of deliciousness. My husband ordered the chicken parm. I never say a piece of chicken parm so big in my life. I was thinking, oh, that's going to be dry. NOPE. It was so moist and definitely enough to take home. And of course we had to try the desserts! This place is NOT what you would expect. Our service was great. I will definitely be coming back and bringing friends and family. We did not bowl, we were too STUFFED! I applaud the Chef!
