Excellent shio yuzu ramen. Perfect for the summer. Light & refreshing! If you don’t want to wait, come 15-20min early before they open. There might be a queue still on weekends. So good to know I can find quality ramen without flying to Japan.

Michelin Guide Seoul ramen restaurant I ordered 유즈시오라멘(Citron Shio Ramen). Shio(시오) means salt. 유즈 is Yuzu/Yuza/citron. Chashu(pork) and egg is included. You can choose not to include them in your dish. I personally like yuzu a lot, so I enjoyed yuzu ramen. They have Japanese and Korean staff. They play Japanese music.

A small popular ramen joint, and I can see why it's so popular. Their Shio ramen is excellent. I ordered Yuzu shio Ramen, and it is so refreshing on a summer day. The broth is clean with great depth, the noodles were cooked to perfection, the chicken was tasty, and lastly, the egg was not to be missed. I would definitely come here again and again.

I recently visited the restaurant for dinner, and it was an absolute delight! The quality of the meat here is top-notch! What stood out was the exceptional service! The staff kiolly was not only attentive and friendly but also fluent in Chinese, making communication seamless for Mandarin-speaking guests. They offered helpful tips for grilling, answered all our questions, and promptly refilled sides. No language barrier here—everything was smooth and stress-free! The modern, clean setup and efficient ventilation system kept the experience comfortable (no lingering smoke smell!).

This chicken based ramen with a touch of lemon really hit the spot on a chilly day... I am definitely coming back again soon! Don't forget to arrive around 30 mins before you actually plan to eat because there's likely going to be a wait!!

The yuzu shio ramen, was very delicious. Light and refreshing. The egg was incredibly delicious. The ordering system at this restaurant was quite complicated (I don't really speak Korean). You need a Korean phone number. There's a black podium type thing by the front door that you need to put your phone number into and then you can select what you want to order, and then I'm assuming you get a text when it's time. A Korean couple had to help me and then for some reason my reservation got cancelled. Not sure what happened, but the guy from the couple had to speak to the waiter and I managed to get in.

Shio ramen - always a long queue outside, so expect to wait about an hour. The ramen tastes clean and savoury, with added flavours (yuzu, wasabi) bringing depth and interest. One free refill of noodles is also offered for each bowl. All the staff were very friendly and helpful
