Dalchini Restaurant, Centara West Bay Residences & Suites Doha

I was VERY pleasantly surprised by this restaurant after reading some of the reviews we went anyway. I was sceptical to order the lamb biryani but after the waitress recommended it I ordered it and it was lovely. The butter chicken was also nice ( a bit too sour in my opinion ) but nothing major Food was well priced and the waitresses were so lovely Thank you we enjoyed our meal ( Tip: order the chaat as a starter! - we loved it!!)

I am not a big fan of Indian cuisine but honestly this restaurant changed my mind, I loved the concept of serving the buffet with no waste of food, starters was amazing and not too spicy, main course delicious and service was excellent. waitress was explaining to us everything and also asking if we need refills. There is price for individuals and for couples and menu well presented. If you want to try something special visit this restaurant in Centara west bay .

a sudden plan for indian cuisine , we tried this famous restaurant located near DECC mall, first impression was great,we saw amazing ambience properly indian theme interior, wee got serve from ms.Simran,she recommended us butter chicken and chicken tikka masala, aftrerr waiting for more then 30 minutes finally we received our order , i must say its not good at all ,taste was blend ,tikka masala was very spicy,though its a pricy restaurant ,but its not worth at all. i dont recommend for your VALUABLE MONEY.

The ambiance and service are good, but the buffet lunch was disappointing for vegetarians, no good starters, no curries, just the dal and biryani was dry and with no flavors.. the roti and naan was not hot…everything seemed off… nothing was really good or worth the money, . If you are a vegetarian better skip this option

We tried the Friday buffet brunch at Dalchini, and overall, it was worth it except for the biryani, which was quite disappointing and didn’t meet even the standards of a regular restaurant. The fish curry was also underwhelming. It seems they may be compromising on quality for the Friday brunch, and perhaps the à la carte menu offers better options

I had lunch with a friend today and I absolutely loved the food. Our server, Miss Simran, was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot on—Patta Chaat for the starter, Paneer Thecha for the main, and Gajar Halwa for dessert. Beyond the ambiance and great food, having a friendly and attentive host truly elevates the dining experience. Simran's hospitality made the meal even more memorable. Kudos to her!

Service was good,Food taste should be improve, my husband ordered lamb chop.it was super salty, paneer kofta was sandy and super sweet, Butter chicken was so sour and bland not harmony, price is high so should make the food better

Great spot for weekday chill. There are lesser crowds compared to other happy hour places. Veg and non-veg options are available.
