Okay, WOW! I MUST let the whole world know about these DELICIOUS artisan chocolates!! I FINALLY got to try these chocolates, and they did NOT disappoint! As an experienced chocoholic, in my opinion, this black cherry skull is probably one of the best chocolates I’ve ever had! I truly think this black cherry skull compares to Pierre Marcolini ‘s raspberry heart chocolate.. which is equally as delicious! The black cherry skull was perfect in flavor (sweetness & tartness), texture, amount of filling, size, and presentation! Overall perfection (I even ordered 2 more boxes). Also, it was an honor to have met the talented owner. She was the sweetest and that made my whole day. I can’t wait to try more of her chocolates, AND YOU SHOULD, TOO!!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! The chocolates that you FedEx to a family member made me a Superstar! 🤩 My family member absolutely loved the vegan Halloween themed chocolate. The confections were unique in appearance and she could not believe they were vegan. She said they were delicious too! Halloween is her favorite holiday and her birthday month. Dallmann Confections reached out by text to make sure that everything was delivered correctly and promptly. Instructions were emailed on how to store the chocolate or to freeze the treats if needed. The text messages were not auto generated and I was able to respond to an actual person. That was great customer service and I felt they valued my business. I will be filling up Christmas Stockings with Dallmann Confections! They make confections for everybody, regardless of their personal restrictions. I am sure the Christmas themed Confections will be just as stunning and delicious.

Wow!!! Simply delicious, rich, creamy dreamy chocolate. My family and I absolutely loved it's unique flavor profiles and variety. I will definitely be ordering more. My favorite was the Bacon & Smoked Salt. My oldest daughter liked the Coconut and Curry and the Acai & Blueberry the best, and my youngest loved the Provence Lavender the most. Hubby loved the Crunchy Almond.....we all had our favorite, but we all enjoyed each flavor.

Absolutely amazing! From ordering to delivery, everything was seamless. I ordered the 25pc Vegan Easter set for my Daughter and the chocolates were not only fresh and delicious, they were beautiful. I took a chance on ordering from a place that was new to me for a box of vegan chocolates. I was pleasantly surprised! Beautiful presentation and the chocolates are absolutely delicious!

Ordered a box to get delivered on our anniversary, but showed up 3 days late while we were out of town for our trip. I emailed and texted to have it cancelled once I saw that it would not arrive the day I had chosen during checkout, but received no response. Returned home to find the box of chocolates soaked through from the rain. Still no response for a refund. I do not recommend.

I ordered the beer chocolates as attendee gifts for an event I was hosting. The order process was very easy. I was given an update when my order shipped as well as a delivery notification. The order arrived in a chilled box with a perishable sticker. Overall, I was very pleased with my order.

I have been a huge Godiva fan for years. I tried Artisan Confections last year and didn't love it. After going back to Godiva, I wanted to venture out. After several reviews and recommendations, I tried Dallman. This is the best chocolate I have ever tasted in my life. I done the build your own box and I really can't put into words how delicious this was. The nut flavors in the chocolates and berry flavors were so natural tasting and textured. Would 100% recommend to ANYONE

We had a great experience with a virtual tasting! Organizing the tasting was very easy and Dallmann was able to smoothly handle a couple of special requests (for a vegan and a nut-free tasting box). Everything arrived on time and the whole experience was stress-free. The tasting itself was a big hit with our team -- Jayson was super engaging and informative and was very generous answering all of our questions. And of course the chocolate was delicious. Would highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised by the type of business this was and they are very professional and showed kindness to us. And they gave my husband and I a chocolate sea salt caramel and it was yummy!! They allowed me to buy two different chocolate boxes, see pics and the chocolates are beautiful!! Not only do they taste great, but beautiful too, I plan on ordering again! It's not your normal store front, they make and put chocolate boxes together on-site, so it was very interesting and I'm glad I went!

It looks like an abandoned building, not a place I would go to buy chocolates. I couldn't believe that on a Friday They were closed the day where people are most likely to get their wives or girlfriends a sweet or two. These guys decide to close up, not very smart in my opinion.

Was looking for some amazing chocolate and found Dallmann. The chocolate is amazing! Jeanette was so great and put together a birthday box for me and the gift was a hit! The chocolates are as beautiful as they are tasty! The service was friendly and helpful. Ordering online for pick up is easy. This was a gem of a find and I will definitely be back!

Still thinking CHOCO-lots of pleasant thoughts about this gorgeous set of chocolates from @dallmannconfections , a woman-owned and third-generation Austrian business that specializes in exquisite artisan chocolates and some of the BEST sweet treats that I've ever tried. I'll admit that I'm typically not the biggest fan of chocolates, but I absolutely devoured these and finished half a box in one sitting. I loved how they offered a variety of gift box options for different occasions, and how each box was carefully curated with some of the most decadent, unique, and perfectly sweet chocolates that I've ever tried.

What a great experience! We were taught about chocolate and the history and process of creating this amazing chocolate. We had over 40 people attend and Jayson kept everyone engaged and worked the room. I highly recommend if you need an event idea. I learned so much but the chocolates were unbelievably delicious. Such an art work that is so unique.

The staff was so incredible helpful here. I have a long list of peculiar allergies, and they were so genuine and accommodating. They took extra time to prepare me a special box that fit my needs. Not to mention the BEST chocolates I've ever had and super aesthetically pleasing.

Great chocolates. They arrived on time. Never ordered Vegan chocolates before, but these are amazing. The gift bag I ordered was missing, and they didn't seem to care that much about it, but, no problem.

Dallmann Confections is fantastic! My team and I had the pleasure of doing a virtual chocolate tasting for our offsite and it was incredible! I wasn't the organizer of the event, but when my tasting kit came in the mail my husband almost ate them right away because they looked so good. Also the packaging was so cute and included an ice pack so your chocolates wouldn't melt. How thoughtful! Jayson guided us through our tasting and it was both fun and educational. He was enthusiastic and knowledgable of the chocolates and answered all of our questions. He also mentioned that he was a wine sommelier which would also be fun to pick his brain about wine also. Now to the main event... the chocolates! Each kit came with a few tasters of dark, milk, white, and ruby chocolates. They were different shapes and sizes, but very simple in appearance. OMG! I have never had simple chocolate that tasted so good. Those little morsels really packed a punch. We also had 5 chocolate truffles in our kits. In my kit I got the Banana Foster, Lemon & Thyme, 72 Dark, Raspberry, and Gianduja. All of the truffles were delicious in different ways, but my favorites were Banana Foster and Gianduja! They really packed the biggest punch of flavor. Loved them! I highly recommend the virtual tasting and these delicious truffles!

Ordered the 16 piece build a box chocolates for my sister's birthday. She was so taken back by how colorful the chocolates are. So much so she hesitated to eat them, lol. Once she did she described them in one word. "Fantastic". Amazed me the chocolates were arranged in the box exactly how I selected them. Personal service from start to finish. Thank You Dallman's for making me look so good.

Love this place. I got some very yummy chocolates today. Bella gave us 2 fancy boxes and was very welcoming and accommodating. I think her chocolates are very high quality and I'll definitely be back. A+

I had the privilege of tasting these chocolates as a part of a virtual event, and boy were they amazing. Maybe this is the first time in my life where I felt I tasted the real chocolate with the buttery taste and man does it melt in your mouth. To top it off, we had a virtual experience from Jayson who was kind enough to go through the process and techniques used to make these amazing truffles. Thanks!

Best chocolates I've had in a long time. I even had a few flavors that I would never have ordered on my own, like banana, but I gota variety and everything was so good! I will be requesting these chocolates for special occasions. I highly recommend Dallmann.

Jayson from Dallmann hosted a holiday event for us and it was amazing! We learned so much about the finer points of selecting and tasting chocolates. More than that, Dallman's chocolates were simply delicious. Everyone enjoyed the event and it is a great choice for a work setting as you can pair it with either tea or chocolate. Jayson was very engaging and encouraged questions. Overall, it was a great experience for our crowd of 30 plus people located all over the United States. Also, I will add, Jayson and Dallman were so collaborative in helping us ship to Canada and to ship on very short notice to late additions to our event. Jayson were a pleasure to work with and I am so thrilled that the event was hit and everyone enjoyed the experience. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

I went to the Chocolate & Wine tasting and it was amazing. I learned SO much about chocolate and how to find out if it's high quality chocolate. The chocolates that Isabella makes are pieces of art! They look great and taste amazing. And, the new store in Del Mar's Flower Hill mall is as pretty as the chocolates! You have to try it. An evening at Dallmann Confections with Chocolate & Wine, Chocolate Fondue, or Chocolate & Cheese will be your perfect date night!

Chocolate is very beautifully decorated but it lacks flavor and I got a few extremely bitter pieces.

Needed to do a shout out to Dallmann, they are the best. I ordered a box for my family in San Francisco on Monday and they got it there on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I send these chocolates all the time and everybody says their the best chocolates ever. Thank you, from a faithful and appreciative customer.

I love the sea salt caramels. Dark Chocolate is amazing and the flavors linger long after the last bite. It's definitely for the discriminating palate. Glad I don't live too close.

Goes without saying, the chocolates are amazing. Bella (the owner) has an amazing talent for blending new flavors and accents to her chocolates. The recent wine and chocolate pairing events are both informative, fun, and intimate. The chocolates are also reasonably priced, and nicely gift wrapped. Absolutely worth checking out...

Bella and her art for making these amazing confections is something everyone should know about. We had her come to our meeting here at a local hotel and do a chocolate and wine pairing. It was magnificent. She not only makes amazing chocolate and candies but is a delight to hear stories from about her background and chocolate making. I was just up on El Cajon Blvd and stopped into Eclipse, because I had heard of it and wanted to see what else is going on in town with new chocolatiers. They have lots of modern flavors and fusions, but their stuff doesn't have the amazing flavors Bella puts into hers, and always leaves a bitter taste....Dallmann is truly the best.

While at Seaport, we actually tried chocolates at Fudge Factory then here, because we got curious. To be honest, these chocolates are absolutely amazing. Pricey of course, but you could taste the difference. It's rich, soft, and not over the top sugary sweet. You could actually taste all the ingredients. :) totally recommend this place. Great for gifts! Oh and they teach classes upstairs. We were told on Thursday for about $25-$45. Love it!

These chocolates are amazing. They are hand-crafted and FRESH. With unqiue flavors like lavendar and my favorite, sea salt carmel, I would recommend these for gifts. You can even get your logo printed on them. There is no store front, but they are in many hotels/restaurants throughout SD. I found mine at the Wine Encounter.

I attended at Wine and Chocolate pairing at Dallmann Confections and it was wonderfull! The event was held in the kitchen at Dallmann with seats for 12. The setting was lovely, warm and cozy. People at the table were easily able to chat and get to know each other. The owner, Isabella, and Chef Jason who is also a Sommelier spoke about the wine and chocolates. Everything was delicious! It was a very fun experience and I actually learned a few things! Can't wait to go back. (You can check the website for events and even order chocolates from there.) I highly recommend if you like good food and wine!

The Tapas & Chocolate Event at the new Dallmann Fine Chocolate Shop in Flower Hill Mall is Wonderful. Isabella created several new recipes like Black Rice Risotto with Chocolate that was so delicious I had two servings. What can be more fun than an evening of Wine, Food, Chocolate and Friends. See you all at the next Chocolate & Salt event. The Fleur de Sel truffle is amazing!

Best confectionery chocolates in town! They have these exquisite boxes of flavored chocolates that you can pair with either, cheese, wine and even beer! The flavors are orgasmic and the quality is outstanding. They are expensive, but these chocolates are a small bite chocolate full of flavor. Fully recommend!

I took both the basic and advanced chocolate making class on the same day. My kids really wanted to go, so I emailed Isabella and she indicated it was both kid and adult-friendly. So I brought both kids, ages 4 and 10...and we all had an incredible time, and learned a lot! Very highly recommended for anyone looking to learn how to impress friends and family with your chocolate making skills. Side benefit: I'm an admitted high-quality chocolate junkie, and Dallmann is among the best I've ever had. I was able to purchase several boxes right there at the commercial kitchen (where the classes are held) and was darn happy I didn't even have to drive down to the retail location...or have them shipped. Let's see...world class chocolates...great classes for both adults and kids...very knowledgeable and friendly staff...I'm seriously impressed. Thank you Isabella and Jayson! Very much looking forward to the pairing classes coming up.

We did a living social deal for a fondue tasting - it was ok. What really blew us away was the chocolate making class. That ROCKED! Isabel was fun and entertaining as our host, we learned a lot and the chocolates were fabulous. This is a must do! Great as a gift too.
