After I dropped my Vespa off for repair at Rockridge Two Wheels, my daughter and I walked down to Damask Rose for a coffee. What a pleasant surprise to find this shop! I love all the roses inside and the place feels comfortable and cozy. Both the pastries and coffees were excellent and I ate my food so fast, I forgot to take a photo of it first. Oops. My daughter had a chai something and although it made me gag, she said it was fabulous. Five stars!! Michael Delehanty Compass Real Estate

This cafe hits all the right notes. There are already many photos of the place and the atmosphere is quiet, relaxing, and rejuvenating. The drip coffee is robust with a nice taste profile. I ordered the lentil soup for my breakfast. The soup was comforting, and well balanced. It felt clean, nourishing, and delightful to the taste buds. If you need a place to relax and watch the cars go by, come here!

Google
Got the kashmiri chai latte. Very tasty. Nice little cafe that squeezes in a lot of seating for such a small space. Also some tables outside. Nice decor all around and a large drink/food menu.

Google
Lovely cafe. Quiet place to work. Wonderful drinks. I tried the rose latte. It was wonderful!

Google
They've really created a beautiful, comforting, and inviting space. I enjoyed my chia fruit cup in the morning. I enjoyed my rose latte although I was not a fan of the almond milk (they were out of oat milk). I am happy to see the business thriving.

Google
Great pistachio latte. How are their prices so good for such a quality cafe?! Very impressed

Teresa Villasenor

Google
Beautifully decorated, quality coffee and Syrian treats, friendly barista. Only issue was that she seemed to be working alone; I had to wait a long time before my Mocha was ready. But I didn't mind the wait, they have a bookshelf and comfortable seating.

Truly, what is better than baklava and coffee?! Nothing? This place is great! Delicious coffee, tasty rose lemonade, an incredible selection of baklava and treats, delicious hummus, and I highly recommend the lamb flatbread, mana’eesh. It’s super fresh and they make it to order, it’s delicious! I’ll be back to try more flavors soon. I love the finger baklava, great texture and balance of flavors, but really you can’t go wrong with any of the options. Also, the rose latte is really good! I was surprised because I thought it might be too floral, but it was really balanced and not too sweet. A great spot and I feel fortunate to live so close. I’ll be back for more soon!

Yelp
There is a lot to like about a Damask Rose, but i'd be amiss if I didn't make a special shout out to the folks who work here. A neighborhood gem. I ordered the: Cheese flatbread Turkish delight Kashmiri Chai

Yelp
Such a lovely little spot! I came by after getting a tattoo nearby and their baklava brought me back to life. It was so delicious, packed with filling and flaky! The birds nest was okay but not nearly as good as the baklava. I wish I got a drink too but I had already had my coffee for the day, but my friend did get a coffee here and loved it. The workers here were sweet and friendly. It truly feels like a gem of a neighborhood spot!

Yelp
A lovely atmosphere with friendly staff and patrons! I tried their hot Matcha latte with rose syrup and a Creamy Pomegranate Pistachio delight, both were good. Pros: - delicious matcha & fun pastry options - plenty of 2 person seating - reusable tableware for "for here" orders - picture-worthy decor Cons: - not well suited for large parties

Yelp
This is one of my favorite coffee & pastry shops of all time. The competition for great food, drinks, coffee and take out in the SF Bay Area is steep. Bay Area Natives get to grow up in a region known for some of the best food in the US. In a competitive field, Damask Rose sets itself apart with fantastic food, coffee, tea, service and atmosphere. Casual enough for a solo stop in, but romantic and cute enough for a date. Don't miss this gem!

Yelp
A sweet beautiful cafe with delicious, reasonably-priced food that made me feel like I was back in the Holy Land. I reunited with a friend after years apart during my short trip to Berkeley. I chose this cafe for our date and it had all the good vibes and warmth (on a cold Bay Area day!) that I could've hoped for. I go out of my way to support spaces that stand by Palestine, especially in these times. The floral decor, decaf option for the rose latte , quick service, and overall seamless experience were all the icing on the cake for this lover of roses. Blessings to all who enter. Go here!!!

Yelp
Lovely place, with the best rose latte I've ever had! I visited three times in eight days.

Yelp
I came here with my friend. It's a quiet little coffee shop. Beautifully decorated. My friend ordered a latte and the warbat. I ordered the rose lemonade and baklava. The lemonade was interestingly tart, with chia seeds. I've never had it with chia. The baklava was not good. You could tell that it's not fresh and most likely had been made and sitting there for a bit. The shop while small, is very aesthetically cute.

Yelp
I brought a Lebanese friend with me and she was delighted. "I have driven past and keep meaning to stop. I definitely will make sure to stop from now on." We had amazing chai - Kashmiri and Masala versions - at the Damask Rose Coffee near the Berkeley Bowl on Shattuck. We also sampled date mahwa and nougats, several of which are gluten free. The cafe is owned and run by Syrian women, and their service is warm and on point. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
Damask was on our radar after a big lunch, this was just the place for a quaint dessert spot w/ friends and delicious pastries. I wish I remembered all the names of the delicious Syrian desserts we ordered...my most favorite was the biscuit filled w/ dates. It was so buttery and perfect. We loved their Turkish Delights and baklavas and birds nest. All of it were so delectable and satisfying. Service at the counter was very friendly and staff was extremely patient explain their menu. We can't wait to go back and try more scrumptious items!

Yelp
Really enjoyed our visit here! The women running it are friendly, and they have thought of everything - great Wi-Fi, power outlets at every seat, and super comfortable chairs. We saw many folks enjoying a nice latte with their laptops out working. They have a variety of lattes including rose and pistachio as well as many types of Syrian pastries. We went with the rose latte and lamb flatbread. I absolutely loved the rose latte - the rose didn't overpower and it was not too sweet. The lamb flatbread was delicious and filled with meat - the flavor profile was on point! The interior is Instagram worthy! There were gorgeous pink faux-flowers everywhere. They have both outdoor and indoor seating and parking was street parking - wasn't hard for us to find a spot at the time. Overall, loved this spot and can't wait to come back to try the pistachio latte!

Yelp
This cafe has such a charming environment. My oat milk latte was good and I tasted my friend's rose latte which was incredible, but too sweet for me. Also we shared some mana'eesh with za'atar which was tasty. The case at the counter is full of sweet treats but if you look on the menu they have savory options such as hummus, lentil soup, flatbreads, etc. The ladies at the counter were friendly and helpful. It was a rainy day and it was kind of cool inside with the front door open, finally once the cafe got full someone closed it. There's also a cooler with cold drinks and hummus to go. Easy street parking.

Yelp
Such a cute cafe with fantastic staff, yummy rose lattes and the best pistachio filled dessert options. Parking looks tough but isn't too bad on the street. The cafe is small but there are always seats available. Love love loved my rose latte with almond milk, lentil soup and cheese flat bread. Will absolutely be back soon!

Yelp
This is the cutest spot and I've been wanting to come here for a very, very long time. It is a destination spot for me. I just wish that I liked it more than I do. They have roses everywhere on the ceiling and they have rose syrup that looks like it is made there, and so what could go wrong. The woman who took my order was fine. The woman who made my drink was fine. I lost a coin or two after getting my change and no one offered a replacement. I never found the coin and figured that could be part of their tip. I liked the ambiance, but my rose latte was meh. I am inspired to make my own rose syrup and try on my own. But, should you take the time to come here for a drink? Probably not. There are better places around.

Yelp
In between jobs I have driven past this little coffee place, but I think was a sign from my late mother. She loved the scent of damask rose. So one morning was early for work and stopped in. The thing about small businesses, especially coffee places they tend to have unique items and flavors. As the name implies they definitely carry a rose coffee latte as well as a pistachio latte and one of my favorite tea, kashmiri masala tea. I prefer the rose latte as I found the pistachio a little too sweet for me. But what I love about this little shop the colors and decorations. pink walls, hanging rose flower garlands and they also have a case of middle eastern items. Love that I found a place that sells date mamuls, and different varieties of Turkish delight and other middle eastern sweets. They also serve light snacks like lentil soup and flat bread with cheese or walnut red roasted paste, which smellls so good. Staff is friendly as well and they have a frequent drink card. Buy 10 get 1 free. I love supporting this small business.

Yelp
This is a fantastic little cafe which makes great coffee. I love that they use ceramic mugs instead of disposable cups! The ambiance is lovely and the service is great. The servers have always been friendly and there are several sweet and savory vegan options.

Yelp
An IG lover's DREAM! The aesthetics go absolutely crazy up in here! Talk about floral arrangements! The decor is absolutely fabulous. It'll def make you feel fancy. But aside from the ambience, the coffee is actually really tasty here too. Found this place on Instagram a few months back and noticed that it was located in my regular stomping grounds. Decided to stop in for an early lunch and I was instantly blown away by how beautiful this place was! It's completely decked out in the prettiest floral arrangements. There are beautiful roses everywhere! The ceiling details are just immaculate. I'm a sucker for some good decor and this place tugged at my heartstrings. The cafe isn't the largest but they definitely made great use of the space. I'm not a big coffee drinker, but I'll indulge occasionally when I feel like it. I had to try their rose latte since I was here because... well, why the hell not?! It's what they're known for and rightfully so. Lemme tell you something... let me... tell you... something! That rose latte... was damn deee-lish-us mmkay?! Something about that rose. As a wine drinker, I've come to love the taste of floral drinks. The rose latte was absolutely perfect for me. Not too sweet but not too strong. Just a really enjoyable rosey flavor that I so enjoyed. The latte art added the icing to the cake. So soothing and enjoyable. They don't have a huge food menu, but they do have some nice light bites. Since I came for lunch, I decided to try their Mediterranean flatbread. They have a few different flavors to choose from and will allow you to get half and half for most flavors. Went with half cheese and half muhammara which ended up being the perfect combination of cheesy and spicy. The cheese was definitely my favorite. It's not your typical kind of cheese and it was actually quite pungent but in an enjoyable way. The muhammara is great flavor and I loved the spiciness of it. It was a great way to spend lunch. Later when I was leaving, I noticed that the entire place was packed. It was pretty quiet when I first arrived with people mainly studying and working. But when the clock struck 12, it seemed like the spot to hang out with friends. Really chill environment here. I also can't forget to mention the sweet staff! They were so helpful in answering all of my questions and they did an excellent job of keeping everything clean around the clock. Damask deserves all of the praise that it gets because it really is THAT place. Can't wait to return again.

Yelp
Amazing local gem. Quiet large bay windows. Friendly staff and costumers. Plenty of outlets to charge up
google avatar

Yelp
Cute little cafe with unique drinks and big selection of tasty pastries! I usually am not a fan of fake flowers, but Damask Rose managed to go so over the top it's a total vibe and I'm here for it! The place is small and very cute, came here on a weekday morning with no wait, staff was friendly and very helpful in my decision making on what treats to get to go with the rose latte.

Yelp
Cafe is small, but perfect to: work, study, or catch up with a friend (and take pics for Instagram)! Coffee & Food - 4/5 - Had an Iced Rose Latte (Almond Milk) - much sweeter than I had anticipated (Overall, happy - it's rare to find a cafe w/ Rose Latte) - The Baklava was small, yet tasty ($3) Vibe - 5/5 - Very aesthetic - Feels like you are in a flower field! - The floral decor, bright pink walls, and natural sunlight set the vibrance - Went here on a rare 86-degree day (there was no AC, but kudos to the cafe for opening all their windows & entry door for air) - Did not have trouble finding a seat around 2 p.m. (on a Thursday) Customer Service - 3/5 - The worker greeted me and gave me a stamp card (will use it when I return!) - Very efficient in making my drink quickly, too

Yelp
What a lovely experience. There was no one in the shop (Wednesday morning 9am-ish) when I came in so I had the opportunity to ask many questions because I couldn't decide between a rose and pistachio drink. In the end went with the hot rose latte, and added 2 shots (already 2 shots in there so yeah I wanted a lots of caffeine) and then got help choosing a couple of pistachio-laden sweets. I loved everything I ordered and was super happy with the very friendly, sweet service. There are already tons of photos on Yelp of the beautiful interior, so next time I'll invite someone and drink/eat my goodies there!
google avatar

Angie C.

Yelp
The lentil soup is a siren song. So is the rose latte, which I enjoy mixing with my house coffee to achieve a robust and sweet hit of caffeine. Love the parking out front and easy street parking in the area. Don't miss out on the stamp card and tasty snacks in the case.
google avatar

Felix D.

Yelp
I really like the decor and atmosphere of Damask. Plenty of seating, indoors and outdoors. I really liked the hot rose latte (light rose flavor) and lamb flatbread. My friend and I thought the Turkish delight could be better. Overall, a good experience!
google avatar

Luke S.

Yelp
I was applying to jobs on my computer while I was here. The person sitting next to me was on a work call and sounded like a rockstar. I got distracted applying to jobs by how competent she was at her job. I'd imagine this is how people with shy bladders feel when they need to go in crowded public restrooms. It's overwhelming trying to go next to a person that already has a powerful and confident stream going. Anyway, eventually I was able to focus on my own business. The coffee was great here and once I got out of my head, this place had a very conducive environment for being productive.
google avatar

Char M.

Yelp
Rose latte 9/10 (can taste the rose more than Delah coffee's rose latte, lightly sweet flavor) Rose-pomegranate Turkish delight 7.5/10 (I like the jelly-like consistency, would prefer less sweet but still yum) Birds nest 5/10 (too sweet) Warbat 5/10 (too sweet)
google avatar

Yelp
LENTIL SOUP - Very good. Friendly and helpful service. Beautiful interior. Bookshelf with books for reading. Clean bathroom. ----- Dropped in for a quick pit stop so did not check out their other drinks and food but based on our good experience this day, planning on returning again to try more items.
google avatar

Yelp
Small and lovely cafe with tasty pastries and sweets. I was very impressed with the Turkish delights. They were not too sweet and were a pleasure to eat. The various pastries I tried were all satisfying and yummy. The place is small, but has a cute atmosphere with lots of plants and (fake) flowers. Great spot for a quick afternoon coffee and afternoon treat. Takeout is another option.

Yelp
Definitely one of my favorite cafes since 2023; an oasis of abundant flowers, decorating the place, from the ceiling to the walls, garlands of roses envelop this place. Ambiance: cute, cozy and lovely. I've met up with friends on several occasions at this pretty new café in South Berkeley and it has become one of my favorite cafes to hang out. It is usually super busy when I came the first few times, but when I came to meet a friend in December the timing was right and the place was pretty empty and we were able pick a nice seat on the couch. The couches are along the walls with several smaller seatings in the center. It wasn't too long until the place filled up. They serve their famous rose latte among other hot and cold beverages. I've had the rose latte, mocha, and teas and they were all very delicious. For food, they have a wide assortment of Mediterranean deserts and flatbread. I've had the baklava and the turkish delight but prefer the baklava.
google avatar

Yelp
Nice little place Middle eastern women Looks women owned I wonder if they are Syrian Ok latte ; they do have 8 oz yey The sweets looked so good!
google avatar

Yelp
Wow what an awesome place. I found it quite by accident, but I was drawn in by the little sign in the front with the picture of the flatbreads. And the flatbread does indeed deliver - that lamb flatbread was the best thing I've had all week. Also the extensive supply of desserts is awesome, I particularly liked the bird's nest.

Yelp
For those of you social media fanatics, get your smartphone cameras going and be sure to take as many pictures of "Damask Rose Coffee" as possible. Because from a photographers' perspective, this place will have you covered from the ceiling to the floor. Located directly on Shattuck Ave in the North Oakland area, this place has been serving delicious coffee, smoothies, baked goods, and Açaí bowls dating back to the spring of 2022. I had the opportunity to check this place out as I was on my way to go window shopping in Berkeley and actually stumbled upon it unexpectedly. This place is tiny with limited seating but don't let that deter you from visiting. I arrived here during the afternoon of Saturday 5/13/2023 at around 3:00pm. Since this part of Oakland doesn't have a whole ton of neighboring businesses, parking wasn't much of an issue. However, the inside was rather crowded with a ton of people enjoying the day sitting at the tables as well as ordering food/drinks. Since I needed a little pick-me-up to get me through the later afternoon and evening hours, I went with one of their iced vanilla latte drinks. Service was quick, attentive, and the overall experience was above average. This is a family owned and operated business where the employees go the extra mile to assure a memorable experience. As far as the iced latte, it was on point; not too much on the bitter side and not too sweet as well. In addition to their coffee and tea drinks, this is a Middle Eastern bakery (as the founders of this place are of Syrian descent). This brings a ton of unique, ethnic baked goods including Baklava, Mana'eesh (a form of European) Flatbread, Bird Nest, and Warbat. You will also find more traditional baked goods including cookies and muffins as well as slices of pies and cakes. It truly is a colorful arrangement of foods that I had not ever seen before coming here. But let's go back to the interior of this place. This place is decked out in pink walls while a flowing amount of floral displays is graced from the ceilings and beyond. The amount of color that is presented really makes you feel as if you're in a magical garden oasis in a fantasy land. You really got to see it to get the full experience since the photos don't do any justice. With that said and done, I am giving "Damask Rose Coffee" a perfect five stars. Great ambiance, excellent coffee, and stellar customer service.

Yelp
My addictive personality has led me and my husband to get their chai latte and zesty mocha for 3 days straight now. I've been craving a good chai and this place has absolutely hit the spot. I don't think I can see myself going anywhere else. I'll probably be here tomorrow and so should you.
google avatar

Yelp
The shop is absolutely charming and the women who work there delightful and welcoming. I told them it was my first time in and they recommended that I try the bread that they make fresh daily. I opted for the zaatar bread but will be back to try the others next time. I also got the rose iced latte coffee, which was wayyyyy too sweet and very little coffee. Excited to stop by and try again.

Yelp
This place is soo cute. We were on this side of the bay looking for stuff for my mothers memorial coming up. My partner wanted coffee so I came on yelp to check what is around this area. I ordered the Ice rose coffee. I thought it would come with the dried rose petals. Someone else ordered something and they had the dried rose petals. The drink was still really pretty. It was pink on the bottom. I thought that was why it was called ice rose coffee. But I never been here so maybe it's just the pink stuff on the bottom. My partner got and ice mocha (I was not really a fan) We got the delights. They were pretty good. I still think no one beats the place in Monterey but they were still yummy. I asked the lady how much a tray would cost if we wanted to order a try of the baklava and she responded with I don't know... I told her it would be for a party. She just said I don't know and was telling us the price for each one by itself. Overall it's a cute little place. The decor is pretty. I would have liked to at least get the information how I could order a tray but I guess I can look elsewhere.

Shareefa S.

Yelp
One of my favorite coffee shops in Oakland/Berkeley area! The staff is pleasant and the cafe is adorable. They always deliver! Delicious lattes. Me and my husband always stop by when we are in the area.

Melva A.

Yelp
Beautiful serene cafe, if it weren't for the machine roar you would think you were at a sweet day spa! Had their signature rose latte and it was delicious! Provecho!
google avatar

Pulak A.

Yelp
Cute floral cafe. Service is super nice. Lady behind the counter helped me pick a variety of Turkish delights and Mediterranean sweet treats to gift my friends. Went for the classic and popular rose latte, asked to be made less sweet and with one shot of espresso as opposed to two. Nice flavor and not too sweet which is just as I like it. Small seating areas, close together. Dog friendly, has street parking and clean restrooms.

Yelp
Every time I drove by their bright pink storefront on the way home, I'd tell myself: "I'll just check it out over the weekend!" and then the weekend happens and I don't ever find myself in this part of Oakland lol. Unless you live right nearby, you really have to go out of your way to actually eat here. Located off the highway on Shattuck. My bf and I finally remembered to try Damask Rose after a Berkeley Bowl run-- definitely see the appeal! Adorned with garlands, flower walls, and pink everywhere, it inevitably attracted a lot of Instagrammers... Particularly the left hand wall where the lighting is good LOL (we literally saw people waiting to sit there). Service is a bit slow, seating can get backed up. We were lucky to grab a less-photogenic corner for our party of 2. CHEESE FLATBREAD: Mixed with what I think is parsley? So fresh & toasty! Tasted more like cheese-bread than pizza. Very filling. ZA'ATAR FLATBREAD: So... much... za'atar. Acidic, earthy, savory-- just a punchy layer of spice on fresh pita. No sauce. Crunchy & delicious! Their lattes are ok. Also have small desserts available in their fridge & display case. Worth visiting for the pretty atmosphere and unique eats.

Yelp
It's a cute coffee shop, but it's very small inside and when I came on Tuesday the wifi wasn't working work me when I tried to log in. The wifi name and password is on the way right before making a right to head to the bathroom. It was a slight bummer since I came there to get some work done - working remotely sometimes can be a drag. Lucky for me, my phone is a hotspot. I ordered the rose lemonade with chia seeds and coffee with a shot of espresso. I must have been tired because I didn't bother to ask for cream or sugar and just drank it Black. The rose lemonade was good, refreshing even and tasted just as I expected. The service was customer approved. I'll go back, but maybe it will be a lot earlier in the day, like 8am. They were pretty crowded around 2, but this is definitely an "internet" cafe.

Yelp
This was a peaceful place to get work done on a Thursday afternoon. I was looking for a spot with a nice ambience, free parking, good wifi, and yummy treats and it delivered. It's so hard to find a cafe nearby that isn't metered or limited in time, so this cafe was perfectly located where I could park with ease and know that I didn't have to break my focus. The iced rose latte was delicious and not too sweet! I loved watching the colors swirl together. The Za'atar flatbread was a new flavor to add to my palate -- I had never tried this spice before and the flatbread as a whole was toasty and zesty. The decorations inside were cute and floral, and the staff was friendly. Thanks for a great first time :)

Yelp
This place is very cute! Love the decoration. The drinks are good. We were really excited for the Syrian style pizza but it was very thin. Very nice owners

Yelp
this little café is so cute! The flowers inside are super fun, and make you feel like you're in a magical little fairy bower. I came in here for baklava, and ended up with more than I planned, much to my delight! I love that it's a family and women run coffee shop, with incredible flavors and a warm atmosphere. the snacks were clearly labeled so I could pick flavors that intrigued me, and the staff was lovely. I'm definitely coming back here!

Yelp
It was a cozy rainy type of day and wanted to pop in for a bit after seeing an Instagram Reel about it. I love to support black/African and Muslim businesses so I got cute and drove over. Super cute on the out and inside! I am highly recommending the zaatar flatbread no matter what. And the dessert I had was good too. Just maybe chop it up with a knife and don't be a dummy like me taking huge bites. It will get all in your teeth lol. I was unable to have a hot coffee since the machine was down but the people were so nice and accommodating to help me find a menu item from the cold drinks that I would like.

Yelp
In a residential area and totally worth the walk from the BART. Go for the iced chai latte, recommended to me by the proprietor, who was behind the counter and friendly. I went for the WiFi and came away changed, with an enviable Instagram post!

Yelp
Damask Rose is an extremely cute Middle Eastern cafe where Jumpin Java used to be. They make a delicious latte. A large is $5.25. Rose lattes are $5.75. I wanted to try one but they didn't have the syrup that first morning. They did make one with rosewater and vanilla syrup and it tasted pretty good. I did go back again to get the real thing. It was superb. A memorable latte! How often do you say that? Not often, not me anyway. I had the lamb flatbread on that second visit. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Larger than I expected too. The place was pleasantly busy on a Sunday afternoon. Good vibes. I am especially excited about the treats. They have baklavas that made my mouth water just looking at them, really cute birds nest, etc. It's a pistachio party. And yes, I had the baklava on that second visit. So good. The Middle Eastern decor also sets this place apart. It is a rose oasis. You have to experience it because most cafés simply have a few art accents. This is a gorgeous vibe that takes you away from your cares and worries. Their care and inspiration carries through to the service. This one is really special. I was never a Jumpin Jive fan myself. I'm sure some people will miss it. Either way, give Damascus Rose a chance and it will probably find a place in your heart.

Yelp
Always down for a neighborhood coffee shop with a floral latte! Is it just me or are people offering rose lattes more and more? Used to be only one spot would make it 15 years ago but I'm thinking this place doesn't make their own syrup- they use Torrani or something (which would be a bummer). It was still good and I love their selection of ME appetizers and desserts .

Yelp
4.7 stars Beautiful beautiful ROSE cafe! Damask Rose Cafe is such a beautiful cafe, a little escape from reality for an hour or so. Definitely a Highly Instagrammable New Coffee Shop in North Oakland (Near Berkeley Bowl). The Mana'eish ( zaatar flat bread) and the Matcha latte was so delicious! The Mana'eish (Za'atar flatbread) was delicious as I remembered having it a few years ago (elsewhere) and the matcha latte was beautifully made and not super sweet, which I like. I cant wait to try the other beautiful Turkish pastries and drinks.

Yelp
Adorned in pastel pink and white with pretty plastic flowers decorating the establishment it's definitely aesthetically pleasing and photogenic. This is THE place if you like pink, even the bathroom is pink. I love rose anything so I'm always getting their rose latte in a nice big mug. The have a small selection of middle eastern cookies and flatbread spreads. Parking is easy to find and it's not too far from the Bart station. If I'm out in Berkeley or Oakland doing something, I always try to stop by.

Yelp
Cute coffee shop! The floral decor and pink walls makes this place very cute! I enjoyed the iced rose latte, it had the perfect sweetness. The baklava was a delicious snack. There's free Wi-Fi here and a decent amount of tables inside. Service was friendly. I recommend stopping by here if you're in the area.

Yelp
Cute cafe in North Oakland. The decor is very pink with lots of roses. Came here on a late Wednesday afternoon and it wasn't too crowded. There were plenty of seats available and our items came out quickly. I was hungry, so we ordered a cheese flatbread. The flatbread isn't small. I would definitely not be able to finish it alone. It was light, salty, and crispy. For drinks, we got a rose lemonade and an iced matcha latte. The rose lemonade actually did taste like rose, which was nice. The matcha latte was a little too sweet for my liking. For pastries, we tried one of the small round ones. I didn't catch the name or the filling, but it had a flower pattern on top and a sweet paste filling inside. We also got a piece of knafeh. It was my first time trying this dish. It was an interesting mix of savory and sweet. I wish we hadn't ordered so much, so I could have enjoyed more of it. Unfortunately, I was too full by the time we got it. Would definitely recommend this place if you want a cafe to take cute pictures and eat some great food.
