All the 2025 Québec MICHELIN Guide Bib Gourmands

"The name Ouroboros, like the mythological snake that symbolizes an eternal circle, reflects the way this restaurant works: from market to plate (and even composting), their approach forms a perfect cycle. The cozy bistro has comfortable seating at tables and a counter, and a concise menu that prioritizes fresh seasonal and regional ingredients, such as delicious pork gyozas served with a stout beer sauce, flavorsome chicken, Jerusalem artichokes and salsify, and an excellent apple strudel. There is no wine list here; ask owner Daniel for recommendations." - The MICHELIN Guide

Google
Absolutely worth every dollar we paid, and one of under twenty original cycloramas worldwide. Annie was an excellent tour guide in showing us not only the history of the painting, but the Cyclorama in Sainte-Anne de Beaupré itself. A prized piece of Quebec's heritage that I hope will receive the acknowledgement it deserves, and will interest many generations to come.

Fantastic site and sightseeing around this area. Impressed with the fall color displays on trees around. Nice sport ground, nice cemetery and very nice location.

Google
The most fascinating place I’ve visited in the region. The artwork is breathtaking—rich in detail and full of character, with a unique history and a brilliant fusion of artistic vision, engineering ingenuity, and teamwork. The guide brought it all to life, sharing each detail with deep knowledge and heartfelt passion.

I had driven in front of the Cyclorama multiple times in my life and always wondered what was inside. Last Sunday, October 12th, 2025, we decided to stop for a visit. I was really surprised by what I saw. First the painting is an impressive piece of art. The history of the painting related by the guide was extremely interesting. Then the story behind the construction of the building was also of great interest if you think of the kind of tools available at the time of its construction. I would highly recommend this visit.

Google
Old-timey quaint and unusual attraction. Long past its prime – but charming for “retro” lovers. Guided tour explains the history and lets you “backstage” to see the workings . Excellent photo gallery of historic photos of the cyclorama and the surrounding town in its heyday. Worth a visit!!

My car battery died here a number of years ago (we had stopped to stretch our legs and check our maps). The people working here offered to help jump my car because they had a friend with a truck who lived down the street, which seems lovely and so helpful. He was there in a couple of minutes and they jumped the car (which we were super thankful for). They then told us we had to pay them 80$ for “help”. The woman who worked there and the adult man in his truck stood in front of my car until we agreed to give them money (I talked them down to 60). We were two young femmes and these were grown adults extorting us. Shocking from a human perspective and ironic considering they were working at a Christian panorama. Truly one of the worst and most pervasive memories from my trip. So… stay away if you don’t want to be threatened and robbed! I would say

Don’t miss this amazing site. Best part of our visit to the area. The woman who gave us a tour was wonderful! Thank you for showing us this amazing piece of history. Well worth the price of admission to support.

Google
Only a short drive from Quebec City, this historic and artistic treasure remains family-owned for four generations. It is meticulously maintained and generously shared with personal tours and behind the scenes views of this unique art form. Features of lovely gift shop and plenty of free parking. Celebrating its 130th anniversary, the Cyclorama is OPEN and a must see attraction when visiting Quebec!

Yelp
Way overpriced for the time spent and what it is. Unless you are a big bible fan, don't bother.

Yelp
Impressive piece of art but the price of admission is a bit steep. The audio tour of the painting in English and then French, takes probably ten minutes to point out highlights of the paining, and at several points the audio tour recommends you purchase binoculars for additional cost to see greater detail.
