Rude customer service especially the daughter the mom is ok but she's elderly so ill consider . A simple question and to get a reply that a customer should not be hearing when shopping then If they don't have the patience or hate their shop find another job. It is to early when people trying to get coffee and donuts to start their day. The little market next door the gentlemen is really nice friendly and they have similar items except donuts so ill be giving my service their instead of donut shop.

Really good boba drinks and donuts. They've got freshly made to order sandwiches. Fast, friendly service. Clean place, sells lottery tickets. 2 tables and chairs for seating, not a big place, but great place.

Under new management. Go check it out. Best donut spot to go. The sandwiches there are delicious! I usually go for milk tea or the Thai tea. Excellent service throughout. Super sweet lady.

I'm so happy it recently re-opened and is now under new ownership. The place was remodeled and the customer service is impecable. I ordered a Taro boba and half a dozen donuts, all extremely delicious! Would definitely recommend this place and will be returning.

I stopped by yesterday only because I wanted some glazed donuts. Each donut cost 79 cents and 6 donut holes are for $1.every other donut wh8ch wasmt many of the varieties as in another donut places were priced at $1.50 I saw the prices for things and they are overpriced. Can't speak for the quality for anything. I would have still tried a basic glazed donut but couldn't. The reason why I couldn't buy anything was because the employee was asleep. Just laying her head there. I stood around hoping someone would come out but then I realized she was asleep there. So I walked out without ever being attended. I think thats oje of the worst things an employee or anyone running a business can do leave the business unattended. Its flat out irresponsible. I hope that was a rare occurance.

Nice ladies.. but the daughter was rude to me one time...if they know you they are nice... horrible, old donuts, low selection. Oatmeal raisin cookie was hard and No flavor. Tough parking at times...Rough neighborhood.

Great donuts, clean store and great service! Went home and found some extra mini donuts as a nice surprise! Ate them after snapping photos of them, very yummy!

Delicious donuts and the best sandwiches too. A great bargain as well. Way better than Subway. Try their breakfast croissant. To die for.

Minus 1 star is more like it. Let's be honest folks this is not a donut shop. Somehow we stumbled into this hole. Big mistake. Donuts were stale and the worse I've had. Threw them all way. Service is horrible. Stay away from this place. Cold coffee and 6 month old donuts while I was there I noticed people coming in just to pay off loans or something because the lady had a tablet with all kinds of names on it. In my opinion it's a loan shark place posing as a donut shop. Avoid at all cost.

I was in the area and decided to drop by to get some fresh donuts. I'm surprised the shop is very clean under the new management. You can tell they clean everyday. The new owner is very friendly too. If you want everyday fresh coffee and donuts this is the place to go!

I was recently in the area with very little time to stop, but I was absolutely starving. I needed a quick bite that I could take along with me on the road. I stopped in here and came out with way more than I should've! Who can resist fresh donuts and coffee though, am I right?? My croissant sandwich was delicious and the workers were fast so I was able to get out on the road quickly. I noticed they're under new management so be sure to support if you're a local. It'll definitely be my go to shop whenever I'm in the area.

Definitely recommend this place. It's under new management. The new owner is really nice. Place is clean and the coffee and doughnuts are always fresh.

Really bad customer service I went into this place and asked for a ham and cheese with egg bagel, being very rude she said "what do you want in it!?" I said "just ham, egg and cheese that's it thank you." She said but with everything ? I said was everything she said what it says there ( it only said ham,cheese, egg bagel) I said yes to stop arguing with her she gave me a burn egg! Put jalapeños on it. I took it paid but never again in the other hand there is a place about 4 doors down from her they sell tortas, coffee and breakfast they have great customer service it's a little store/market just go there. This lady is rude

Bad customer service really rude and I asked for a ham n chesse bagel with egg and bacon and all this lady gave me was a plain bagel with créeme cheese and I asked for a chocolate donut that my son wanted these donuts look like they been sitting there for months all she did to un harden the donuts was put them in the microwave

This is my one stop shop for donuts and snacks! It's best to stop by early in the morning so you have a lot of variety to pick from. The donuts are delicious and fresh! Yummy yummy in my tummy! They also have ice cream, nachos and other goodies too!

She has horrible customer service. When I asked her about the donut prices she gave me a snappy response. Not only that but I've never been to a donut shop where I've have to pay for the coffee creamer separate. COFFEE WAS COLD TOO!

I had the worst experience going to this donut shop this morning. I was freezing and went in for a coffee, which I got scolded for asking if they had coffee since it was so early in the morning. I was trying to look for something to eat but the cashier was so rude that she didn't even give me a chance to look at their menu. Every pastry there looks like it has been there for months!! I gave the cashier my debit card and her service was off line which she didn't noticed before I made my order. Honestly I'm glad her service was off line because her attitude was Soo bad that they definitely do not deserve my money!

I totally agree with Abbi C . This place is nasty . I went here last year . I had just moved into the area about a block away ...well first & last time.

The C health rating should be your first clue. And it *feels* C-rated inside; grimy, and I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if a roach made an appearance. Suffice to say, this place has issues. The donuts look like they've been sitting there for ages. The "espresso" comes from a Nestle machine that is probably older than I am. I feel kinda sorry for the people who work there, since this joint is probably a family-owned business, but I can't eat there out of pity. Too bad.

For a donut shop they have plenty of variety of food to eat, which i like.The ladies behind the counter are great, but the older lady is a little slow but very nice. Love there boba. drinks and donut combo.

Great service. awesome people. Big plans for the future. Try them out. Totally with it. They're making my favorite donut! Chocolate bar with custard filling. I love them.
