Dairy Queen

I’m honestly not sure what happened with this place, but it’s terrible now. I ordered a large blizzard tonight and it not only had the incorrect candy, but it also didn’t have any of the candy mixed into the actual blizzard. It was basically a large vanilla ice cream with some M&Ms thrown on top. I’m not sure if they hired someone new or stopped caring, but I would go to a different place. Sad because this was the one we always used go to!

We just ordered from this place and brought it home and we only had one of the three items we ordered and the one thing we did have was incorrect. Then when we called it went right to voicemail saying they were closed, but the store was open for another 30 minutes? Do NOT waste your time at this place, hit the Dairy Queen in Maple Glen or another ice cream store altogether. Terrible service and poorly run store unfortunately.

This is not a New York cheesecake blizzards with brownies added. I threw it away cause I didn’t feel like the stupid looks or rudeness to ask them to make it over. Girl that made this didn’t use gloves to add the ingredients. She made it like a milkshake and it’s actually supposed to be blended upside down. The service here is falling off.

Young man at the Dairy Queen stated they close at 930 when they close at 10 per the website and location search. He also hesitated to say 930, seeming like he made it up. Keep in mind I arrived at 932. This just took place a moment ago, so to the owner… please review who was working tonight and train them properly. You lost business and money because of them. Slowly cleaning the place to earn an extra half an hour or so of pay without actually doing anything.

Shout out to the young man who called me about my DoorDash order regarding a dietary allergy I have. Without me asking, he offered to clean the blizzard machine and I really appreciate that. I didn’t catch his name but it was around 8 pm on 7/7/24. If his bosses see this, give him kudos from an appreciative customer.

Very nice. Hot dogs were a bit lukewarm on this day and a bit salty. However, that tiramisu cake shake was delicious. Just ask for extra cake on top.

First of all when I got to the location they looked like they were closing. Secondly the cashier said give me to seconds turned around got on her phone and then started chatting with her coworkers. She then turned around and realized we was ready. I asked about a few items an some of the selections were not available. I then proceeded with my order and she could not hear anything I was saying or what I asked for and kept saying huh? Then when stating that I wanted a cookies an creme blizzard she kept saying ok you want the black an white simply thinking she knew what I meant like the original cookies an cream me ice cream. I also ordered a small cone with confiti dip. I was give my order which was incorrect the cookies and cream was a chocolate base an I had no choice but to take the order because thier Dennie was that if it wasn’t taken it was going to be an issue. The cone that I ordered tasted nothing like the original Dairy Queen ice cream an had a weird after taste I was also given a stale cone an I was not satisfied and will never return to this location again. I couldn’t even finish the cone because it just did not taste like anything an I grew up Dairy Queen an this was far from it.

My husband and I visited the Willow Grove Dairy Queen yesterday and ordered a banana split to share. Unfortunately, we were really disappointed with how little ice cream was in it. This isn't the first time I've felt like Dairy Queen hasn't followed its own serving size guidelines, but this was the worst yet--it was pathetically small. We actually ended up going to Burger King afterward just to get a second dessert. After too many visits where I've felt shortchanged, I don't think I'll be coming back. Really unfortunate, because I used to enjoy stopping here.

This Dairy Queen is awesome. Great service, clean. Plenty of parking. We chose to sit out on the benches. They offer other goods but we chose ice cream. We're happy

The line moved quickly - parking is great and the location rocks. Was really confused about the service though. My party and I ordered a couple of blizzards and I made the cashier aware that I have a food allergy to berries. I asked if the Sour Patch Kids Blizzard would be OK to eat. Upon getting it - I took one bite and spit it out only to find out raspberries were in it. The manager then decided to tell me just because I didn't "like it" I would have to pay for another one.

Ice cream great. Service sucks. Went on a Sat nite. Got to the window, there was a group of 7 in front of us. All were numb nuts. "Give me vanilla, wait, make that chocolate, Oh sorry make it vanilla". Those kind of fools. There was one person working one window. I can only imagine what it was going to be like when it came time for those stooges to pay up. So after 10 minutes of that crap, we started walking away, and finally some young kid opened the other window called out to us and asked what we wanted. He saved his profits, but I won't go back unless I get a clean shot at the window and be first in line.

Quick, fast service. It's a small drive up and order from outside type of place but it looks pretty clean from what I saw. Got a vanilla waffle cone, nothing fancy, but it did the trick.

I love going here with my family. They are so friendly and helpful. Such great service and great blizzards! A great way to enjoy a summer treat.
