I’m always so grateful for how quickly and accurately maintenance requests are handled here at DStreet. It’s such a comfort knowing things are taken care of without delay. Truly appreciate the team—they’re the best!

As always, the maintenance was timely, efficient, and the problem resolved immediately. Keenan is a true professional and an expert in his field. After I described the type of noise I heard from the HVAC system, he immediately knew what to do and fixed it. It’s been running smoothly ever since.

I have lived here for over three years and as a property manager myself, I am very happy with D street village. Jordan and Keenan have been amazing to work with. Jordan and Keenan were lovely. They made our move pleasant and seamless, even though we moved in right when the big snow/ ice storm hit. They have been nothing but attentive, considerate, and professional. As a leasing professional myself, I know how much work goes into the property management field in both management and maintenance. I must say D Street is excelling in both and I would highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking to rent in Portland.

I loved this apartment, I was so sad to leave. Incredible location and the management is amazing. Which, seems so hard to find in an apartment! Shout out Jordan, she’s the best. It doesn’t hurt that it’s attached to a coffee shop so it always smells amazing.

Lived here for a year and it was pretty good. Maria and Monica really made the place for us, they are two fantastic people. Always very nice and helpful. Apartment sizes are little small for the cost, but we only ever had one maintenance issue that was fixed quickly (shout out to Joseph too, he's a great guy), and never really any issues with sound between apartments. Good place!

We have lived here for a year, and have loved it. The management is super friendly and the building is built with care. There is a ton of storage in the actual apartment, and then there are storage rooms for a low monthly fee. Each floor has a bike storage room, there's a gym, and a rooftop deck. The floors are a little thin so you can really hear the footsteps overhead, but I've never heard my next door neighbors. We are very happy living here, and just signed a new lease.
