No wonder it’s the most renowned yakiniku restaurant in Tottori — the wagyu beef is so tender it melts in your mouth.

A modern and comfortable place to enjoy premium, rare cuts of beef. Guests can sample beef from various parts of the cow, and the serving portions are generous. The staff are extremely helpful and able to communicate in English. Foreign visitors are offered a welcome drink (as was the case during my visit, though availability may vary).

Daisen wagyu was awarded the top prize of all Japanese wagyu in 2017. The beef is amazing. The restaurant is very nice and quaint. The staff are all super friendly. I will be back!
