"Dallmayr is one of the most traditional delicatessens in Germany, located near Marienplatz. It offers a wide range of gourmet products and is housed in a famous yellow building." - The MICHELIN Guide
Afternoon tea service was very nice. Great food, great tea, great service. Getting to the tea room required elbowing through a dense crowd waiting for the restaurant, receiving many dirty looks along the way, and it was only a little less crowded inside the tea room. Aside from the busyness, it was a nice experience.

This shop is very elegantly design, can feel old classic charm from the decoration and wooden fittings and the stuff they sell are expensive but good quality. The food all look so enticing. We bought some bread for our bus trip to Salzburg that evening.

Top spot for a glass of champagne or oysters right in the heart of Munich. The seafood bar is great, with fresh prawns, oysters and a large selection of wines. The atmosphere is upscale but not stiff — good for a treat or special moment.
A few things to know: it’s pricier than most places, and it can get busy, so going a little earlier helps.
Overall: Definitely worth the visit if you’re in town and want to enjoy something a bit more elegant without being overly formal.

A "supermarket" old school........lovely store with sweets, cakes, cookies, chocolates, coffee types, meat, cheeses, sausages, liquor and wine. High quality, friendly staff. My first visit but I will certainly come again!

The café experience was nice overall, but there was some room for improvement.
The berry tart was quite sour for my taste, and the apple pie felt more like apple filling without enough crust to balance it.
On the positive side, the cappuccino was excellent and really enjoyable.

This has got to be one of the highlights of Munich! Beautiful shop with tons of German and Bavarian delicacies. There are sections for coffee, tea, bread, meat products, cheese, pastries, drinks and whatnot. Our favourite was the coffee and tea sections. Unfortunately not every staff member speaks good English. So you need to make sure you know what you're looking for. We bought some amazing coffee beans and tea.

Very nice surprise 🥰
The entrance door is small so you might think it will be very narrow inside but actually... not 😇
A lot of differents rooms and yes a lot of people inside but that's actually ok.
Shops to see when you are in Munich.
Prices are decent and nice to have gifts ideas 🎁💝🎄🎅
