UPDATE!!! The owner reached out to me about the establishment being closed on Friday when I drove by. Due to the weather in the community, there was a power outage and they had to close early. Knowing this, I decided to swing by again and give them a try. Babyyyyyyy, I'm glad I did! First of all, the customer service was GREAT! I interacted with four different people and everyone was so personable and friendly. I told the man who was helping me that it was my first time and he recommended a drink for me. It was soooooooooooo good (and strong). I'm so glad that I found them and that I came back because they are officially my favorite daiquiri shop in the area.

Love this place! Best and most affordable on the south side 1$ jello shots that taste great! Cool family that runs and operates I make special trips to South park for these drinks!

Awesome daiquiris, great taste and not too sweet. Jell-O shots and CBD gummies were also delicious. The ladies were super sweet!

First time here. This is a drive-,thru frozen daiquiri spot on the corner. They've got a pretty good menu. Came here for my best friend's Birthday to kick off the weekend. Whoo! They are strong. We got a medium. 🤣🤣 they also sell jello shots and other stuff. Check it out. Something to do, to grab and take home.

Shout out to the gentlemen working at this location tonight! I didn’t know what to get and he went above and beyond.. had me try like 7 different drink combos to chose the perfect one. I am in customer service and can tell this place cares about hiring the right person to do the job. I’ve been here on multiple occasions and have nothing but great things to say! Thank you for the attention!

We've been trying daiquiri places and by far this is as close as we've gotten to New Orleans taste. Not only that but the price for what you get you can't beat anywhere else. I thought I was ordering a medium but got a 32oz cup, I have to say that this place has some good daiquiries. The pictures are the medium and large. Definitely got a good deal and the staff is super nice. I will be dropping by again soon for more. Thank you for the suggestion on what to get on our first visit. Met and exceeded expectations!!!

I can’t lie y’all please don’t let the looks of this place fool you. They have Theee BEST daiquiris I have ever had from a drive through PERIODTT!!! I can’t get past the BMF, it always hit the spot.. go see for yourself, they shots are actual liquor

Absolutely amazing service! And great daqueri's and these aren't wine based! I will definitely be coming back! And it was sooooo yummy! The service was quick too! I was in and out, oh and did I mention they have drive through???

This is MY FAVORITE to-go daiquiri spot. If there's one thing I like, it's a strong drank. lol and this is it! To get a drink this size for $9 is a steal. They also offer Jell-O shots for $1 which is just as strong.

We were looking for a place to get drive-thru daiquiris in Houston while visiting some friends. A great place to wait for the freight train to pass by. It's got everything: black-eyed Susans blossoming in the field next door, flamingos, Cherry Bombs, CBD gummies, and Jell-O shots. The drinks and service were great!

Thought I treat myself. I am a queen! Stopped by Daiquiri Island and get a strawberry octane. This place is not fancy , but who cares ! They have great customer service and marvelous daiquiris. The owner helped me today, she was so kind! I will return!

Don't let the outside look fool you, this place is good! I've been slowly but surely trying different spots every time I come home to visit. They have a solid variety of slushes/daiquiris in various strengths. Staff were friendly and helpful explaining the menu to first timers, recommendations, etc. May not be in the best neighborhood, but definitely worth a visit!

This place is amazing. The daiquiris are the best around (no cheap liquor) with a variety of flavors. I have been coming here since it opened, and the service is as good as the daiquiris. I highly recommend it!

Add the candy cup to any flavor so delicious! I love this spot laid back, never doing too much. The size of the drunks are A1 too! If you're complaining you're just a complainer

Came there with a 3 of my homegirls, worst treatment ever. I believe the owner or manager not sure is racist. Rude management and the daiquiri was watered down and didn't have much alcohol.

Been coming to this spot for over 2+ years! Great flavors, great prices! Ms.Lisa has the best customer service thats why I drive from Deer Park to enjoy this establishment!!!

Born and raised in Houston, I decided to bring my husband from Cali to check this place out. My husband loves the drinks here. He was also impressed by a lady name Jazz and her service; great southern hospitality! If I were to ever bring my Cali friends home, this place would definitely be on my top of the list as a must go for out-of-towners!

I decided to stop in as we were int he area. I checked the reviews first and they seems very good. My wife and I are from Louisiana and daiquiri places are plentiful there. This place has a drive through so you don't have to leave your car. Someone will come out and take your order from a laminate menu that they give you. We both got different types to try out and I was pleasantly surprised as the flavor was very similar to what I was used to from New Orleans. The prices were very reasonable and the service was quick. If I remember correctly they also sell them by the gallon or half a gallon. I would definitely come back if I am ever in the area. I suggest you stop in and check them out.

This place is a drive up spot. The drinks are fire. Swoop in on your way. The girl who took my order was very nice and well spoken.

This place was surprisingly fire... doesn't look like much driving up. You pull up and they come up to your window for the order. I ordered a Long Island and it was amazing. My first thought was "this is great, but I'm pretty sure they didn't put any alcohol in it". 5 mins later I realized I was wrong! Impressive taste for the strength. The prices were very cheap. (I got a small for $5 and the thing is pretty big). Jell-O shots for a dollar. Seems like the ultimate pregame spot to me. PLEASE DRIVE SAFE PEOPLE

If I mixed sex with mind blowing sex, you would get Daiquiri Island...sorry kids but this review is going to be on the amazingly awesome naughty side. First off, it's a drive thru daiquiri bar. No need to get out of your car and wait in a crowded place...you can wait in your car with AC and music. Second, the servers are AWESOME and NICE! The guy was so nice, I gave him a $10 tip when I only bought $20 worth of stuff... Third, I had them customize a drink for me - White Russian with Pina Colada mix, and it was SOoo good that they are making it a regular on their menu and calling it the "Franny fany" after me (Judy Francis). How cool is that?! I decided on getting the large - that's 44oz of pure hell yeah... My husband is from NOLA and he even thinks that this place is one of the best around. That's a true testament to their drinks. It is however on the STRONG side...even the lighter drinks, but hey...who's complaining, not me! I can't believe that I'm now just discovering this place. RUN don't walk...trust me on this, I'm a professional.

Wow! The finest example of taking advantage of Texas' ambiguous alcohol laws I've ever seen! Here's how it works. You drive up, you look at the menu (either the sign or the car hop will hand you a paper copy), decide, and place your order with the car hop. Then your perfect frozen adult beverage comes out faster than you can say, "I can't believe this is legal!" They have all the tropical favorites-margaritas, daiquiris (of course), Mai tai, piña colada, etc (see pics for the complete list). I had the latter and it was AWESOME. A little piece of tape, a lid, and a wrapped straw keeps it all legit. And then you're set. I just hope they open a location in Austin! One next to my office preferably!

The place I usually go to is closed on certain days. So tried here and glad I did. Had the pulparindo slushy. Omg so good. Going back here for my slushy fix.

You can't go too wrong with a drive thru daiquiri shop. Quick and strong drinks is what they serve. Also, they're inexpensive!

Not really a whole lot to say that's not been said already in other reviews. Kind of in a weird area, but whatever, never really felt unsafe either stopping here for that matter. Staff are awesome and if you don't know what exactly you're after, they're happy to help with suggestions. I tend to stay away from the sweeter end of the menu as some are crazy sweet, and it's a daiquiri, you might as well go super boozy. Oh, and get a candy cup too, you know you want it.

Having one of those days where you want a blended drink but don't want to deal with noisy bars or restaurants? Swing by Daiquiry Island and you can pick up a drink and enjoy it wherever your heart desires. When you pull up to the building, you are immediately greeted by a member of the staff. Your order is taken and drinks are in hand in about 5 minutes. They have a good variety on their menu and list them in order of drink strength. Be warned, some of the drinks sound friendly but will knock you out. You also have to option of adding extra shots if you prefer a specific flavor that falls too far down on the strength list. Serving sizes are very large so you get great value for the price.

Easy drive through and fast service. I've had the liquid marijuana, mai tai, shark bite, hurricane,... I've had too many to count. They're all good, some are pretty strong! Good for the price ! Open on Sunday's shhhh, don't tell!

Though this place is located in one of the more questionable neighborhoods in Houston it's definitely well-priced and don't forget to add the extra shot! Good taste, short drive-thru line, and they don't skimp on the alcohol. Try it out! Staff is really friendly and they accept cards and cash. Convenience is key and they can open every lock with theirs!

My sister referred me to this place and im so glad she did! 3 visits so far all with different staff members and they're so welcoming and funny! Love it and i love the drinks as well. This will definitely be my go to spot!

For the most part this particular Daiquiri shop is my favorite and closet to a Nola Daiquiri. The manager fix me up one of the newest flavors(pink poison) and I must say since than we roll thru at least once a week!! The category 5 is a beast!!! The only thing we Didn't agree with is the 1/2 Gallon selection. Never been to a D~shop and Only certain flavors are allowed to be in a HALF Gallon!! This won't keep me from buying my regular large tho!!!

This place is great. My boyfriend and I drove up and let Casey (with the pink hair) know that we'd never been there before. She was so friendly and helpful, and brought us samples to try. I got the strawberry octane, which was delicious. We will definitely be back!

I really do like Daiquiri Island! Their staff is friendly and patient with the customers since they have a very extensive menu of drinks to choose from. My two favorites for now are the Liquid Marijuana and Berry Punch. They come out to your car to serve you. Glad to have a daiquiri place in this side of town.

Liquid marijuann is by far my favorite! I visit this place at least one a month and always get great service. Prices are reasonable and you will always leave with a smile.

Went here today for the first time and I was VERY impressed..... We were promptly greeted at our vehicle to have our order taken..... the guy that helped us was very very nice and answered all questions that we had.... he didn't rush us and even recommended his favorites when we asked..... I had the Strawberry Peach Punch and it was great... so far this is about the best daiquiri spot on the south side of Houston ...... I will definitely be coming back for more drinks...... #gooddrinks #goodcustomerservice

Live near Galveston but I make it my business to pass up 2 other daiquiri spots to come here!!! They are yummy and not too strong but get you a great buzz! You can actually enjoy your drink!! They are always polite and in a timely fashion
