It was a nice experience. Dining area was underground and you get to pass the kitchen area with chefs working on the way down. The service was impeccable, the staff were very nice and knowledgeable, explained everything as the course progressed and the wine pairing was EXCELLENT and VERY generous.
Full course of 11 is 150 plus 50 for wine pairing. For me it was a fair price. Everything was KM 0, including the wine. I salute to that!
The menu was great, except for Espresso Machiiiato, pulled pork with amaretto mouse (my least favorite). I just felt that it didn’t belong, i’m sorry… They have to change it, IMO. Sorry, chef!
Nway, I would love to buy some wine but couldn’t find it anywhere. I should have bought some from there..
For me, it’s an experience and a must try.
