Historically, it’s usually been a good idea to offer small cash jobs to the people here that are working on changing their lives. Recently, I was moving and got some help from a couple of guys here. Aiden was really helpful, worked hard. I asked another guy “D” if he knew how to paint he said he did…. Long story short I paid him to do two days work and I’m having to redo everything he did. Paint splattered all over floors, appliances, large white spots, 4 hours on 2 shelves and 2 doors, literally looked like a 5 yo got paint and attempted. He was guided, and he lied, he did not know how to paint.
The chairs he put together had directions and I’m guessing he felt “above” the basic directions as they were assembled without the washers that came in the pkg, and he left his trash and debris all over the floor. Took 3 hours to put together TWO chairs that have to be reassembled now.
So… after this 2nd experience 🌸NO MAS!!! I paid $20/hr cash might as well threw it to the wind
