Dairy Queen

Had a wonderful experience at this establishment. Manager Darren was very professional, aswell as all of his employees Cat, Martin,Kimberly and Jessica just to name some. Employees looked like they enjoyed there job making the environment peaceful and pleasant. Manager ask if everything was OK as we enjoyed our ice cream. Keep up the great work!!!

Went by to buy two blizzards. One Banana Split and One Turtle Pecan. When I received they were both melted and I mentioned it to the young lady and didn't phase her one bit. My Turtle Pecan was mostly all chocolate. The problem with this location is that in the evening they have nothing but young kids working and obviously NO training on how to make Blizzards, shakes etc. I've had Turtle Pecan blizzards and NEVER have they been as terrible as this one I had. I had to throw it away. Wasted $5.49 i spent.

Went waiting cool down with a nice fresh cold banana split but I got ripe banana I order two strawberries one scoop pineapple nearly could see strawberries slitely saw pineapple no Receipt no bag I nearly didn’t even get a spoon not the experience I expected today not satisfied.

I'm scoring down service because of the manager on duty. I ordered a Jr cheeseburger meal and the gave me a dry really burnt reheated patty. i showed her my burger and asked if i could get a fresh burger not burnt and not even 5 minutes later she brought me another dry burnt burger that seems like they were pre made just sitting on grill. I choose not to ask for another as they may tamper with my food . i did mention it to manager as we were leaving but she didn't seem too interested in making it right. I fed burger to my dogs. In the past this location was known for having delicious buttery bun moist burgers. The picture has the second one i was given I regret not getting pic of the first.

Overall, it had been a while since we had come to this DQ. It was old and service was bad. We came this night to just give it another shot and grab a cone. We were excited about the Wonder Woman promotion, but disappointed as you can tell by the picture, it looked NOTHING like the picture. It also did not come in the advertised promotional cup. Everything else was good though. We might return.

Staff is super rude and does not want to hand out an order thru the drive thru when there is no one in the drive thru. Not helpful at all!! Talk about ghetto but of course the management team will lie and say other wise and this will be all swept under the rug.

Wow....... Let me start by saying I've loved DQ my whole life..... But I think it's time I say goodbye forever. The last three times I've been over charged , and the last three times I've gotten my order all messed up , and the quality of food this time around made me sick. Litterally throwing up. The oil in which the steak fingers and chicken were fried tasted so gross, it seems like they haven't changed the oil in months. I opened my chicken sandwhich and appears to have a bite already taken out of it . I did not eat the chicken sandwhich. The Jalisco ranch burger I got with an extra patty and they forgot my pepper jack cheese and added a whole bunch of sliced jalapenos which helped the burned old meat under a heat lamp taste. All in all , the manager didn't care when I asked her how did a double burger and a chicken sandwhich and 2 steak fingers come out to 22.00 and a 40 minute wait with 2 cars in front of me one of which waited fifteen minutes just for 2 small blizzards. The employees don't care , the manager doesn't care , and the food has hurt me after I've been a faithful supporter for 25 years. Well sadly this comes to an end . Time to find another local place to give my business to , one that treats me like I matter. Do better DQ , invest in your people so that they invest in us customers. Smh!!!!! Edit : I will not return. You have had several chances to get it right and it's disgusting how y'all only care about money vs caring about your customers , employees , and places of business. No way , I'm down with DQ!!!!

Horrible…just horrible. Paid a lot of money for my order, all my burgers came with cold cheese soggy vegetables,2 of my orders didn’t even come with the things I asked, no straws for my drinks, cold fries I called to let them know & the manager was soo rude all she can say is she personally made the burgers so It can’t be lol please… I literally watched someone else make the burgers. Never going back.

Taco Deal 4.99 3 tacos and a drink! They were good ! Mom wanted to come ..... Delicious

I just went over there an bought a large Sunday with nuts and they can't even do that right this location needs new owners the always change employees but always get a mess this the owners need to care more about this place Sunday looked like it's been sitting out for about 30 mins all melted an the strawberry sauce is watery look like spit I'll never go bk to bad I can see this place from my house I feel bad for my grand baby that begged me for one I sure as hell was not going to give it to her

I ordered a royal New York cheesecake here and when I got it they didn't put it upside down so I threw it out f**k this place

We drove up and there were three staff members in front of the store smoking we came inside and lady taking our order couldn't hear us because the staff in the kitchen were loud, talking, laughing, yelling, using profanity. The butterfinger blizzard was delicious. The strawberry blizzard looked good and my partner enjoyed making a coke float out of it.

Service was terrible...manager was confrontational after waiting 25 minutes for my food. When we got home the box that they gave us to carry our food in had 2 roaches under the lid....never again will I step foot in that filthy place!!!!

Waited in line so far out in the street I almost got hit several times. I come here a lot but this is getting ridiculous. Waiting for a hot dog with chili cheese onions and mustard and had an employee walk to me to give me food as I waited several cars behind only to get no mustard or onion. I got out of work at 5 and it was 545 when I got my food. Never going back.

Excellent service , very friendly staff. There were only 2 people working , running an entire store but they made it work well. Something that bothers me is that one of the ladies has been working here 6 years and after prying a bit I found out they only pay her 9.00$ and hour. That is ridiculous. The owner / operator of this location is severally abusing their workers. This is labor theft. This location could do much much better to properly compensate their employees.

My coworkers and I usually go to this Dairy Queen once a week. They seemed short staffed with training the new cashier. Ice cream machine was initially broken when we got there. Food took forever to get. My coworker had to ask for order after 30 min. And they forgot part of her order and she was refunded. Restrooms are clean. Service was sub par today. Too many people were waiting for a long time. When the manager arrived, things started to get better. I got the Steak Finger basket today. Everything tasted fresh and hot. I probably won't get them again because they taste a bit bland for my taste. Chicken strips are great! Crispy Tacos are my favorite. Chilli cheese fries are good. Restaurant was clean. Today was just a bad day for service, but we will still be back.

This is the best experience I have ever had at a Dairy Queen. Jeannette, one of the cashiers, was fast, efficient, and super nice. She constantly asked us if we were ok. Checking on us constantly and making sure we had everything that we needed. Food was ok. The five stars is because of Jeannette. Thanks again. We will be back. Mr. Michael J. Hernandez

i ordered a reesees blizzard and there was no reeses inside ! what a disappointment honestly. everytime I usually go it's great just not today I guess.

I don't leave yelp reviews for fast food like ever, but sometimes you just wanna recognize a good employee. I feel like the cashier didn't really understand me but the young lady that made my blizzard did and I am currently enjoying the best Oreo blizzard ever. Not everyone makes em right- she did. Thank you!

This Dairy Queen is ALWAYS busy and I can see why! I am a daily customer and stop by everyday for a hungerbuster junior combo and a blizzard. The staff is very friendly and always make sure my order is taken care of. Keep up the good work guys! hard work is noticed! You guys are awesome. would definitely recommend

This is probably one of the best Dairy Queens I've been to-do and I've been to just about every one on San Antonio. My wife and I had banana splits, and they were generous with both the ice cream, and the toppings. Bananas were also fresh, with no brown spots. Most surprising was how clean the restrooms were. It was spotless in there. Kudos to the manager. Will definitely be back. It was good

Garbage. Sorry service. I got a large fry that was literally half full. Got my order wrong several times. Will not be returning.

Today I decided to eat here since it was a very hot day. When coming into the parking lot I notice that they were very busy even thru the drive-thru. I was not sure if to go inside but I did, right away I was greeted by the cashier even though she was busy did not take but a second and I was being helped. I ordered a Banana split since it had been a while since I had one. I was ask if I wanted pecans and I said yes,not realizing that they charge extra you do not even get peanuts nor a Cherri anymore, but I guess that is the sign of time. I also want to add I forgot to let them know I did not want chocolate so I ask if I could get Carmel on the side with no problem I received it. I would have rated it five star but there was no napkins on my table and someone else ask for them. My banana split was very good and the service was also great. Thanks for the Carmel!!!

Ordered a taco salad to go. The salad was good but box was dirty with beans. No bag no napkin no fork was offered. No eating this salad at the park.

Recently went inside to pickup my aunt's order. I was pleasantly greeted by a very polite cashier names "Renisha". She knew my elderly aunt & uncle because she takes phone orders from them often. I placed an order for myself so Renisha offered to hold my aunt's food under the warmer so it wouldn't get cold. I was so appreciative of her anticipating my needs instead of just leaving my aunt's order to get cold while mine was being made. She is truly an asset for customer service.
