Awesome experience. Owner was quick, helpful, friendly, accommodating. We arrived close to six with intention of going to Central Park for about an hour and a half. Not sure what their hours were, but he was accommodating for us to stay out late. Great prices and great bikes. A relative he has lived in the city the last year recommended this place. Did not disappoint. Thank you for making a trip to New York City wonderful.

I have been to Central Park so many times but never biked. I read so many good reviews about Cycle Park rentals so we tried them. The bikes were well kept, service was very kind and welcoming. Would recommend 2 hours to hang out and bike the whole Central Park circuit and 1 hour to simply drift. The prices are slightly cheaper when booked online prior to the trip. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will totally do it again!

After finishing my snacks at SnackShack NYC, I decided to visit this place and renting a bike here was an amazing experience! I had such a great time just cruising slowly and enjoying the views. Even got to chat with someone along the way, which made the ride even better!

The owner Taskin was incredibly friendly and helpful – he gave me a generous discount and took the time to explain the entire route to Central Park in detail. He even added extra time to my rental for free, which I really appreciated. The service was honest, smooth, and made the ride even more enjoyable. A super easy experience with helpful people at the office. Our bikes were great, locks worked well. It was a super hot day and the bike ride made exploring Central Park with two kids a lot easier. They both rode their own bikes with helmets. Thanks for the quick service in and out!

We booked the e-bikes to explore Central Park. The owner was lovely and showed us how to get going with the bikes and also explained how biking in the park works, regarding the one way system, which was very helpful as we did not know this before. We booked for 3 hours which was more than enough time, and the owner even gave us a bit of extra time in case we needed it. Definitely recommend using this company, located a 5 minute walk from the bottom of the park. An excellent experience and a great way to see a lot of the park.

Our family rented 8 e-bikes from Cycle Park NYC while we were in the city for a wedding. We reserved several days before the nor’easter came through. Tasking was super friendly and easy to work and communicate with. Not sure if we’d be able to ride due to weather, he was very flexible and said we could decide last-minute based on the weather. It turned out to be a very cool, windy day but we were able to ride before the rain came, and we had a great time! The bikes worked well and everything went smoothly. I would definitely rent bikes from Cycle Park NYC!
