Dimitri, the project manager was serious about getting the details right before the work began. His communication was first rate. The work took place quickly and efficiently with a good-sized crew. The crew was respectful of our home and did an amazing job of cleanup. If we need demo done in the future I will definitely give Dimitri a call.

Da Demo is an excellent demolition company that I highly recommend. From initially walking the space all the way through completion, communication was quick and clear. The demo itself was fast and tidy with attention to protecting the spaces that were to be left alone. I have used cheeper companies in the past, but have always been disappointed with the end product and being forced to call them back multiple times to complete what had been agreed upon. If you are looking for any amount of demo within a finished space, there is no need to look farther, Da Demo is the company for you!

6/5 stars if possible! Dmitrii was awesome with communication. Price was very reasonable, crew was fast and efficient. They showed up on time and were kind. They fit in to their already full schedule with short notice. During the job, they ran in to some wrinkles (think: plywood both glued *and* screwed in to concrete foundation), and they handled it quickly and effectively. Their cleanup was immaculate (contractors *never* clean up well, so when they do it's always a pleasant surprise), and they were just overall *awesome*. Da Demo did a great job of removing a wall with electric outlets and switches for me. They were very responsive to my inquiry, arrived when they said they would and completed the work quickly. They also thoroughly cleaned up after the demo. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
