Good vibes, friendly employees, and delicious ice cream! We love it. The milkshakes are nice and thick, not too much milk.

I can't explain how good the Mint Sundae is. First, it is HUGE. You get 3 scoops of ice cream, hot fudge, a whole brownie with whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry on top. Second, the ice cream is great. The peppermint ice cream has just the right balance of mint/dairy and the mint chocolate chip was delicious with the brownie. They have so many flavors available including dairy free options. Dairy Hill is a wonderful addition to the neighborhood and I will definitely be back to try out more flavors.

Lots of flavors, friendly staff, boosters/high chairs, and AC :) Junior scoop (which is plenty) is $4.50 and they also have chocolate dipped bananas!

Ice cream was adequate, but I knew we could buy an entire container of the same exact thing at the local grocery store (Umpqua) for the same price as a single scoop. However, the really big bummer was the service. I showed up with my kids just a little before closing. When we entered the place, I immediately asked if they were still open. I was assured yes by the employee. However, we couldn't order shakes. Fine, no problem. But the employee was clearly so curt and angry we were there that she yelled at my kids, demanding their immediate order. No thanks. We will go to Hurry Back or Nectar next time.

I work as a support person for people with disabilities and I brought in a client to get ice cream. Their employee was really kind and helpful to us. We had a great experience! Cole deserves a raise! :)

Ice cream was average, but portion size for price is about the worst in town, and service and service time was not good. Ice cream was mostly melted by the time I got it paid for and got out of there. The 5.50 regular scoop was smaller than some junior/kids scoops at other places in town and it doesn't taste made in house.

Took my kids to check out the new ice cream shop. Ice cream was pretty good. I asked if it was homemade and a bit bummed to hear No it’s Umpqua brand. I prefer Hurry Back and Cloud City.

The ice cream is really good and the people working there are super friendly. Plus it was open when Hurry Back was closed due to “poor air quality”.
