The 21 Best Restaurants In Margate - London - The Infatuation

"The best time to visit Daisy is at golden hour. The cocktail bar, on Margate’s Cliff Terrace, doesn’t get as packed as the main seafront and is the ideal place to watch the sunset over the water. But it’s not the only reason to come (especially since most of the time the weather is not serving ‘put your sunnies on’). The cocktails are excellent and creative, but not fussy. It’s the kind of place that describes their tequila-spiked verdita as “very ‘Gwyneth Paltrow smoking one cigarette a week’”. The warm room and warm hospitality invite lingering, especially if you get a space in the cosy basement." - jake missing, daisy meager, sinead cranna, rianne shlebak

First visit last night - excellent cocktails (I enjoyed Zest in Show and my companion Square Miel) and delicious food. We weren't really planning to eat but am so glad we did as the broccilli tempura was fantastic.... Fab service. Lovely place. Will be back!

Adorable little bar with excellent decor, right on the sea front. We stopped in for cocktails and both the ones I had were fantastic, while just reading the menu and the little blurbs for each cocktail was very amusing. The bartender was lovely and helpful when choosing which one to have. Would happily go back!

Everything was brilliant. I used to work with Felix in London, so it was awesome to see him again! Loved the cocktails and all the dishes we had!

Went and had a couple of cocktails before dinner in central Margate. Daisy has excellent and friendly staff, and a great atmosphere. You can tell that the management really care about the space they are trying to curate

First time in Margate and so happy with the great experience we've had at Daisy's. The staff was adorable (special thanks to the waitress for her advice, smiles and friendly chat... You made our evening !). The food was rich and very tasty and we tried a very original cocktail with miso which we would highly recommend! If we go back to Margate, that's definitely a place we want to go back to !

Stumbled upon this very lovely bar whilst in Margate. I’d never had an apple pie margarita but would happily go back to Margate just for that. Good ambiance and Esme was such a cute little doggo

Really loved this off-the-beaten-track find in Margate. Super Queer friendly and the perfect pit stop after a day on the beach. We were served by Sam who was just brilliant, they were full of recommendations and a really good advocate for the place. We really enjoyed reading all the cocktail descriptions and will certainly be back to sample a few more in the future. We didn’t have any food as the kitchen was closed on Mondays (rightfully so) but they have a fab crisp selection so we didn’t mind at all!
