Ribs were horrible they were very fatty, old looking and tasted old and the bbq sauce just wasn’t it everything about the lm rib tips were disgusting and very disappointing. Mac cheese nasty and crinkled fries were just plain but it was the only decent thing in my plate. And not to mention the young lady that placed my order had a very nasty attitude!! Horrible place never again!!

The catfish was hard and the ribs were nothing but fat. I ordered a six piece shrimp and they sent me a six piece catfish. The baked beans taste like they poured a whole bottle of honey in that small container of baked beans. The food was so disgusting that I refused to eat it and just threw it away. I ordered from this restaurant for a long time and this is the first time I've been totally disappointed. In order to take pictures I did take one container back of the trash.

We stopped on our way home from a rodeo on Saturday. We ordered the 2 meat/3 sides dinner for the 2 of us. We got pulled pork and ribs tips with potato salad, beans and hush puppies. All of it was delicious and enough for another meal! Only complaint is the pulled pork was on a bun and by the time we got home it was pretty soggy. (We live 40 minutes away). The hush puppies were as good as I've ever had. Will definitely go back!

Wait in line was long but it definitely was worth it! First time having krab legs ever and I will definitely be back for more! $30 was worth it as well! Everything was hot and fresh!/Went back a 2nd time! Wait was quick! Kool-aid was amazing & the sides were hot & homemade as well. Definitely one of my favorite places in flint.

I picked up a doordash order and the service was very very rude. The woman interrupted me mid sentence and had a bad attitude.

I got take-out, and the Woodle combo was delicious and so filling! Defintely worth the money portion wise and huge flavor to top it with! I am actually about to tell my whole extended family about this place in hopes they like it as much as I do. I will be back soon! My only issue was there was no kid's specific menu but nothing a chicken tender couldnt solve! Thank you all for your time and hard work.

No seasonings very plain the most flavor was brown sugar in the baked beans and the ribs the only flavor was the bbq sauce the fish and okra had no seasoning

Their food is honestly amazing. The crab legs with the potatoes and corn are the best I've ever had. Their ribs and rib tips are juicy and savory. The super plate is a grest deal.

LeRoy: I was privileged to have their food today. I would not have stopped just by looking at the environment of the establishment but it was out of site. It was wonderful riblets, wonderful french fries, good coleslaw. I gotta say it was the best I've had in a long time. The riblets were melt in your mouth. Don't let the name fool you - the little red wagon is the place to go! Katie: My pulled pork sandwich was a little soggy but still pretty flavorful. Everything came out very hot and very quick. Yeah that's all I have to add. Caitlin: HOLY SMOKES!!! Da Red Wagon is Da BEST! My rib tips were hot, fresh, and exceptional! I loved all the choices for sides - I settled on green beans and potato salad. The service was fast and friendly too! It might not look like much from the outside but this is the best BBQ I've had in ages!

Place this order through DoorDash and it was done within 10 minutes. The fish had nice thin batter the fish were really clean it could have used a little salt (just a personal preference) but it was super tasty and crunchy. The baked beans were little on the sweet side for me but they were still a tasty bite. The greens were very vinegary and had a slow building heat. The macaroni and cheese was creamy with little bits of crunchy cheese in them. I would definitely order from here again it's a little pricey but worth it.

Some of the best catfish I've ever had. It's hard to find good soul food around Flint, and these guys do it right. The service is friendly and very fast for all the food you end up getting. Usually I get take out so I can't say much about how it is to eat inside. The location is okay though, it's Flint, so... Flint is how it is. Been living here most of my life. This is a diamond in the rough.

Best BBQ I've ever had the service was great and all the food looked phenomenal and the food I got was amazing my girl loved her meal which was the super dinner plate and the Rib Tips were amazing love the place

Stay open when you say you're gonna be open. I wanted to buy a huge amount of rib tips on 10/10/18 AR 7:30 pm and you were closed. Way to go.

I came in the evening and ordered the 2 meats and 2 sides meal for me and my wife. I also ordered the chicken strips meal, but they were out so we got the wing dings instead. My wife tried their greens and said they were the best she had in awhile. After 20 mins we got our food and went home to see what the hype was about. The flavor was great everything tasted great, however the quality of the meat and amount wasn't great. The ribs had very little meat on it and we ordered those x3 and I got an order of catfish. The catfish had a nice cornmeal coating but the fish also was on the thin side. Their Mac & Cheese was very cheesy, but bland. After spending $38 I'd have expected to not be hungry still after wards.

Da red wagon has some of the best bbq I have ever had! The spaghetti was very flavorful.. The Mac and cheese was hot and fresh .. The greens where suburb some of the best I've had.. The super plate is a great deal .. For $12.99 for 2 meats and 3 sides you can't beat it .. The ribs are a huge portion and the wings are very tasty.. Overall a great place to eat.. Was my first time at this location and it was incredible.. Don't be fooled by the one comment from 3 years ago... Absolutely the best barbecue in Flint Michigan

Apparently they were closed for vacation time. I WAS so happy this last time to be able to get the yummy Rib Tip dinner with 2 sides for just over $10. BUT, I was NOT HAPPY when I started to eat it. The Hush-puppies were still doughy and wet on the inside. Luckily, I was able to eat just the outside crunchy coating but, still left a pile if mush on my plate. The Rib tips were so under cooked I couldn't believe it. I was like a dog trying to tear the meat for a bite. I even growled a few times! Normally, I could pick the meat apart with my fingers. Luckily my Onion rings were edible without any challenges. Oh, and they increased the price a $1. But since they have no outside menu board, you don't find out about the price increase until they total your "under cooked" order. What a true rip off.

Some of their entrees are ok. The ribs are good but the tips aren't. The special of the day is your best bet. The tacos are really good if u don't mind the grease. The side orders are AWFUL. please do not get the Mac & cheese. It's beyond pitiful. Even the cornbread is disappointing. Add to this a general air of unprofessionalism and rudeness & u have 'da red wagon'. You'd do better at Famous Dave's.

I decided to give red wagon a try since I ride by it on my way too work its a lil small place on Atherton I order a superplate didn't know what that was intill I received my food and I must say the food was really good and the thing I really like was I seen a guy on the grill in front of the restaurant barbecuing so the ribs really had a smoke flavor not out the oven like most BBQ places I normally patronize the Mac & cheese was ok but the fried oakra bake beans was very tasty i recommended lunch to a friend and she also enjoyed her meal

this was my third time at this place its small just a few tables mom & pop type set up so today i decided to eat my food there the young lady that took my order she chatted with me and another costumer the whole time i was there very friendly i asked how long have they been open she said they have been open for about seven years now in this location wow never even heard of them before i tasted some ribs my husband bought at the Davison farmers market today i tried the fried cat fish was really really good!!! spaghetti & potato salad was good i cook my self so i think my cooking is better than everyone else anyway lol but i will visit again thumbs up
