Dalchini Restaurant, Centara West Bay Hotel & Residences Doha

We went for the dinner buffet, not vast, starters were yum especially mint chutney. 9/10. Chef was nice sorry cannot recall his name, he prepared fresh naan for us. The real star was the Pani puri from the chat corner. And desert were freshly made as per request and was delicious. Worth giving a try. Ambiance was good 9/10.

We had the absolute pleasure of experiencing Dalchini's 10-course degustation menu, and from start to finish, it was nothing short of exceptional. Each course was a journey beautifully plated, thoughtfully curated, and a perfect balance of bold Indian flavors with modern flair. The progression of the meal was seamless, with each dish introducing something unique yet complementary to the next. Special mention must go to Simran, who truly elevated our dining experience. Her knowledge of the menu, the ingredients, and the inspirations behind each course was impressive. She took the time to introduce each dish with enthusiasm and clarity, making us feel like we were part of a culinary story. Her warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism made the evening all the more memorable. If you're looking for a refined Indian dining experience with top-tier service, Dalchini is a must and if you're lucky enough to be served by Simran, you're in for something special. Even with our noisy babies and all the commotion with entertaining them, Simran really took care of us well.

I had a great experience at Dalchini Restaurant. The Murgh Makhni was rich and creamy, while the Chicken Biryani was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The warm atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable.

I lived in the Centara West Bay hotel (which had increasingly become unsafe from multiple perspectives, but the restaurant itself turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Food was delicious, albeit service could have been better, but then again, nothing is perfect, right? Photos of the signature dishes. I would call that an interesting interpretation of the traditional cuisine but still enjoyed the food.

Worst experience ever we expected every that it is a good restaurant, no doubt it is but worst service ever whatever we asking from the menu it isn't available, tonight at 7:35 pm we reached there to celebrate my child birthday, when we started ordering the food starting with Vegetarian menu Shahi Paneer, Navratna Korma, Pav Bhaji it was not available in the Menu book except Shahi Paneer so i adjusted with Paneer Makani and with Non Vegetarian same issue Allappy Fish Curry it was not available in the restaurant but was mentioned in the Menu Book expect Shahi Paneer and this was our second visit to this Restaurant, Sorry to say this but it was a worst experience for us we haven't satisfied with the Hotel. Thank you so much for this worst day.

Dalchini (Michelin Guide) offers interesting Indian food with a modern twist. Flavours were good and well-balanced, and not too spicy (for us).

We had a team dinner on Desi night, and we all enjoyed the cuisine, service, and atmosphere of the restaurant—especially the chaat dishes. Thanks to Chef Rakesh, Chef Manish, Abdul, Simran, and Tsutin.

We have arranged our company dinner at this place. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The buffet on weekends is very tasty, limited choices in food items, but taste quality is very good. The services staff named Tsutin and Metsheu were very good 👍
