We received our Daiwa chair on Oct 31. Liz was professional when scheduling. And communication was superb. The guys Ethan and Eduardo were friendly and professional. They installed the chair and explained how to use it. We started enjoying our chair immediately. My husband has been wanting one for a long time. Great purchase!!

We met Masako at the Raleigh Home Show. She was very personable and took excellent care of us. Although this was a major purchase, she did a great job of making us feel comfortable moving forward. The delivery was prompt and Terrell and Eduardo did an excellent job of setting up the chair and walking us thru a demo of all the chair's features. They answered all of our questions and provided great customer service.

Finally got my chair! 😌 From the awesome and informative salesman at the home show Luis Marin, to the pleasant and educated delivery and setup technicians, Terrell Dozier and Eduardo Galindez, this company has been a pleasure to deal with. I’ve wanted this chair for several years and I finally pulled the trigger on it and I’m still happy I did.

I purchased a Supreme Hybrid Massage char from Daiwa. The delivery went smoothly. Liz, who scheduled my delivery, was very kind and available to answer any questions. The two people who delivered my chair were very kind and did a good job setting it up and explaining how it works. They did struggle carrying the weight of the chair and it would have been beneficial for an additional person to be there. The only compaint I have is they put a pretty deep scratch in my wood floor and scuffed a wall when they were entering the house. This could have been avoided if they had an additional person to help them, but I understand it was an accident. I am overall very happy with the chair so far.

My husband and I purchased the Supreme Hybrid Daiwa Massage Chair. And received it yesterday. We have thought about purchasing a massage chair for a long time and tried a few. I am so glad we bought this one!!! It has every feature you could ever want!! It is so quiet, also. The bluetooth feature allows your music to play softly and transcends you to a full body, luxury spa experience. This chair is worth every penny!! I have RA and am now dealing with lower back issues. It is so hard for me to go to a massage therapist and relax enough to enjoy the massage, due to pain. This chair allows me to enjoy the massage it offers and use as much as needed. Do yourself a favor if you deal with chronic pain or just want an amazing chair, buy it!!!

The Daiwa sales and delivery representatives were all superb in their communication regarding all aspects of our purchase of the Legacy 4 Massage Chair. Delivery was very professional and efficient, with explanation of chair functions and operations fully explained. We are really enjoying this chair and are so glad we added it to our home. The installation was great—very professional, quick, and helpful. The chair is amazing and has helped my husband with his chronic back pain. The chair has accomplished more in a week than 2 years of pain management healthcare. Wish we had bought it years ago!
