Dandelion Chocolate Fillmore Street

The staff member at this store was not helpful at all. I asked multiple times for recommendations because I was trying to choose a gift for a friend, but she simply told me, “you should pick what you think your friend would like,” without offering any suggestions or guidance. She was not friendly or willing to assist, which made the experience quite disappointing. However, the chocolates here are truly excellent. If you already know what you want and just need to make a quick purchase, this store is perfectly fine. But if you’re looking for recommendations or want to learn more about the chocolates, I’d suggest visiting one of the other Dandelion Chocolate locations in San Francisco instead.

Amazing chocolate shop with a variety of delicious offerings. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly, and it doesn’t hurt that you can taste pretty much everything.

What a gem we stumbled on. Incredible staff who are generous and delighted to help. They offered endless amount of chocolates for us to try and were kind in teaching us the ingredients and the proper way to indulge. There were four of us who continued to try various items and they never made us feel like it was too much. We love the chocolate. We love the staff. We love the store. We love it all.
