Google
Dadeland Mall is a great shopping destination, cleaner and much less crowded than Dolphin Mall, making for a more relaxed shopping experience. It has a good variety of stores, including an Apple Store, and a food court with plenty of dining options. If you’re looking for a stress-free shopping trip without the hectic crowds, this is a solid choice!

I love this mall. It's not only beautiful but well maintained and less traffic of people. This is where I go nowhere else.

Went during the week to get some shoes for a trip! Very nice and updated! Wasn’t too crowded and found parking easily! I love the robot they have delivering food it passes you but it will go around or stop it is aware of the people. Great restaurants as well. Recommend for a family day.

Went to the cheesecake factory to celebrate a birthday and it was just off the charts! Everyone was very accommodating, and the ambience was great. Thank you for making this a memorable experience. In addition, we did some shopping as well, and the experience was great along with the sales as everything was reasonably priced.

Google
As always not as many options for men as it should be, wish they would modernize the overall mall. Nice range of shops, the new Dick’s is amazing, hope the Macy’s and Saks will get a facelift too, because the convenience of having multiple brands and categories in one place with great membership discounts is always nice ! The general food court is fast food only and poor comfort, the secondary food court in the “new aisle” has a nicer selection of restaurants with terrace access. Overall a nice mall, just a bit dated…

An average mall with many stores, department stores and all. The Tesla showroom is all peaceful and quiet.

Google
Dadeland Mall is a top-tier shopping destination in South Florida. It has a great mix of highend brands like Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom, along with popular staples like Dicks sporting goods, Apple, Zara, and Macy’s. Whether you’re shopping for fashion, tech, or gifts, it’s all here under one roof. The layout is spacious and clean, with plenty of natural light and a nice modern feel. It rarely feels overcrowded, even on busy weekends, and parking is generally easy especially with garage options. Dining is a strong point too. The food court has a good variety, and there are several sitdown restaurants if you’re looking to take a break and eat in style. Whether you’re a local or just visiting Miami, Dadeland Mall is definitely worth a stop if you’re in the mood to shop or just want to escape the heat in a wellkept, comfortable environment. Stop by the Dicks sporting goods. You won’t regret it!

Yelp
Dadeland Mall is an iconic Miami landmark that has evolved beautifully over the years. It's my ultimate shopping spot. Offering a diverse range of stores from everyday essentials to trendy boutiques. With Zara, mango, urban outfitters, free people, to department stores like Macy's you can really have a full shopping experience here. The dining options are top-notch, satisfying every craving imaginable. This casual food court spots + nice dining experiences such as Ceviche 105, Earls, and other cool spots that have opened like Chicken Guy and Cantina Catrina. With its constant growth and variety, Dadeland Mall truly fulfills all my shopping and dining desires, making it a must-visit shopping spot in the 305!

Yelp
Dadeland is an upscale mall that not only offers a good mix of regular and high-end stores, from Macy's up to Saks. They also have a large number of stores, the place seems to go on forever. The mall-walking experience is nice as it seems like it had a major facelift/update in recent years - it feels light and airy inside. While busy, parking was not a problem. One of the memorable things is that to go through the mall, you pass through the middle of a Macy's - there is "mall" on either side of the stope. Maybe that is where the mall once ended? Either way, we had an enjoyable shopping experience as it nice to be able to go to Crocs, the Gap, Saks and Macy's all in one trip.

Yelp
Came to a girls walk event last Saturday. Hadn't been to this mall in years and wow it's looking really nice! Many new stores and it's gettinf a Gucci soon. Loved the swimwear at Etam and the iced latte at Pura Vida. The Zara has a self checkout so no more lines!

Yelp
Dadeland Mall is a shopping mall located in Kendall, Florida. Some of the stores are Saks Fifth Avenue, Hugo Boss, Tesla, Apple Store, Macy's, 7 For All Mankind, Lululemon among others. Restaurants like Texas de Brazil, Cheesecake Factory, Earls Kitchen, Aoki Teppanyaki, Cantina Catrina. They also have a food court with Popeyes, Chick Fil-A and a lot more. The AC Hotel Miami Dadeland too! They also have holiday festivities and events like the Nightly Snowfall that runs from Nov. 20 to January 7! Check it out!

Yelp
I guess I haven't been here in several years. I saw today they built a hotel near the Macy's Mens/Children's store. Amazing. I had no idea that was here now. I posted pictures of some of the history of this mall. My family has told me that many years ago this was an open air center. So it has really evolved over the years. This mall lost one star right off the bat because Nordstrom left. I love that store and the one at this mall was on the small side. But at least it was there. In general, I find this mall very choppy to walk through. There are many sections. They added on a new wing several years ago with some great restaurants. They do have some unique stores. The mall is fine. I just would not go out of my way to come here. I prefer Town Center in Boca. I was in the area so it was worth stopping by.

Yelp
What can I say? This place is simply excellent. From its well-thought-out layout and fancy valet service to the second floor bustling with delightful restaurants and all the major stores you could ask for, including Macy's with its always beautiful displays. It's just a wonderful place to stroll, window shop, or indulge in some retail therapy. Selection and value and The ambiance of this mall makes it a lovely destination for anyone looking to enjoy a day out

Yelp
I went to the Lebanese spot in the Dadeland food court and found this buddy there. I was going to eat there but I got grosses out. Be careful where you eat

Yelp
I really enjoy coming to this mall. The downside is the parking but it's nowhere close to Dolphin Mall. You have the option to valet if you'd like as well. My favorite stores are located in this mall and the food options are a nice variety. I've dined at Earl's and Chicken Guy while shopping here. I like the lighting and smell of the mall, makes it pleasant to stroll by. I've had successful shopping trips here because the clothes selection is different than other places. I personally recommend people to this mall if you want something more lowkey than the Dolphin Mall and/or Miami International.

Yelp
First time coming here in years, The mall is pretty clean honestly, it was easy to find parking, they have several parking garages which are easy to park and convenient in case it's raining or it rains, which we know living in Miami it's always a possibility. They also offer valet parking. I was able to grab a coffee in Starbucks so that was also convenient. The stores open at 11am as of the pandemic new hours are concerned, I did not know that, so I had to wait a few minutes, but there's plenty of seating in the middle of the mall area ( new and comfortable sofas and chairs ), everything looked clean and I saw a lot staff cleaning and disinfecting!!!!

Yelp
Your 'Visit Santa' sign in process needs to be fixed. Our appointment was at 1p. We got here before 1p to sign-in and only to wait in line for our turn. Also...I noticed each person is waited on, on a one on one until the very end. I saw Santa just chilling while the family he just took a pic was selecting their poses and made their purchase. Your process needs stream lining.

Yelp
I love this mall. Clean, has a good selection of stores and even the food court has a good selection of places to eat. I know it sounds weird but I even love getting the minute massages they have posted up at two of the entrances. You can even get leave your car getting washed while you shop. Plenty parking since they have a nice garage. My favorite stores are Zara , Aldo, Steps, Vicky's and JC Penny of course.
google avatar

Suchitra J.

Yelp
A solid mall located in Kendall. This is a good one stop shopping center for all of your daily needs. There are plenty of options for clothes, jewelry, and make up. Parking is ample. I wish the food court had more options though.

Yelp
I haven't been to the Dadeland Mall in 21 years. My, how things have changed! I worked for Burdines and that should put a time stamp on my timeline. It was completely unrecognizable to me except for a stroll down memory lane which still exists on the other side of Macy's Fashion side. It reminds me of Aventura and Sawgrass Mills.
google avatar

Emely R.

Yelp
I love Dadeland mall, they have multiple stores and they have a large parking garage located by Macy's. Nice selection of food at the food courts and stores such as.. Apple, TOUS, Adidas, Hollister, 3 Macy's stores (located middle, end, and beginning of mall), Footlocker, Gap, Spencer's, Banana Republic, Lululemon, Tesla, Urban Outfitters, Lush, Express, A&F, Fossil, Rolex, Disney, Victoria Secret & Pink, and so much more!

Yelp
I'm visiting from San Diego, and we have a couple maIls, but depending on the area, the mall stores might vary. Which is a good thing , But usually high end stores are all together in one mall where I'm from. I must say that this Mall is nicely set up, it has all types of variety stores. It's two floors and I don't think I explored all of it all either .I saw The Coach, Bath and Body Works and Champs shoe store all in one. The food court was nice and clean, yummy food, they gave out samples. I forgot what we ate, but we told ourselves we will eat different foods. The mall is also downtown Miami near lots of hotels, lots of parking or you can valet. I enjoyed hanging there, untill I came out and It was a full blown storm going on.

Yelp
Dadeland was (and still is) my mom's favorite Miami mall since moving there from Managua, Nicaragua around Christmas of 1984 (although she also briefly worked at west Miami's International Mall). Even today, it holds up as one of both my favorites & THE best malls in South Florida, with a flagship Macy's (Burdines Florida, her favorite store) in the middle to get through both sides of the mall. I LOVE that people from all over the world & locally often go to this place (internationally known as one of Miami's premier centers, serving 60 years as of 2022 in South Miami's Kendall!

Yelp
Ótimo shopping, só não tem opções veganas para comer, comemos no guaca-mole (única opção), Bowl tipo Chipotle mas pior, ok.
google avatar

Jackeline G.

Yelp
Great indoor mall, has a great variety of stores. It's a great place to shop for clothes and shoes. They have great restaurants to eat at. They have plenty of parking in the garage in the back. I mostly come here for the Apple Store, nespresso in the Macys, Rebag, and for my eyebrows.
google avatar

Jessica A.

Yelp
I was in town visiting and thought I'd stop by to do some shopping. My first thought after 15 mins of walking through the mall was... What happened to Dadeland Mall? It used to have many great stores to shop from and in the past year, everything has disappeared and now you have these "boutiques" offering the same clothes you find on Amazon. I'm pretty disappointed. It used to be one of my favorite malls but now I don't see myself returning to the mall unless I have to make a return for an online order.
google avatar

Yelp
I like this shopping mall as it is conveniently located right next to the Palmetto expressway, so easily accessible. Plenty of car parking although it can be very confusing. I personally find it better to try to park outside so you can remember your surroundings. I came here last year and no word of a lie seriously lost my car! I really like the dining area here at dadeland as it is situated away from the main drag of shops. Try not to go to the Apple store at this location as it always seem to be scarily busy, today there was a m a s s I v e queue outside. They have a Macy's and Nordstrom here Victoria Secrets, Sephora and the usual. I also like to park at the Dadeland mall for free and then walk across the road to West Elm and the walkable new dadeland down town area, where they have the wonderful Pubbelly sushi!

Yelp
I used to come often with my great aunt. It's been some years and I visited today. It was nice. I found the store I was looking for and was able to buy the Christmas gifts still pending from the list. We walked a bit more to browse around. The Food Pavilion has the standard variety of eateries. We had lunch. And the sat people watching on one of the galleries. The mall have many stores ranging in price from less expensive to pricey.

Greg G.

Yelp
Worst Boss store of ever been in. Went in three times to make a return. Was told that they were ordered and would call me. Never called. Went there again, they tell me to leave my number again and they will call me. Total wast of time. Unprofessional. Worst store of all. Bad management. The bald guy is a total prick. Never shop there again.
google avatar

Alvaro A.

Yelp
This is the third time in last two weeks that I come to Dadeland. The men restroom at the food court is never very clean. To add insult to injury, the doors at toilet stalls don't seem to lock. I was just informed by a security officer at the mall that we cannot take pictures inside the mall, unless I m in the picture. It seems even the mall, the epitome of Capitalism, is joining the woke totalitarian crowd. They need to make up their mind, there are hundreds of pictures inside the mall on this site.
google avatar

Priscilla J.

Yelp
I am so disappointed in this mall. This has always been my favorite mall. It has significantly declined in the last few years. The elevators are NEVER working in the garage. I used to take my elderly mother to lunch every weekend. And now, I cannot!!! Where is the upkeep of the mall ? How can I enjoy my mall experience without being able to have an elevator for my mother.
google avatar

Isabella K.

Yelp
I personally like this mall and especially the fact that the food court has a Chic-Fil-A. Parking can be a bit of a pain but there is plenty. There are a plethora of stores here including Macy's and Nordstrom. You can also get pampered by getting a mani pedi at the salon, or a chair massage in the main area.

Kevin K.

Yelp
DO NOT GO TO THIS MALL. Valet was no help at all. Our vehicle was stolen from there with all our luggage. The police said this happens daily. Avoid this mall!! Security was saying this never happens but police says it happens all the time. There are apparently no cameras. Take my warning. Tourist beware of the mall!!
google avatar

Cathy G.

Yelp
I personally love this mall. It's clean and it's not crowded with people that you can't walk at your on speed like at other malls [Dolphin Mall] recommend

Yelp
A mall is a mall is a mall. Stores: There is no love or hate affair of this mall. It's a nice mall to be in while in south Florida. I've been here a few times and does the job fine with your average department stores, a few speciality stores, designer stores and of course places to eat. Restaurants: I am impressed with the part where they put the dining terrace restaurants. They did that a few years ago with adding names of a few fancy and casual dining spots. If I lived in the area I would come here to eat often since they have some good choices. Parking: It is tough but be patient and you will find parking in the garage. It's a Simon mall so of-course it will be busy. Hope they add more parking like they did in Sawgrass mall. Overall, it's a mall and if you need to shop you will find what your looking for, happy shopping.~
google avatar

Grester T.

Yelp
The Mall does not provide a place to charge a Tesla, but they have a Tesla showroom? How do you explain that?
google avatar

Mark M.

Yelp
This is a very nice mall, and I didn't experience any crazy suitcase people knocking me over. Parking was easy with lots of multilevel garages. It's got some great stores including a nice Macy's, Brookstone, Microsoft, and Apple. The JC Penney isn't that nice inside but has a good selection. I have to admit I was a bit confused not knowing the mall had a section on both sides of Macy's.
google avatar

Lin C.

Yelp
Went to Dadeland to window shop!! But that is an excuse that buy... ran into a nice kiosk Efemar.. Fell in love with the items displayed ! There was cover up and cute dresses as well as towels and bamboo towels. I purchased 3 bamboo towels for 40 with various prints and ordered a couple more! If you are in Dadeland go by and take a look!
google avatar

Miriam F.

Yelp
I really love this mall! It has everything you need. They have a wide variety of stores and have some great restaurants like Earls.
google avatar

Elizabeth G.

Yelp
Dadeland has a wide range of store options with tons of free parking available as well. When I visited they had one way traffic and masks required. There is a food court with fair prices and restaurants as well. The bathroom at the food court often has a line for the women so be mindful of this.
google avatar

Cynthia H.

Yelp
This is the mall closet to me with the most options. I come here for everything from threading my eyebrows, to shopping, and to grabbing lunch! I haven't been to the food court in months and was pleasantly surprised with the renovations. Brand new floors, seating options and nice new menu upgrades to all the food choices. I love this mall because it is close to home and has plenty of options from big department stores , clothing stores and shoe stores, to restaurants and food court options. There is usually plenty of garage parking and they even have valet. Some restaurants will validate the valet parking if you dine in.
google avatar

Kristen G.

Yelp
In Miami, this is a nice enclosed air-conditioned mall for all your shopping needs. Dadeland had really stepped it up in their retail stores from the 90s, including a few of their dining restaurants. (Anyone remember their Sanrio store or the Burger King that had the ramps? No? Just me?). Now they have things like Tesla, Urban Outfitters...basically, everything in that Terrace section. It's nice to see that they've updated some things inside the mall to keep with the times. Whether you're shopping for yourself, your friends, your family, your special someone, there are plenty of stores to choose from. Or for your dining needs, you've got your food court or your fancy shmamcy restaurants that are still casual in nature. There's even a small pit outside the Loft store where you can bring your small children to play in and use their imagination. Or for the non-shoppers who are there for moral support, there are seating areas around the mall (some with charging stations!) to wait around in while friends/family shop till they drop. You'll find plenty of free parking lots and garages around the mall. They also offer valet but that's your prerogative. So, definitely check it out. Come one, come all!
google avatar

Julie F.

Yelp
For an older mall, they've done a nice job of remodeling it. But the set up is quite strange. You actually have to walk through one of the Macy's stores (there are two) to get to the other end of the mall. There's a decent food court and several other separate restaurants. In addition to Macys, there's Nordstrom, JCPenny, and Saks, et al. I'm not sure if it's trying to be upscale or what. There weren't any customers in the Rolex store when I went by, but who knows. As in most Miami stores, Spanish is the first language you'll hear -- even in the food court as they're trying to get you to take a food sample. But most sales people in the upper stores seemed to be English speaking as well. The mall was packed as it was pouring outside. And most everyone had some sort of purchase in hand. There are play areas for the kids and directional signage is pretty good.
google avatar

Yelp
I have to admit that Dadeland Mall is not my favorite, because it always packed and it's an indoor mall but the latest additions to it have been great and needed. Dadeland located on kendall drive and almost south miami has different stores and restaurants. Parking can be a challenge during the weekends, as this is one of the most popular malls here in south Florida. They have Valet parking option which makes it better. Macy's, Starbucks, Lush, Express, Guess, Victoria's Secret, Disney store, Bed and body works, Coach, Mayors are one of the many stores and restaurants like, Cheesecake Factory, Texas, Bobby Flay and many more.

Yelp
Other than Aventura Mall, Dadeland is my next favorite mall here in Miami :) Went there 2 weeks ago, specifically at Macy's, of course wore my mask and have my own sanitizer! They do have signs, spacers on the floor and yes I saw sanitizers Not a lot of shoppers though. Will definitely visit again
google avatar

Roxana A.

Yelp
I come to this Mall often. It has wonderful stores, boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants, and even a car wash from time to time. I mostly come to Macy's & Saks Fifth Ave. It has an amazing set up. Definitely out of all the malls. My top pick.
google avatar

Julio H.

Yelp
Great collection of stores, and great stores that are not known franchises. Also, really good restaurants. This is the perfect combination of shopping and dining. I hardly come out to the malls anymore, but I started my professional life in retail, so I know a little bit about malls. Dadeland has everything. Also, it is not a luxury mall, yet it has some high end stuff. Most professionals can come here and spend their money. Apple Store: Yes.
google avatar

Alexa C.

Yelp
I like this mall because it's close to Kendall yet also right by US1 which makes it easy to access if you're coming from SoMi, the Gables, or even the Grove. They've got a bit of everything. The truck is knowing what stores you want to visit and parking by the nearest entrance to it. The garage right by the Macy's is pretty accesible and I usually always find a spot. Thankfully, the parking is free so no need to validate any tickets unless you valet. There's a lot of awesome dining options that are much more than just mall food. Certain stores have blowout sales sometimes so it can be convenient to shop here. If you don't find what you need in one particular store, you can browse around and surely find what you're looking for. The Macy's here is one of the largest in South Florida which is an obvious plus.
google avatar

Rick M.

Yelp
Really like this mall even though it's not necessarily close to my home. Recently renovated and added new restaurants has become one of the go to malls of the South Miami area. Would have given it 5 stars except it still lacks having good movie theater.
google avatar

Daniel P.

Yelp
The parking is unbearable right now as the construction is going on. The mall is always clean and I love the selection of different food chain in their food court. Also, Earls is not a bad place to have drinks after shopping.
google avatar

Roman Y.

Yelp
What a nightmare to come here! I enjoyed coming here often.. I was told by an employee that they decided to build a hotel on their premises.. What a big mistake! They decided to explained the mall and NOT build ample parking for their patrons... what a bunch of idiots! Valet parking is $7.00, are you serious?! It should be free. They caused this traffic fiasco and deterred many of their customers and what used to be a great place to shop, it is a total fiasco & nightmare!
google avatar

Yelp
[ OLD REVIEW FOLLOWS ... the flys are gone] Food court is inundated with flies. But they also are throughout the mall, all the way to Starbucks. I was in the food court in early December, and mentioned the fly problem to the management at chick-fil-a... the flies are sitting on every register and on signs, and are all over the tables. Not just at chick-FIl-a, but everywhere. I was there again today, at Daily Bread, and the flies are worse than before. Turned me off from eating anything in this food court. [UPDATED REVIEW FOLLOWS] With the mall having cleaned up the fly issue, I'm again a customer of Chic-Fil-A, Daily Bread, and Johnny Rockets. All three have friendly staff, excellent choices, and maintain high standards.

Yelp
Dadeland Mall is the #1 shopping mall for tourists to come to. I used to always come here, but it's cut down not because it's bad but I just rather go to stores. I don't like busy, busy mall. Anyways, the mall is always spanking clean, smells fresh and clean filled with nice lighting. You can find everything there! You have Macy's, Macy's Home, JcPenny, Victoria Secret, Apple, Baby Gap, Banana Republic, Bath and Body Works, Disney Store, plus sooooo much more. Not to mention their food court is huge and always very busy and constantly giving free samples. You can find - Basil Thai, Cajun Grill, Chick-fil-a, Crepe Maker as well as restaurants like Earls and Aoki. The mall has lots of parking including various parking garages, but I have to see it can become very challenging. You can find Valet in front of the entrance where Cheesecake Factory is so if you can take advantage. I do like that this last time I visited Dadeland they were celebrating the Chinese New Year. They had a group of people dancing the dragon dance along the hallways of the mall. They had lanterns hanging and various trees of life around the mall. Not a mall that I visit as frequently as I used to but I can totally understand why is it so popular especially with the tourists.

Yelp
Great mall in downtown Dadeland. Parking in a mission, always full. The stores are great everything that you'll need.
google avatar

Ericka G.

Yelp
I grew up In Kendall so this mall was my sh#t from way back in the day. The shops are nice but it can get crowded but c'mon it's a mall. I love how they've completely upgraded the mall added more store, space, and restaurants which makes it a bit more upscale to me. Coming here is a true all day event as all the stores are appealing and even the food courts architecture of the ceiling is breathtaking. Truly a unique mall with alot to offer. Valet parking is also available for those of us who get impatient or prefer it to parking in the garage or driving in circles trying to locate a space. If the food court options don't appeal to you they've added a good variety of restaurants with different decor and flare

Yelp
Located in the southwest area of Miami, this mall is the original go to place for all of your needs. There are so many great shops and it is an indoor mall so you can beat the Miami heat. I visited to look for a pair of shoes for my daughter and ended up walking around the mall looking at all of the new shops and restaurants. I walked through the mall while desperately trying to dodge the perfume ninjas at Macy's as well as the kiosks crazies that try to rub lotion, scrubs, and other nonsense. The amount of stores and the quality is there which makes it easy to quench your shopping thirst. I enjoyed sitting for happy hour at one of the new restaurants after my shopping adventure and hope to be back soon.
