Da’ Crust Pizza and kitchen Las Vegas

we only had a Cheese pizza for the kids. Pizza tasted fresh & handmade. Was tomato tasting w cheese + light seasoning only. Which was good for the kids.as far as adults or teens there's plenty other options. Think we'll try the calzones + salad. The pizza maker/chef was Kind.

WOW. I am from Chicago, yes the actual city not the burbs. Ordered the "Chicago style" "pizza" for delivery- cheese only. HOW can you mess that up, you ask? They sent me a bowl of runny gross tasting cheese and a few drips of sauce, all of which had spilled over the side and into the soggy box. The smell? VOMIT. No joke, y'all. It was as if someone had lasagna for dinner and then puked into a bread bowl from Panera. After slicing into this nightmare, all the "toppings" slid off to reveal half baked pizza crust that had married the wet cardboard underneath. PLEASE don't do it. The good reviews are WRONG- I eat pizza every week, and never have been more insulted when I lifted the lid. I mean, check the picture I attached VS the menu! What a disappointment.

Had a Chicago deep dish pizza that was Pepperoni and jalapeno. The cheese and crust is Da' Bomb. I'll be returning for more in the future. Also Frank is one of the nicest people.

Great pizza, reasonable prices. Staff is friendly, but it gets really busy with phone calls and people picking up their pizzas. So it might take you a while if you show up and order a pizza.

Got deep dish from this place and wow! U can see the time and quality they put into their pizza! My go to place

The pizza here is fantastic. We read reviews about this place and saw a bunch of messed up pies and recommendation to avoid delivery services for deep dish pizzas in particular. Our pie was fantastic. Perfectly cooked, surprisingly not greasy. Its clear care went into making this. My expectations were far exceeded. Amazing food, will be back

Just received my order from grub hub on May 18th at 12:41 pm right on time. Great. Upon meeting my driver the pizza box was busted from the pizza being a soupy disaster. I’m from Chicago. I know deep dish. I was really excited after seeing all the reviewers and great photos. Extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t care if it took an hour and a half for delivery as long as the pizza is well cooked.

Update 8/2/18 The owner contacted me after I wrote the review and told me to contact the manager (Hayden) for a pizza on the house since my Chicago pizza did not come out well. I opted for "da winner" garlic pizza and was not disappointed. The flavor was excellent, dough soft and crisp in the right areas. Everyone makes mistakes but the owner and manager handled everything with class and made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks Don and Hayden for making things right. Original review: I bought a Chicago style pizza with sausage last week and while the service was really good and the guys were really nice the pizza wasn't good. The dough wasn't risen nearly enough and the crust was really flakey (in a bad way) .  The texture was all wrong. There was definitely some raw dough in there. Check out my picture and compare it to another reviewer's Chicago pizza photo and you'll see what I mean. The cheese was also not stretchy or gooey, just hard and pretty dense. I just came back from Chicago and this pizza was bad by any pizza standards let alone true Chicago standards. I feel really let down and like a wasted time and money trying this pizza.  I emailed the restaurant soon after and asked if it would be possible to receive a voucher or credit towards another pizza since this one was so bad but I received no response at all. Da crust has so many great reviews but maybe those were all before the owners left for Las Vegas to open another location and let this one suffer. I definitely wouldn't try the Chicago style pizza here, maybe you'll have better luck with one of their regulars. I would've been happier with a $5 pizza from any number of pizza places in the area.
