The 15 Best Restaurants At Newark Airport 2024 - New York - The Infatuation

"Daily is one of the few airport restaurants where you might actually forget for a second you’re about to wrestle your rolling bag into an overhead compartment. There’s an open kitchen where you can see dishes like chicken shawarma skewers being prepared over an open flame, which is a definite upgrade from watching plates come out of a mystery door to nowhere. Go for their dip sampler, because it’s genuinely hard to pick a favorite between the labneh, hummus, and baba ghanoush—all of which come with a generous helping of warm pita." - Anne Cruz

Google
The future of airport dining is here… two words: QR codes. We didn’t have a waiter, but we did have great service. The Brussels sprouts were very good, loved the sauce and thought they were prepared well. Had the chicken Zata’ar sandwich, which was actually a wrap, not a sandwich. Pretty good though! The chicken was juicy and flavorful. Two downsides, however: one, the wrap was inexplicably open on both ends, so you couldn’t eat it without the stuffing falling out the other end. It’s like when your 9 year-old son tries to wrap your Christmas gift himself. Also, the “shawarma fries” were just regular fries with a sprinkle of cumin on them.

Google
I ordered the chicken wrap and seasoned fries and drained a long island ice tea. It was so good!!!! Then I took a second bite and taste a layer of mayo. I asked if the chef could remake the wrap without mayo. The chef, Fard Patterson was so accepting and showed a great deal of respect for customers. There was no wait time and you seated yourself. Service was fast and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming This was my first visit to Daily's and if all employees are like chef Fard. I will return again and again and again. I would have given it five stars but the waiter Neva came back to check on my table after sitting for 1.5 hours. If you are in EWR please stop in and see chef Fard.

Google
For a quick find at the airport, this was pretty good food. Service was great! We loved our bartender. She said she had worked in terminal C for years and we exchanged some pretty great anecdotes. Also had some really great windows for spotting planes taxiing around the terminal.

Google
Food is mediocre, it gave me the impression that I was eating at an upscale fast food restaurant, options are few and portions are small. Limited interaction with staff, although this may be a good thing depending on your preferences. If compared with the rest of the restaurants at this airport then it would deserve 5 stars as the rest of the airport eateries are worse in service quality. Expensive, but so are all of the other options at this airport.

Google
Food is good, however, the accuracy is off. Ordered the turkey bacon with Brie cheese omelet and it came with cheddar. Coffee is good, wait staff is great!

Google
Rigo made this such a good experience today, 5/8 by asking questions and being available to give advice on the food and drinks menu. Thank you SO much!! I would come back just for his service alone. Food was pretty good (above the usual airport food quality).

Google
Really good, flavorful breakfast. It's in the airport, so you need to tailor your expectations. They serve a surprising broad menu with real wood fired veggies and meats (you can see them firing right in front of you). Very nice bar cocktail selection as well. I had avocado toast which had crunchy and tasty wheat bread, real avocado nicely sliced, it was a prefab poached egg, but had fresh cilantro and a generous sprinkle of "everything bagel" topping. Light and fresh tasting, and perfect size for a decent breakfast that wasn't too heavy.

Google
Honestly this place isn't a true 4 star review place, but given lower bar of airport terminal food, i think this place is pretty good. Order by qr code, servers are nice, food quality is decent, and plenty of space. I think Daily is bit more private and quieter than other restaurants in terminal c.

Yelp
How to screw up breakfast??? Go to Daily! Bad... really bad! Coffee weak. Omelet terrible. Potatoes cold.

Yelp
Alright, so if it were for the flavors alone, I'd give this spot a five. Unfortunately, the service was sub par and the serving were teeny tiny for the super high prices. We ordered the mezze platter with labneh, hummus, pita and brussel sprouts. They flash fried sprouts were the star of the shows unfortunately, there were literally only three Brussel sprouts in our serving. We also ordered the beets with horseradish, dill and labneh. I felt like they were a little shy with the horseradish as you could barely taste it. We ordered a drink only to find out they had one of five different sodas/drinks listed. We had to ask for water multiple times and they oddly didn't bring our son a plate or silverware. Maybe folks aren't used to kiddos sharing with parents/staying off the "adult menu". All this to say, if you have money to burn and live healthy, flavorful food- this is a solid option.

Yelp
Awful service Claims to be fast and was not, had to take my food to go Brussel sprouts were good but were probably the worst French fries I've ever had Would not recommend

Yelp
I try not to write restaurants in airports because they are consistently so bad. I just felt the need for this one because I've been there a half dozen times. My flights keep going through Newark. Lamb-burger was undercooked, which kind of freaks me out a little bit. Food is better than the other junk around, but not much. Watch out, they want you to tip before you even finish your service. You tip when you order. The service is absolutely terrible. And consistently terrible. You can't even get your water refilled. Thumbs down.

Yelp
In the land of 1.5 star airport food, I thought I hit the jackpot since my gate was right next to Daily. Sat down, wasn't quite sure what to do, and one of the staff members let me know to check the QR code for the menu and to order online. I ordered a fattoush salad to go. $19.99 with 15% tip. Terribly unAmerican to have to tip before getting food, but oh well. Staff seems plenty cheerful and friendly, but due to the ordering system, they don't actually interact with customers much. Took about 30 minutes to get my salad. Not exactly sure what happened there but I wasn't in danger of missing my flight. The food itself? It was fine. Fresh greens, tomatoes, balsamic and some spices. Tiny sprinkling of some pita and crunchy flatbread (?). Not a great value, but that's not surprising for the airport. If I come back, I would choose a protein. Those Yelp pictures look a lot better.

Yelp
Pleasant enough experience for a quick airport meal. Every other place at EWR had pretty awful reviews and Daily was the only decently reviewed spot in terminal C. Hubby and I seated ourselves and shared the falafel wrap which came with a side of fries. The prices were decent and the menu was on the healthier side and leaned Mediterranean. Service was friendly and the place had a good vibe. I'll definitely be back when stopping over in Jersey.

Yelp
I stopped in while waiting for my Montreal-bound flight to board. The drinks were totally satisfying. Sure, they were overpriced - what food item at EWR isn't - but they were flavorful and balanced, and totally above average. The guy behind the bar knows what he's doing. The ambiance on a Friday night, aided by chill music pumped through ceiling speakers, was relaxing, at least to my taste. I'd come here again for sure.

Kim M.

Yelp
Ate at this establishment today and ordered a kids meal as I wasn't that hungry , once I received my order the waitress stated that I could only receive water with the meal even though I paid for a regular drink that's included in the combo Customers should receive exactly what they pay for !

Roger G.

Yelp
Food was tasty. Burger was cooked perfectly. Dessert was yummy. Here's my issue: Great food won't overcome terrible service. The server sat on a stool at the end of the bar and was on her phone the entire time. Then came to our table and said, "So my shift is over and I was wondering about my tip.". ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! If I were the owner/manger, she would have been gone long before we stopped at this establishment!
google avatar

Rosa M.

Yelp
Ordering is on a QR code, it didn't work as expected and the staff was quick to ask me if I needed help. Drinks arrived within 2 minutes from ordering. Food was about 10 mins from ordering, my wrap could have used a little more sauce but definitely tasty. The staff is friendly with each other, great environment. Very loud, I mean it is the airport after all and the prices show that as well.

Sydney G.

Yelp
Lots of healthy options at a reasonable price. I was especially impressed with their sous-chef, Jamila. She actually came out of the kitchen to attend to my needs and made sure I was out the door quickly in order to catch my flight! On top of that, the quinoa she made was healthy and delicious.

Yelp
So I'm sitting in the United Club in Terminal C at EWR and bump into a friend. He tells me he just had perhaps the best burger ever. So my wife and I had to give it a try. Dare I say he was right! I'm talking about the Cheddar burger. You can pick your temperature and we went medium rare. It comes with lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onions, cheddar (obviously) and an aioli. You can remove items if you like but we went with "All the Way". This was a really good burger. It comes with fries that were crisped on the outside but with some "meat" as well. So, not your thin cut McDonald fries but crispy and good. Just a thicker cut. Beer was cold with 4 IPA options along with wine and a full bar. The service was prompt, friendly and engaging. Shout out to both, Super Star Manager Paul and Fantastic Chef Keith. When you are next in EWR with 30 minutes near Terminal C, Gate 74, give them a try.

Yelp
EWR Terminal C is stepping up their food game. This little diddy was surprisingly delectable. Grilled artichoke appetizer and the baked clams were not only tasty but a great healthy option at the airport. This was an exciting find. Great service too! Try this place out if you are anywhere in Terminal C / United. It's worth the walk if your gate is not right here. Across from Gate 78/79. Two thumbs up!

Yelp
I had an unexpectedly long layover and decided to explore the culinary scene/wasteland of Newark airport. I opened Yelp without much hope but saw a 3.5-star restaurant about 30 gates away from me. This rating is about 5 standard deviations higher than your usual airport establishments. Intrigued, especially by a previous yelper's comment about the "best burger ever!", I decided to make the trek to the promised land of good burgers. The place was well staffed, but fairly empty. Maybe other travellers were not as savvy as I was? I ordered THE burger and an entry of crispy brussel sprouts. The food came quickly, which was a good sign. My first few bites of the brussel sprouts were quite satisfying, with the sprouts crispy and flavorful. I then turned my attention to the burger. The patty looked a little overcooked and quite small for the size of the bun (and a price of $20). I had seen much more inviting burgers from fast food places. Eyeing the burger with rising suspicion, I decided to try the fries first. The very first fry was spectacular. But the fries after were a limp and sad affair. An entrenched optimist ("let's not judge a book by its cover or a burger by its look"), I assembled the burger and took my first bite. Oh well, out of a score of 10, with 10 being the best burgur ever and 1 being getting food poisoned, I would give the burger a score of 2. It was dry and overcooked. The overall texture suggested a patty that had been trapped in a freezer for too long and had developed whole-body freezer burn. There was no flavor to the burger. The culinary master who produced that "best burger ever" had long left the house/airport. (Maybe they were simply stranded here by the many delays and cancellations at Newark.) The waiting staff was disinterested in their job even by airport standard. They only brought me water after I requested for it. They only gave me a refill after I asked for it. The only positive emotion was directed at chatting with their colleagues. I could have done better in the 1.5/2-star establishments more closer by, without spending nearly as much ($38 with tip). You could too.

Yelp
Nice airport restaurant at EWR in terminal 3 just down the concourse from the United Club. A bit pricey but the Quality of the food is very good for an airport. Started with a Stella Artois, then had the Salmon entree, finishing up with a cappuccino. Overall a 4 star experience.
google avatar

Mike S.

Yelp
Ok, forget it's an airport and the prices will be rediculous for alcohol, but that's the norm. The food was what made us really enjoy the airport dining "experience." Trio app was tasty, wish it had more pita. Used leftover yogurt sauce for fry dipping with the lamb burger entree. That lamb burger was DAMN DELICIOUS. I told my better half, "someone back there knows how to cook." I'd get this airport priced burger again.

Zoe H.

Yelp
Honestly believe the service and food deserve a higher rating! Was a bit skeptical when looking for somewhere to eat in terminal C at EWR. This place had the highest rating and went for it - very good albeit pricey!

Yelp
Excellent dining, at Newark Airport, Terminal C...Freshly prepared breakfast!! They have ergonomically seating and we chose to sit at the bar, which gives you access to open kitchen preparations by their talented chefs. There are numerous tv screens above for you to keep up with latest happenings in sports, news, etc. There are individual iPads at each place setting to order your meal. A very attentive waitstaff member brings your beverages. Did I mention they have a full bar service too? For those who may require sustenance of a different kind ( pre- flight jitters), Anyhow...loved this great find at EWR!! Travel can be hectic, this stop made it relaxing!! And yummy!

Natasha G.

Yelp
Quiet morning and I had to ask someone if I could get a drink . Nice avocado toast You order/tip using a QR code at the table. A bit expensive given service/food even for EWR

Yelp
Finding somewhere good to eat in the Newark Airport is nearly impossible. I had one of the worst meals of my life in EWR and I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning at this airport once. Until Daily opened, it was either bring something from home, eat snacks from CIBO, or load up at the (sometimes questionable) salad bar. Daily isn't the best airport restaurant in the world, but it IS the best restaurant in EWR - hands down. When I'm traveling for work, all I want in an airport restaurant is something (at least somewhat) fresh and healthy. Daily changes their menu...ummm...daily, and the food feels fresher than the average airport stall. Daily has a variety of healthier options on the menu (salads, salmon), which is helpful in a sea of fast food. It isn't perfect, and it is a bit pricey, but it is the only real option in EWR.

Larry S.

Yelp
You have to order and pay prior to food arrival, at which time you may or may not get what you have already paid for...... A different type of bread or a different type of meat...... Lightly dressed coleslaw is specifically on the menue.....when in fact it is a dripping soggy mess with no crispness in the slaw....... terrible unless you perfer mouth full of Mayonnaise in each bite. My sandwich a meatball parm arrived cold , it was ment to be a warm sandwich and had little to no marinara sauce.......again dissapointed......... I travel a lot and will avoid this experience and share with my fellow travelers.

Daniel M.

Yelp
Breakfast was great! Tried something new and really enjoyed it. There were plenty of options and service was kind.

Robert O.

Yelp
Stopped for a super fast bite before getting on a flight without high expectations - WOW!!! Eggplant dill salad, tabblouleh and the baba g - all were as good as any I've had in any Middle Eastern restaurant. They came very quickly and the server as very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
google avatar

Pri M.

Yelp
This is about a 3.5 but rounding up to be generous because airport food is usually such a miss. Do I think this was a breakfast worth $18 (including the tip)? Absolutely not. But it was something different in a terminal full of greasy egg sandwiches and bagels. I did a make your own omelette with tomatoes, onion, spinach, and pepper jack cheese. The toast and potatoes on the side were actually pretty decent, even though the potatoes could use more seasoning. The cheese in the omelette was fantastic. I also thought the tomatoes tasted fresh which was a plus. With 3 eggs in the omelette and two sides it was pretty filling - enough to where I wasn't dying of hunger after my 4-hour flight like I usually am. It's not the best thing I've ever had for breakfast, even in an airport. But if you don't mind splurging a little it'll do the trick.
google avatar

Rebecca C.

Yelp
4.5 stars. This is a great find at the airport. The menu changes everyday. The kale salad with steak and lemon vinaigrette was excellent. Tender steak, fresh greens (opposite experience of what I had in Austin airport a few days ago), some roasted hazelnut. Good size for dinner. I also like the sautéed broccoli rabe that I had. Great service. Someone walked over to me to help me with the device ordering. And when I told them that I was in a rush to catch a flight, the server checked on the food right away and deliver it to me in record time.

Yelp
We'd landed at Newark airport early in the morning, had a bit of a layover and were looking for a breakfast spot. This place smelled really good from the concourse, as Daily features a wood grill. This restaurant also claims to have a farm to table concept for the foods they offer. We had a seat at the bar that overlooks the cooking and food prep area. As with all restaurants here at EWR, one must use an iPad to peruse the menu, select the food/drinks you want, and place an order. My partner and I both ordered omelettes and coffee. Our coffees were brought to us in a decent amount of time, but though we both ordered the same omelettes at the same time, mine was brought out within a few minutes, while his took more than another 5 minutes to be brought to him. Service was just mediocre, food was good but not great, and the staff seemed to spend most of the time while we were here gathered behind the counter, discussing their schedules and which of them got to leave and when. This while our water glasses were empty and we could've used a refill had they been paying attention to their customers, and our plates sat there, ready to be cleared for a while once we'd finished.
google avatar

Kyle W.

Yelp
Was passing by this place and smelled bacon so I popped on in. Some reviews were bad but that's fine, people are c***s. I ordered an omlette with a salad and I was a little taken aback because a side salad with an omlette? At 7:30 in the morning? To my surprised it was delicious and fresh. 10/10, great job guys!

Chethan S.

Yelp
Restaurant has a crazy system where once you sit down and order you can't move to another area. They don't explain it to you beforehand. Feels unnecessarily complicated with the QR codes.
google avatar

Evi S.

Yelp
Was not expecting such great food for an airport restaurant. Ordered the Greek salad with chicken and hubby ordered the cheddar burger and we were both pleasantly surprised. The chicken was great so was the dressing on the salad. Burger was great. Would definitely recommend this airport restaurant to those traveling and want something good to eat.

Yelp
If I could rate this place in the negatives I would. I had the worst experience here. I flew in from Puerto Rico after an extremely long night ( my flight was at 1am and landed at 5am) and hadn't eaten in hours so I walked to the closest place that was serving breakfast. Because I hadn't eaten in hours, the idea of eating was a turn off, and as I scrolled through the menu, one thing caught my eye that seemed bearable to eat--the ricotta pancakes served with lemon curd. I ordered and waited for my food, but when the plate hit the table, there was no lemon curd. I asked my server if it came with any and she looked at me and said "no it doesn't." I didn't make a big deal about it because I figured maybe I missed a note saying it's no longer served with that, so I wanted to make sure, however when I checked, it clearly stated it comes with lemon curd. So I walked into the restaurant to ask another server who said "hold on let me check." ( why he doesn't know the menu, idk, but I thought that was odd) He never got back with me and I watched him talk to coworkers behind the bar. Upon my servers check in with me on how my food was I informed her that the menu stated it came with lemon curd and she proceeded to say "well we don't have any AND you already asked me that and I told you no." Extremely RUDE! Those are two different things, "no it doesn't come with any" and "no we don't have any." I ordered the pancakes strictly because it came with lemon curd and when I told her I didn't really want them without it she asked rudely do I want something else. I checked the menu again but I just couldn't fathom eating anything else so I told her I'd keep them and later when I asked to speak with a manager, there was supposedly no manager on duty. I figured I'd call to discuss the situation later rather than causing a scene yet there's no number to be found online. Money completely wasted. I ate maybe a few bites of the pancakes that were absolutely dry. I'd recommend adding the lemon curd to soften them up if they ever get any! Also I payed extra for mixed berries and got like 7 blueberries. As a someone who works in the service industry, I've never been so disappointed!
google avatar

Steve H.

Yelp
Breakfast was ok. Coffee meh. Bagel decent. Best part was the option for greens instead of potatoes. This is an infuriating iPad concept where human interaction is almost impossible except for the gratuity add on at the end. Almost $30 for 2 coffees and an omelette.
google avatar

Taylor P.

Yelp
We stopped at Daily for a quick bite before our flight. This airport is dining of the future. Everything on an iPad, no waiters, only food runners. What an experience. I ordered a drink and a sandwich. For the drink I got a strawberry aperol spritz with fresh muddled strawberries and a surprisingly pleasant herbaciousness from tarragon. It was sweet but not overly so, great cocktail! For my meal I had the burrata and roasted tomato sandwich. The burrata was excellent, so creamy and luscious. I wish the tomatoes were thick slices instead of barely roasted cherry tomatoes, that was a bit of a miss. This also could have used a sharp acidic punch from reduced balsamic or a lemony aioli. Just something to take it to the next level. The bread of the sandwich was a little thin and didn't stand up to the ingredients, a thicker cut would've really held this sandwich together. This had a lot of potential but did not live up to the description on the menu.
google avatar

Barry R.

Yelp
I decided to try it since they claim to have new items every day. We arrived @8 and it was almost empty. Ordered a chicken dish and Waited almost 30 Minutes. Nobody came over to the table to ask if we needed anything, and had to ask for water. Ordered dessert and after waiting 15 minutes I asked the waitress and she said she would check the bill. She said it was never ordered. I would not go back there and eat for Free. Mediocre food, and NO service. They have the nerve to add a gratuity onto the bill for NO service. Stay Away.

Jonathan W.

Yelp
One person working to serve drinks and food to 20+ customers... not the servers . Burger is burnt, fries are cold and soggy, for $22... disappointing and sad
google avatar

Rob S.

Yelp
I had a very good experience at this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the food was top notch. I had the halibut which had been flown in the day before. The restaurant changes its menu, depending on what they can get fresh. The have a wood burning fire that the can grill steaks and chops on as well. I was very surprised by the quality for airport food. The prices are not cheap but the food is worth it.
google avatar

Chris S.

Yelp
Nice fresh meals, good quality food, good beer list. The food and menu is supposed to change daily based upon what is available. Food was good quality for an airport, the boast farm to terminal. Here is an excerpt from an article about the place (below). I walked around and looked at all the options twice before settling on this place, no regrets. Relaxed atmosphere, you can forget that you are in an airport. DAILY (yes, that's the actual name of the restaurant) is the first of its kind in the world -- at least as far as airports are concerned, since non-airport restaurants with daily-rotating menus certainly already exist. Like other seasonal restaurants, the daily menu will be determined based on what produce, meat, and fish is in season at nearby farmers markets. The phrase "farm to terminal focus," was also used, because hell is real. The restaurant will boast a custom wood-burning grill that a team of chefs, overseen by OTG's executive chef, Michael Coury, will use for dishes like grilled scallops, five-spiced chicken, Arctic char, and togarashi flank steak.

Yelp
My pancakes, like many a Jersey girl, offered surface prettiness that conceals underlying toughness. This combo works better as a character trait than as a pancake. Nonetheless, after reading Terminal C culinary disaster tales, I'm willing to cosign on Daily as the best thing going, since the food was edible and there was even a little service. The coffee, though, was the worst I've ever had -- gag-reflex bad, tasting old and burnt right after opening.
google avatar

Mike M.

Yelp
Nice surprise for terminal C at EWR airport. Friendly prompt service, delicious food and moderate prices. Got a 20% discount using my United Visa Credit Card. The mussels and clams with sausage took about 18 minutes and I was in and out in a half hour.

Elizabeth C.

Yelp
Extremely poor service, I am 100% pro technology. However...... service should never be sacrificed. Seems like the staff utilizes the automated ordering system as an excuse to not want to assist. The girl standing around seemed to get aggravated when asked anything. Her demeanor felt as if we were inconveniencing her. She just wanted to go back to her hangout spot and get back on her phone. We had to ask for a glass of water multiple times before she decided to bring it. We were advised they did not have what my husband ordered after we had already paid and tipped. She came and asked if he wanted anything else; otherwise we had to request a refund. Very poor communication skills with no clear instruction. We had to request partial refund. My husband was processing the partial refund while I had breakfast by myself. The entire hassle ruined my husband's appetite and mood. He decided not to order anything else for himself and the overall breakfast experience we were looking forward to when we first arrived was ruined.

Damaritz N.

Yelp
Farm omelette & breakfast potatoes were delish. Staff is friendly, service was quick. Super convenient ordering/payment process. Definitely recommend for an easy breezy bite during your next layover @EWR! =]

Andrea B.

Yelp
At Casciano's this is the $13.99 antipasto salad...ridiculous! Looking for a way to post a pic but it is maybe 1/2 cup of nothing...
google avatar

David E.

Yelp
Layover at EWR and was completely surprised and impressed with the renovations since my last visit. Most impressed with Daily's ... their open grill prepared a delicious Swiss mushroom burger and their Barley soup was perfect! Definitely recommend this spot ... Service is friendly and prompt. Enjoy!
google avatar

Andrea J.

Yelp
I spend a lot of time in airports, but this is by far one of the best little spots I've eaten at. I ordered the bone in pork chop, steamed kale, and fingerling potatoes. It was cooked right in front of me in about 15 minutes and it is absolutely delicious! If you are ever in Newark Airport, stop at The Daily!
google avatar

Das K.

Yelp
Rude waiter, rough travel day, 3/4 through my order and was asked to move to another table to make space for the non existent additional customers. All other tables just like mine had one person. The other side was totally empty. Food looked like it might have been acceptable, but lame waiters don't understand their job... and if you are in an airport restaurant you really need to be more accommodating to tired travelers.

Yelp
This place reeked of raw onion because they had the prep cart sitting in the dining area. I don't care for onions (particularly smelling them at breakfast) so that kind of ruined my appetite. The manager (?) arrived and made them move it. But then knowing that they weren't supposed to have it there made me wonder what other "rules" were being overlooked because they were busy or just didn't care. It was also kind of unprofessional how she was reprimanding people aloud to do things. My French toast had peanuts and some other kind of nuts. Seemed out of place like they were trying to make up for not having macadamia nuts. The French toast was mediocre and bland. It tasted better without the nuts (once it was doused with ample syrup to make up for the lack of flavor). Bacon wasn't very good. Was crispy and cooked right but tasted like it was made in a dirty or oil charred pan. Server was nice and fast about bringing items ordered. A few place settings at my table were missing forks but I just grabbed from the table next to me. Which speaking of, the tables and booths weren't very clean. The iPads replace the human experience but are pretty straight forward to use. Just seems weird to have this when you're eating. The restaurant should provide hand wipes if they're forcing the customers to use this (which yes, you are forced to do this*). This place was far from immaculately clean and I didn't see anyone wiping down the screens (but c'mon, people are eating bacon with their hands and syrup-covered breakfasts, and airports are busy, dirty places). I personally find it annoying to have tech in your face since sitting down to eat used to be one of the few times that you can get away from it. *A gentleman came in asked for a danish and asked if he had to use the iPad for such a simple request. The server was very nice but gently showed him that how to use it and basically said that's how it is.

Yelp
*Try Somewhere Else* Service: 1 Food: 2 Atmosphere: 2 The sandwiches are dry and super under-seasoned, guessing no one has heard of an Aioli. Also, I saw the runner itching her ear and then move French fries to my plate. Service is mediocre at best where you only get any attention if you use the iPads. Lots of options at this airport, pass on this one.

Yelp
We had a long layover, decided to stop into this swanked out place. Looks nice, smells amazing. To be honest the food was really TASTY! So why only 2 stars? I didn't like my waiter. He was pushy and tried to hide that he added an extra tip on my order! Why would I decide my tip before I even get my food? I just didn't like him, he seemed sneaky. Ruined the experience for me. I couldn't wait to go.

Yelp
First off, I love to enjoy food. After an hour of hopeless reading on Yelp and walking all 3 wings to Terminal C, I decided to give Daily a try because I was boarding a 14 hour flight. I ordered the Lobster pasta dish and a Bacon Cheeseburger and both were very delicious . The pasta dish uses a hollow spaghetti type of pasta which I never had and it was very good along with the cherry tomatoes and generous portion of Lobster meat. The cheeseburger which was the reason I chose to go there in the first place ...... you can taste, smell and see the freshness ingredients. I would definitely recommend Daily *** I wish I took pics of the two dishes

Yelp
Caught my attention due to various vegetable-laden dishes, but looks can be deceiving. Was probably one of the least healthy options in the airport. The Sea Scallops dish was served in a literal pool of butter. Like butter soup. The squash dish was also much too heavy on cream and butter. Felt sick to stomach for the next 12 hours. Had to shoo away flies from my table which was near the kitchen. Also very expensive even for EWR standards.
