Visited Da Long Yi and had a great hot pot experience. The Beef Firewheel Platter was very eye-catching and the beef was thinly sliced and tender. Loved the heart-shaped mushed shrimp too — fresh and bouncy once cooked. We went for a double soup base which was well balanced, and finished with mango pomelo sago snow ice and watermelon coconut milk to cool down. Fun atmosphere and perfect for sharing with friends. Would definitely come back.

Finally found a hot pot place in London that actually tastes like home. The beef tallow soup is legit — thick, fragrant, and spicy in the right way, not the “chili oil and water” version you sometimes get here. The clear soup was great for balancing things out. We got the set for two and honestly left very full. The fried egg was a surprise favorite, and the fatty beef cooked beautifully in the spicy broth. Even the vegetables tasted fresh and clean. The place feels like a proper Chinese hot pot restaurant — warm lighting, busy atmosphere, and fast service. Nothing fancy, just focused on the food. If you’re missing real Sichuan hot pot in London, this is 100% worth it.

Friendly service, looked like a happy team! The Pork Bones Soup base (三鲜筒子骨汤锅) was excellent. Food quality was good and matched expectations. The pork meatballs 貢丸 and prawns were delicious. All in all an enjoyable experience. There is a £3.8 per person surcharge for the sauce station (soya sauce, chilli, garlic, herbs, etc.).

The fried fish balls were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with fine and bouncy fish meat. The two of us were **completely full**, and we still had almost **one-third of the dishes left**. I’m genuinely impressed by the portion sizes 👏 🔥 **Key takeaway:** It’s not just the two-person set that’s a great deal — they also have **super-value sets for three and four people**. The more people you have, the better the value. Perfect for family dinners or hanging out with friends. Hot pot with **this level of quality and value** is honestly hard to find in **London**. Just go for it without hesitation.

Went on a Wednesday night around 6:30, and there were plenty of empty tables. We ordered the Lightly Spicy Beef Tallow Soup and the Mushroom Broth. I really liked the spicy beef — the heat level was just right: spicy, but you could still taste the sweetness of the soup. Loved it. We also ordered the One-Meter Beef & Lamb Platter, Pork Brain, Veggie Platter, Ramen, and Fish Balls. It was more than enough for two people, and the meats were nice and fresh. That said, I didn’t enjoy the service that much. The staff weren’t very friendly or helpful. When the bill came, we were charged four times for the sauce bar, so I had to point it out and ask them to correct it. The food itself was good, but the service could definitely be better

This might be my new favourite hot pot spot in London. The meat, the vegetables, the broth and all the other condiments that I've ordered were delicious with a lot of taste. Moreover, the staff was very kind and the service very quick. The fact that the heat of the pot is perfectly maintained The fact that the service is perfect and the ventilation of the room to "suck" the steam is effective is a very good and very pleasant point.

Great selection of hotpot ingredients. All fresh. The sauce bar was complete. The soup base was excellent. The mild was already spicy for me. The meat was good with a great flavor but it wasn't as tender as what I'm used to compared to the other hotpot restaurants I go to.
