Placed a late order for pick up. This seems to be a newly built location. When I arrived I was impressed. To say the store was CLEAN is an understatement. Everything seemed brand new, like they just removed the plastic. The lady on duty was super nice and had a cool haircut. The food was delicious and still hot when I got home.

Delicious! The food was so good! The waitress was helpful and quick. The food came out fast and so yummy. We took a half dozen donuts to go, and they are big and delicious. They were adding stock while we sat there, which is nice to see how fresh they are. Home fries were perfectly seasoned!

I visited the donut shop while I was down in Florida. It was interesting to me that there are 24 hour donut shops. There are so many flavor to choose from and they all look amazing. I went with a standard sour cream, a lemon filling one, strawberry sprinkles, I believe a raspberry, iced chocolate cake, key lime and one other I can’t remember the name. I was very confused by what the flavors were Key lime and lemon tasted pretty much the same. I love the pricing of the donuts. Overall, the donuts were very basic donuts. I was honestly disappointed, I was expecting more flavor and for them to be a little fresher. From my understanding they’re made in store but I did come around 3, so I’m not too surprised. If you want a donut definitely stop by, glad they are 24 hours but nothing special.

It's 24 hours and they've got a wide selection of donuts and dine in menu for the diner. It's a chain so most of the stuff is consistent. A lot of people expect everything to be unique because that's what social media portrays , but if a place is consistent and the food is good, it's a great place to come back to.

It was amazing!!! Walking into the place you smell the tasty food and coffee. We had their maple bacon donut and boy was it delicious 🤤 We also had omelet and other breakfast dishes. Anything you order will probably be awesome. Also the service is incredible! Pam and William were soo polite and on top of everything! Best servers!!

Serving spoiled Donuts !!! I just came in at 10:40 this morning to purchase two donuts because I haven’t been here in years. I’ve only been to the Hollywood Location but The staff didn’t seem friendly at all, I purchased a glazed donut and one key lime powder doughnut. it’s clear that they are recycling old donuts because the glaze donut was served cold and dry which is usually an indication that it’s not fresh and it’s been refrigerated from the previous day, and the Key lime filling inside of the key lime powder donut was clearly spoiled and tasted super weird. Ewww ! how disgusting to be serving old and spoiled Donuts. I called the manager and she refunded me my money but this is definitely unacceptable to be charging $3 for donuts that aren’t made fresh daily. I really hope that I don’t end up sick for your lack of care for what your customers are consuming. Shame on you !! The economy can’t be that bad where you need to recycle donuts and have spoiled filling. I’m definitely gonna be calling the health department.

Great place for breakfast. Donuts were made well and very appetizing. Would have preferred smaller home fries but rest of meal was perfect. The atmosphere fit a 24 hour place. Server was spot on. Worth the time for a visit.

MASSIVE DONUTS HERE !!! Small chain donut shop with a nostalgic theme with a breakfast and lunch menu with a strong emphasis on Donuts and Bagels. Large retro vibe eatery that offers a drive thru. The donuts on display were the largest in size that I have ever seen at $2.69 each. First thing in the morning are my best shot for the freshest donuts and this place did not disappoint. My choice with some help from the cashier was the Sour Cream Donut which was huge, moist and wonderful. The bathroom contained the basic items and was OK, although could use a quick spot check. This was my first time here and was very satisfied with my breakfast dessert, therefore, I will return for another treat or a bagel.

I gave this location a positive sit-down review before. I do not recommend using the drive-through. The service is usually slow and sometimes incorrect, but the food is good (when given what was asked) and the staff is friendly. When I went the other day I ordered an untoasted bagel with scallion cream cheese, which I reiterated twice more. The bagel ended up being toasted and with plain cream cheese. I was on my way to work, so I could not return. The cold brew is better than the regular iced coffee, that is a welcome addition. Overall, I would definitely return but if I have time to sit inside.

We came here looking for a unique breakfast experience and found it! The team works quickly to clean tables so that you don't wait too long to get one which we appreciated. Our drink orders were taken quickly and we ordered coffee (which like other diner coffee was ok). Breakfast items were ordered next and came quickly- which was lovely since they were so busy. We ordered the two egg breakfast, bacon and the Dandee breakfast sandwhich. The breakfast potatoes are a favorite for this. We ordered a half dozen donuts and asked for one to be brought to the table and the others boxed up. The old fashioned style donuts are the best and I would recommend the powdered sugar and blueberry the most. Overall this place was clean, inviting and light during a cold dark day. Would definitely recommend!

With the cost of everything; it's quite the luxury to go out for breakfast. But after working out with Pops, we decided to shake it up and head down to Dandee Donuts! Going inside, place was busy as expected for a Sunday morning. For breakfast, we both ordered 2 All American breakfast platters 1x with bacon and 1x turkey bacon. On with my review; despite the hefty tag, our breakfast was awesome! The eggs were soft yet the yolk was super creamy inside; potatoes out of this world crispy, nice toasted muffin and tender meat! Overall, we had yet another good experience at the Dandee donut factory and highly recommend If you haven't already! (Yes, we took donuts home too). 5/5 justified!

Nice variety of donuts. I picked these up to contribute to a brunch gathering and everyone loved them. Reasonably priced. Packaged nicely.

When I walked into Dandee Donuts, the counter and inside were empty, and the area appeared clean. A young man who seemed to be handling the drive-thru eventually appeared bagging donuts but didn't acknowledge me. Shortly after, a pleasant lady came by and took my order. I've always been a fan of their donuts--they're soft, fresh, and generously filled. My favorites are the classic plain donuts, but I also like to mix it up with a lemon and strawberry-filled donut for a little razzle-dazzle. Their donut deal is: buy a half dozen donuts, and you get an extra one for free. Price is not bad $13.99 vs $10.61 Dunkin Donuts and $12.98 Krispy Kreme assorted donuts.

I've always gone to the other location in pompano and this one is superior by far The staff was very nice and mind you I'm comparing this to the other location where the staff can be kind of rude... The location is updated really cute old-school vibes they had a big diner area we could order breakfast and sit in a booth We ordered a six pack of donuts that comes with a bonus donut and two sausage burritos everything was cooked well and made to order definitely making this my permanent donut spot even if I have to drive 30mi. Will be back soon

I had an amazing time here at Dandee Donut Factory. The donuts were just super good and very affordable. The service was so quick and very diligent. The ambiance was chill and the interior was clean. 5 stars.

the worker charged my boyfriend twice for a donut plus on top of that added the highest tip possible and denied it. our order was $13 and the transaction was $15 on my boyfriends card. when we tried to get a refund she wasn't even much help even though she is the manager ?? and is having us come back tomorrow to talk to the general manager to get a refund. when we ate the donuts they have a horrible smell when eating them and both my boyfriend and i noticed this. we usually love this place but it was honestly disappointing. love the lady with short hair who usually works there, she's cool. this other lady is wacky. smoothie was good tho.

I asked for something "special" biscuits and gravy with shredded cheddar between tow over easy eggs, Made exactly as I requested!!! Awesome! Great service. I wish I took a photo of the food but it was good and hot

Came at night With not a customer in sight Not sure why, because this place is so Dandee Open 24 hours, man that's pretty handy It must be a hidden gem Cuz my rating will be a 10 out of 10 They have punny decor in the interior A drive thru in the exterior I got their breakfast burger medium But they over cooked it some It came packed with eggs, bacon, and even a hashbrown on the patty What can I say, shawtyyy was a fatty The hashbrown was well seasoned with no ketchup needed It was an up charge in the place of fries, so the price of $11.99 exceeded Overall I definitely would come again Service is also 10 out of 10

Definitely had a great experience! I love that they had a variety of donuts to choose from & they were all fresh as we were watching them stock up! My favorite has to be a simple blueberry donut. It was moist and just the perfect texture. We decided to sit down for the diner experience, and in this restaurant, it was clean and had a cute diner vibe.. We orders a variety of options, the chicken salad sandwich- pretty decent, the patty melt was good & came with fries, the all American platter came with eggs, hasbrown and your choice of bread! I did a simple croissant. All of these items costs less than $10.. what a steal. Coffee drinks are pretty cheap too, they were only less than $5. I definitely would come back if I was ever in the area! Waiter was nice and got all our orders out in a timely manner. I also love that this place is 24/7... the food was good, and everything else was great!

I have enjoyed Dandee's Donuts every time I've gone. The customer service feels like family and the fact they are open 24/7 is the best thing EVER. The food however is just a bit above average with and the prices get expensive fast but it is one of the only places that is open late in the area where I don't feel like I am eating "fast food". The glazed twists and the everything bagel I had last night were also great so no complaints here beside the price.

Wait-time: 2/10 Customer Service: 2/10 Quality: 5/10 (only because the donuts are always perfect ) I have patronized this store many times for self or for a few dozen for my workplace but the service is progressively declining. The overall reason for the low score besides what had been expressed is today was the first time I got a food order, 1 hash brown. They have got to be crazy to charge $3 for this. Will I return, of course their donuts are the best. Will I order food, probably not after this hashbr experience.

A bit pricey but delicious donuts! All are heavy and moist. I bought the white coconut (my favorite) which had lots of thick shredded coconut and sugar on it and tasted amazing. The toasted coconut was good with excellent coconut taste. The buttermilk had a nice fried classic oily donut taste.

While the donuts are good. The sit down breakfast needs to improve. The food was not that great. Overpriced for what you get and the service was not good. There were only three tables in the whole restaurant and we couldn't get them to come back to the table.

Dandee Donut Factory is exceptionally delicious. I arrived at noon, and the signature Dandee donut was available--fresh and incredibly tasty. This was my first time visiting this location, so I decided to go inside verse the drive through. The inside is designed like a diner. You have the option to sit and dine and order your pastries with a cup of coffee. There's plenty of seating both indoor and outdoors. Another bonus perk, if you order 1/2 dozen, you get one free additional. With so many options to choose from, I'm lucky the team member was patient while I made my selection. If you are a donut lover, I definitely recommend Dandee Donut Factory.

My two favorite items from Dandee Donut are their bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and their blueberry donut--both are delicious! The restaurant has a charming old-school diner vibe. Overall, it's a great place for classic diner meals.

Stick to donuts! Breakfast was overpriced. Burrito was tiny for $6.99. Side of home fries were decent but not for $3.99. The service was terrible, and the coffee which was told to be specially blended was worst than diner coffee. I got me order before my partners order. Creamers on table were found empty.. So you get the picture.

I got a 16oz iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel and a sausage egg and cheese croissant no egg. Can't wait to go back and try their donuts. The restaurant is diner style. It's a nice and welcoming environment, so you can walk in to sit and eat or just take it to go. The prices are reasonably priced as well

The donuts are nice and big . They use alot of cream and jelly in the filling . The server was very pleasant with a smile . It's very nice inside the store . Was clean !! The price is a little high but you get what you pay for .

Never realized this place had SO much more to offer than just donuts! They offer a wide variety of a delicious array of foods. When I visit my Dad in the morning and run out of time to make my breakfast before I go- this is my go-to place. Ever since I found them I always order my breakfast from them. The costumer service was so poor. When I was putting my order in I got no confirmation the person was even listening to my order. Then after I finished my order (mind you I was well prepared with my order it was not complicated) "I get a is that all " "alright pull up"(no total)... when I get up to the drive thru window. This guy has the look on his face like he doesn't even want to be here then asks me what i had ordered ( there was no one else in line mind you) so I had to repeat the whole order again. It's like okay no customer service from a place that has a drive thru okay whatever get over it but to come home and then see this! I mean talk about sooo disappointing.. my husband told me the pictures don't even do it justice on how disappointingly unfulfilling these donuts were.

I stopped in early for a coffee, this was my first time trying a caramel macchiato here. It was perfect, i didnt need to add any sweetner it was made just right. I ordered a small and it was enough for me, the prices are great here very affordable in my opinion. The cashier was very kind and efficient on making the coffee and returning my card in the drive thru. I really love what they do to the place during the holidays. They had an awesome painter come out and paint holiday pictures on the windows. My favorite is mickey and minnie. A great way to get in the holiday spirit. I will be back for my next coffee run here.

I was disappointed today with my experience here today. Stood in line for about a minute with the wife. Saw the guy behind the counter grab a couple of donuts with his glove for the person in front of us. He also made change with the same glove. When it was our turn he greeted us. I told him we wanted a dozen donuts. After he grabbed the box I had to tell him if he could change his glove. He did without a problem. But my question is. Why the hell are you wearing a glove and grabbing donuts and money with the same glove. How are you protecting? Did he not take a food safety course? I think I will stay with Dunken doughnuts.

The service here sucks. All their employees are lazy and dont want to be there. I waiting in the drive through for almost 20 minutes for someone to give me my food and take my payment.

My favorite breakfast spot. The egg white omelette is delicious. Comes with cheddar cheese, ham, and veggies. So good.

I am confused as to why so many bad reviews. I've been meaning to write a review for this place for a while! I found it on DoorDash. My boyfriend and I are always ordering from here now. Their selections are great! The tuna is probably the best I've ever had. Hot dogs are PHENOMENAL!!! Everything is aaaaamazing. I feel so lucky DoorDash delivers this to my house. Definitely one of the best places if you want some comfort food. Delicious. My mouth is watering rn as I'm waiting for DoorDash to deliver me a tuna sandwich and a hot dog from here. Oh yeah, they also have the best tasting, crunchy hash browns everrrrer. I definitely recommend

A Dandy of a breakfast! Now I've been here for donuts but never for dine-in breakfast. We arrived around 7 a.m. as I've seen this place later where they've had lines waiting for both take out and din-in. No problem finding a seat this early. The first thing I always do a scan on how the restaurant looks. Walking in the place is always spotless. To the left as you walk in is their smaller dining area with a counter that you can sit at if you like. There are 4 booths and 1/2 booth with 4 tables (one that seats 6 if you have a small group with you). Today, there were three of us, so we chose a booth (a tight squeeze for a "fluffy" guy like me lol!). The breakfast menu is nothing out of ordinary. Omelets, eggs, French toast, and breakfast sandwiches. I had the Ultimate Omelet, and my dining guest had ordered steal cut oats and the 2 eggs breakfast. All in all, it was a good and hardy breakfast for all. Of course coming, here you can't leave without donuts! So we ordered a dozen donuts to go (they give you 13 donuts). If you're in the area and want a basic place to come, I recommend this. A strong 4 star rating. Happy dining!

Been here many times. While donuts are not my weakness I don't hate them. I found that I had not given Dandee a review. Having been there for breakfast a few times with my family I can confidently say that it's a great place for breakfast. Good coffee and good sandwiches. Donuts are their thing, and they are good at it. My favorites HAD been the one rolled in peanuts and the blueberry cake. I say had because today we got a s'mores donut. Not sure who concocted this devilish creation, and if it is seasonal or not, it was amazing. I think mostly because of how much marshmallow filling the donut had. Just thinking about the 1/4 do but I ate and I want more.

So, today was my first time visiting this restaurant. I decided to dine in. I immediately informed the waitress, Pamela A. (tattooed lady with glasses) that it was my first time there, as she could've probably inferred anyhow due to all my questions. Once I was served by a cook, I wasn't checked on afterwards, but others around me were. I am someone who deals with social anxiety as well and don't easily speak up. I was not satisfied whatsoever with the hash brown. It seemed old and very dry by the looks of it. After taking a few bites of my other food and growing the courage to mention it, I was immediately denied by Pamela for my request to switch out my side, the hashbrown for something different. She did not even attempt to empathize, question what's wrong with it or even ask management for an exception. I wasn't in the mood to further escalate things over a hash brown. I'm writing this review because I honestly try to steer away from pulling any race cards, but her quick response with her lack of empathy persuades me otherwise. In the future, I think the situation could be handled with better care. I work in customer service and that is not at all how I would've resolved the issue. To begin with, she knew it was my first time there since I shared that information with her, so she could have shown me some grace. Secondly, she was way too quick to decide, like she didn't seem to want to help. Lastly, check on all your customers! Black, white, mixed. All of them! She needs better customer service skills. This issue could've been easily resolved.

I have not visited Dandee since in many years but wanted the teens and spouse to have a sweet morning treat while I was under the weather. It was an amazing experience and saw the original roots of this local donut shop. First of all even a 1/2 dozen is 7 donuts not the required bakers dozen. This will help ALL our family figures by controlling the size of a box of heavenly treats. The young lady at the counter was jovial and helpful. After visiting chains like Jupiter and Duck Donuts it's rather nice to have full choice without upgrades or additional charges for say a Cinnamon Roll. The process was quick and this hearty box of treats was soon driving shot gun before they were quickly devoured. (Actually I found two awaiting tomorrow) . I must share that while picking out donuts the young employee tossed two in trash. One slightly broke upon pickup and other during baking looked like a small bite was missing. Was it wrong to want to buy a "trash can" box of mixed donuts with no choice. Like broken cookies and other odd sweets, would it not be a cool idea to clearance these out in a closed and mystery box design. I hope they go to a shelter or other business when possible, but secretly would have paid 1/2 the normal price to experience the lottery of donuts in all shapes and sizes.

I have been going to this location for at least 15 years or more. Yes, sometimes they get super busy and sell out of certain donuts. However, this place is top notch and serves nothing but quality. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I have dreams about their sour cream donut! I can eat a dozen myself. Never had an issue with the service or the quality of ANYTHING on the menu. I read some of these negative reviews and I am completely flabbergasted. Someone was upset that they serve food and not JUST donuts because of the name? Another person gave 2 stars because they paid $3 for a hash brown... they then turn around and say they have the best donuts and will be back? People are strange. Dandee Donuts is top notch in my book and deserves to be rated higher than 3.8 stars. 5/5 every time. If you are reading this and hesitating because of some of the strange low scores, don't. Get yourself a sour cream donut and don't sleep on their signature DANDEE DONUT!!! Yum!!

Needed a quiet place tk get some work done so I stopped in and set up my workstation. The staff was very accommodating to my unusual request. The coffee was great and kept me perked up! It was sugar sugar and more sugar. The donut was delicious as well. I'm not a donut lover but how can you visit and not try what they are known for? All in all great small shop experience. The staff was friendly. Lots of families and regulars.

This is the breakfast of champions. They have an overwhelming amount of donuts. It feels like maybe 30 to 40. I may be wrong. But they all look good, and I would love to try every single one of them.

Everything is always great at DANDEE on SR7 Food terrific. Waitress service OUTSTANDING. You can't find a better crew. They don't rush you out. People even bring in games and stay a while. Definitely a 5 Star Act. The display of donuts, muffins and bagels is OUTSTANDING

Dandee Donut Factory, at this location, is adorable. The staff is extra friendly, and the place is clean. The food, on the other hand, is strange. I ordered a grilled cheese; it came out doused in salt, practically inedible. My friend had the same experience. French fries as well. The chef needs to be schooled on salt. This is coming from a salt lover. A burger with lettuce, tomato, and onion came out dry as a board, but I ordered medium rare. The menu is diner-like. There is a drive-thru. A chocolate donut was perfect. If you stick to donuts, you can't go wrong.

I live about 5 minutes from Dandee... So one day I decided to stop in and get some doughnuts.. All I can say is... OMG!!!! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!

Staff is fantastic! So friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in. Quick and easy to order. Donuts always taste fresh and fluffy! My fiancé and I had the Dandee donut, key lime donut, and sour cream donut. We loved all 3 donuts, and I fully expected to like the key lime the most, but the sour cream was surprising. Great texture (not dry at all) and sweet, but not overly so, just right. I would call it a perfectly balanced donut. The key lime was delicious as well as the Dandee, but both were more on the sweet side (which I still love). We ate them so fast, I didn't even get pictures. Definitely will be back to try more and have another go at the sour cream!

Came here for the first time after contemplating visiting for a really long time. I wasn't sure what to expect out of this donut factory that isn't just a donut factory. I was totally confused to find out they sell actual food here as well. I really would like to understand why on earth are you baked donut factory when you serve other items and not just donuts? Makes absolutely no sense to me but maybe I'm missing something. So I noticed when I walked in they have a huge tacky arch way stating this way to dine in and this way for take-out. So I joined the take-out line which was short. I was greeted by the cashier who was nice and an overwhelming assortment of several wild donuts. It was super complicated to choose what I wanted since many sounded good. I ended up buying two, the red raspberry jam strangely specific name and the snickers. I asked the worker if it's popular she said yes. Oh boy did I regret buying the snickers because it for one tasted nothing like a snickers anything. It was a fat cakey donut which I aint a fan of. I was seriously disappointed that I got played out and that weirdos would like such a thing. The caramel was disgusting and the peanuts were overwhelming. That literally needs to be taken off the menu asap. My second donut choice red raspberry was pretty good! I enjoy jam filled donuts regularly like from dunkin or KK. My sister and bought two as well, the crunchy blueberry again whats with the weird ass names like I guess it's crunchy but like why? I did enjoy that and she did too. The second she got was like an original one like cinnamon kind of powder flavor was nice but not great. She didn't enjoy it at all herself. I don't care for the ambience of the place in my opinion because I won't be back there. The price is not bad for two donuts $5 but they won't be getting my money again. I'll add my picture below. Oh one thing that's completely cheap and sorry to say ghetto and not pleasing is they give you a styrofoam food container for your donuts to take to go. Like how cheap must a place really be to offer styrofoam boxes man come on now. I'd rather a mini box that's branded with the company name or a paper bag that they use at like dunkin and Krispy Kreme if you buy one or two donuts. Like styrofoam container name fam get out with that cheapness. No wonder your donuts are subpar and your store looks tacky

We have made this our little detour on our way home from Naples a few times now, and boy am I glad we do. We have definitely found our favorites....which include but are not limited to their top two sellers! The sour cream is a must have! Not something I would normally try, but WOW, the outer sweet crunch and the most perfect denseness and flavor. TRY IT! The dandee donut is a mystery to me, I believe they said it's the donut rolled in crumbs of itself... (the dandee donut), but how on earth does it actually seem wet... sounds odd, yes, but it is and it's yum! I love vanilla cream filled no matter what and danders is very good, but crazy me would like more filling. My husband and daughter said the s'mores was amazing and the filling was a frosting marshmallow hybrid. I really would love to take time and try their meals or even a breakfast sandwich with a donut, with that being said, I WILL BE BACK!

Was very surprised to see fresh bagels on the menu now. I have been coming here for delicious donuts for many years Well now they sell fresh huge size bagels. They were bigger than my large hands. They were very fresh and extremely tasty. We bought 1 dozen and the price was reasonably. Already went back to buy another dozen. Server was very pleasant.
