Cyclo Moonah

Cyclo’s pho has always been a must -have on my Hobart food list 👍I make sure to squeeze in a visit every time I’m in town. I usually go to their Elizabeth Street spot, but this time I stumbled across the Moonah branch by chance 🌟 and what a surprise! It’s got a sleeker, more upscale vibe compared to the one in the city. It wasn’t as packed as the Elizabeth St location, but the flavour? Just as spot on. Classic, comforting, and absolutely delicious. One thing that really stood out for me: they’ve got customer toilets here 🌟win! The Elizabeth St branch doesn’t have one, so you’d have to dash next door to Hungry Jack’s, which isn’t ideal. At Moonah, not only do they have proper restrooms, but the whole place is well decked out with great facilities. Major bonus points for that! Staff were super friendly too 🌟all in all, a great experience.

The food at this Vietnamese restaurant is generally very good. The crispy pork rice is a standout dish, surprisingly flavorful with perfectly cooked pork. The special pho features a variety of beef cuts, and while the broth is rich and satisfying, the texture of the pho itself could be smoother. The special rice is also well-prepared and delicious. Overall, a great spot for a Vietnamese meal!

Quick service of food, it was delicious! Had the combination Beef Pho and pork Spring rolls. Definitely coming back to try the Banh mi

We had cyclo broken rice and combo beef pho with Vietnamese coffee and they are truely authenric Vietnamese taste, absolutely 5 out of 5 stars. Along with good food, restaurants look clean and tidy, good and quick service even they are quite busy. Also I like the decoration of cyclo and cozy asmosphere.

Good authentic Vietnamese food for Tasmania. I’m from Sydney so I can’t be too fussy. I really enjoyed the Hanoi Pho but also the noodle salad was spot-on. The spicy beef noodle soup was also a hit. Both the crab spring rolls and the pork spring rolls a must. This is the third time I’ve been here despite being interstate and I am happy to return again, given the quality of food and the price.

Wonton egg noodle soup was pretty good. Flavour was nice and delicious. Friend of mind had the chicken pho I think, she quite like it. The portion was pretty generous. We also had the rice paper roll, it was okay.

My favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Hobart for more than 4 years. The taste is still the same - very delicious. However, the quantity of foods is decreasing year by year; while the price is increasing. The amount of foods is very inconsistent, not sure why is that. Rarely see the smile on waiters' and waitresses' face. The bowls are now change to plastic, not porcelain anymore. Very noisy inside, probably because the lack of soundproofing. Should be 5 stars if it's 3-4 years ago, now is just 4 stars 🌟 Still highly recommended for Vietnamese restaurant.

3 of us had lunch here and absolutely loved everything about it, the food of course,especially! Clean. All smartly dressed in their uniforms. Quick meal deliveries. Friendly/happy. Very filling. Very busy, always a good sign. Eat in or takeaways. We'll be back!
