"Move over, American cheese. This Mockingbird Station sandwich shop serves up a mean grilled cheese for every taste. Pick from options like house-made grilled pimento cheese or treat yourself to Brie & bacon grilled cheese, made with gooey Brie, crispy bacon and caramelized onion." - Allison Castloo

"This menu is brimming with options for every type of grilled cheese enthusiast. Keep it classic with the traditional or get a little nostalgic with the Dude, a cheesy combination of lean ground beef, sloppy joe sauce and white cheddar on grilled sourdough. And of course, there are also solid soup options for dipping." - Allison Castloo

"Name a more iconic duo than grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato-basil soup. At Dallas Grilled Cheese Company, dunk a sandwich of your choice into this creamy bowl of goodness, or perhaps dig into a bowl of DGC chili, topped with fried jalapenos and cheese." - Rachel Pinn, Amy McCarthy

I went here with my fiancee, and we both had sangria and bruschetta. She had the Rustic, and I had the Cuban. The fare was excellent, and our server was very well-mannered. Before the tip, it was about $48, which I feel is a fair price for the quality.

We stopped in while visiting Dallas on an overnight trip to see a concert. Located in a fun, hip neighborhood, we each had a drink to start, which were fantastic, handmade cocktails. I then had a good old fashioned fried bologna sandwich—so good! And the wife had the Elvis, which is a grilled brioche, peanut butter/cream cheese/honey mix, banana slices, marshmallows, hazelnut spread! What!?! Yes, you read that correctly. There was so much good sounding food on the menu, we’ll be back for sure the next time we’re in Dallas

The 2.99 simple grilled cheese sandwich is a steal! I would totally eat here again. The outside patio is super nice too. Waitress is friendly and offered to give us two free drinks to go after we paid. Love.

We came in during the last hour they were open on a Friday night. However, it didn't seem like they were in a rush because there were other people there and it took a long time for a waitress to come over to us after we were seated. I ordered a beer, but didn't get it before our food came out so I said we no longer wanted it. The food wasn't bad, the fries were pretty bland though. Also, I found a hair on my plate when I was almost done with my food so that grossed me out. (It was black, which is not the hair color of myself or my husband). Overall I would call our experience mediocre. The only reason it wasn't terrible is because our sandwiches were decent.

Small venue indoors with a great atmosphere, and outdoor seating as well. Our last visit they were short staffed but still quick with service and order came out timely. The sandwiches are the star of the show here. There are ample options to choose from and all are delicious. Pictured is the Buffalo chicken sandwich, pretzel coated cheese bite appetizer, and tomato bisque soup. Can’t go wrong with toasted sourdough. Soup is great to dip your sandwich in. Fries are seasoned well with parmesan and old bay seasoning, and really shine when dipped in the house made ranch. A menu hack I would recommend would be the the dude sloppy Joe sandwich and add mac n cheese inside the sandwich. The desert menu is also incredible. Great spot for a work day lunch with your favorite coworker or date.

Amazing grilled bologna cheese sandwich that I’ve ever had. Paired with a Texan beer, and a side of the cheesiest fries left me being a happy camper. Worth the wait to get in. 10/5 stars! I can’t wait to be back!

Great place for lunch. Drinks are refreshing yet pack enough punch. The wings are so delicious! They smell so spicy but it's totally just flavor. The house made ranch is fantastic. We always get "The Dude" which is a fancy sloppy joe and the Spicy Two pork which is a grilled cheese with ham and bacon. Yummy yummy! You have to try the Sweet potato waffle fries. By now I think you get my drift and yes, they have FREE wi-fi. You can also get a free appetizer by checking into social media while you dine. Enjoy!

The ultimate grilled cheese destination for you cheese lovers. This place is absolutely amazing and I’m not even a cheese person. What’s cool about this place they always have a new sandwich creation each week so always ask what’s the special sandwich of the week. It’s not that big of a place so it gets packed quick so come early and the parking is terrible as well considering it is in the Bishop Arts District. It is worth the battle though so come hungry and let your taste buds be amazed with cheesy goodness. Enjoy my foodie connoisseurs.
