I can only speak to the initial service at this particular establishment in Terminal A at DFW Airport. My husband and I stopped in while waiting for our flight and chose a table with a good view of the game. There were only two of us, and we sat at one of the bench-style tables that can be separated into smaller sections—which is exactly how ours was set up.
Shortly after we sat down, the waiter approached us, asked how many were in our party, and then insisted that we move, stating the table was reserved for larger families. This was confusing, as the table was already configured as a smaller table and there was no sign indicating reserved seating or a wait-to-be-seated policy.
Unfortunately, the waiter’s approach came across as rude, and my husband did not appreciate how the situation was handled. Whatever happened to first come, first served—especially when the restaurant was not busy?
Needless to say, we chose to leave and found a much better spot farther down the terminal with excellent food and service. Feel free to check out my other reviews for that experience.
I don’t recommend this place as this was the second time my husband has had a bad experience here just on quality of service.
