The size of this place are huge. The sauce with bourbon of the Wings was so yummy. The piñacolada was not really strong and the taste was good. The broccoli was tasty and the ribs come with corn bread and fries. The service was friendly and fast.

I went there for the first time. The indoor environment was amazing. I did takeout order and the waiting time was less than 5 minutes. We ordered Texas Wings which was around $23 bucks for 10 pieces. The portion was very huge as per the cost. Definitely going back for dine in someday.

Ordered take out at the counter. They provided adequate condiments and plastic eating utensils. Chicken was good, not dry at all, the potatoe was baked good as well. Okay I really wanted the vegetable tempura, I've been thinking about it for some time and when I got it home it was a soggy mess. I was so disappointed. Not something that travels well, I should have known this and ate the veggies in the car, my fault. I ordered 2 1/4 white meat, with baked potato. I would like to add the staff that took my order was friendly, service was fast, prices were good.

Home of everything Hennessey, giant wings and even bigger drinks! BBQs always hits the spot when you want a satisfying meal that fills your belly but doesn't break the bank. And you'll leave with a nice buzz. It gets really noisy here, and crowded so you may not hear your companions. We found our waiter struggled to keep up with all of his tables. But, he was super friendly.

Family outing here after my daughter's graduation. It was super packed but overall good experience. The server wasn't really attentive but the food and drinks were good.

Food came out almost immediately after ordered kind of scary , so just understand that everything is precooked and just heated up. Service was decent. Waiter doesn't come back to check on customer the area for the bathroom are not to desirable it needs to be updated.

I'm usually a fan of Dallas bbq which is why when I noticed this establishment and immediately decide what I wanted for dinner. It started off well, the hostess wanted to seat me in the outside(plastic covered) area, and was flexible when I asked to be seated in the inside area as it was spacious and cool and the outside part was packed and humid. Now my waitress NICOLE was very friendly at first. Gave suggestions to help me decide, let me test out the new Henny frozen drink. I didn't like that drink so she suggested a maitai and I obliged; I ordered my food and was ready to go, I ordered the app Henny wings w/shrimp and a side of fries. THE MAITAI tasted like straight alcohol, and I could not handle it. I took 2 sips and hated it, it did not taste good. So I told NICOLE that I couldn't drink it b.c. it was too strong and politely asked if I could get another drink to replace it. She said no and surprises me with a fine print that states "FROZEN BEVERAGES ARE NONREFUNDABLE". I told her I would argue that because my beverage was not one of Dallas BBQ's signature frozen bev's. It was a mixed drink (NOT FROZEN) Anyway Nicole gets the manager, I explained to SELVIN what happened and that I could not drink the drink and I was willing to purchase a different drink instead. He gestured to the fine print where I reiterated it only states FROZEN BEVERAGES are nonrefundable, and mine was NOT FROZEN. But he stated it applied to all drinks. Even though it was not clearly stated. He asked Nicole if she explained that to me prior to ordering the drinks and she LIED TO SELVIN and said she did when she didn't. SELVIN sided with her. I asked her afterwards why she lied to him when she didn't mention anything of the sort and she didn't respond to me. Im disappointed because as a patron my needs weren't met, and I when I didn't like what was suggested to me, I was met with no flexibility and the waitress lied to the manager about mentioning that drinks were nonrefundable. It's hard to believe that a chain like DALLAS BBQ is so strict with drinks when they're making so much money off of hardworking individuals. All I wanted to do was to grab a bite and have a drink and wind down, and ended up receiving poor services.

While I haven’t been to a Dallas BBQ for many years, I was very impressed when I returned to their location on Broadway and 166th Street. The menu was impressive and more importantly their BBQ chicken was fabulous and still reasonably priced. I was fortunate to have both Nicole and Rosa who were my servers and made me feel like an honored guest!
