We were wondering what exactly we were getting ourselves into, but WOW, we were so impressed. This is such a cute little coffee shop full of plants. We got a Chai Latte and a Lavender Latte with a burrito and ham and cheese croissant. Great food! Great drinks! Great service! Great atmosphere!! You won't regret stopping here!

Google
Dandy Dion Coffee is a gem in Denver! The customer service here is absolutely excellent—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I ordered their drip coffee, which comes with a free refill, and it was strong yet delicious, giving me the perfect boost of energy to tackle my day. The shop itself is clean and well-maintained, with an inviting atmosphere. They also sell some really cool plants, which add a unique touch and make it feel cozy. The swing seats are really fun to sit on! Just a heads-up, parking is on the street, so it’s not assigned to the business, but it’s worth the small walk if needed. I’ll definitely be back for more great coffee and vibes!

Google
A coffee shop that doubles as a plant shop? I’ll have twelve of them! I liked the atmosphere, friendly service, and that they served Vietnamese coffee - always my choice when a coffee shop has it. I was also able to find a place to sit and do some work. I’ll happily revisit.

Google
Super cute coffee shop wjth laid back cozy vibes- even has a little greenhouse that you can buy plants and cute boutique items. Decent amount of sitting, even with some hanging swing chairs.

Google
Macadamia milk cortado. They have a barista special macadamia milk that froths and achieved a heart art cortado. Impressive! Very nice staff. A cozy and peaceful environment. Enjoyed the plants.

Google
Took a terrarium making class here and it was so much fun! Both the owner of the cafe and the instructor was there and they were both so friendly and helpful. The cafe is super cute and filled with different plants and terrariums and the drinks were excellent.

Google
This place had such a cool vibe, even tempting me to believe I could keep a cactus alive (spoiler: with my busy freelance lifestyle, that’s definitely not happening). I ordered the lavender iced latte, and it was perfection—a smooth, floral treat that hit the spot. The location itself was stunning, but I will say navigating to the shop was a bit tricky since the signs and names didn’t quite align. Still, I’m always up for a little adventure, and this spot made it worth it. Overall: 9/10. Highly recommend! @jadepetersen___

Google
Love that this is women-owned. Need more businesses like this but man! It is so good! The Vietnamese coffee was tremendous, my fiance loved her cortado, and I enjoyed the burrito and pumpkin spice loaf! Definitely coming here again!

Yelp
Dandy Lion Coffee is such a cute coffee shop in the suburbs of Denver! It's located sort of in the middle of what feels like a neighborhood, not many other businesses located around it so it sort of just appears out of nowhere and gives it a feel of a hidden gem! Inside, it's gorgeously decorated with tons of different kinds of seating - tables and chairs, couches, even swings! Almost one entire half of the shop is filled with really cute home goods and shelves of plants for you to peruse and purchase! I got a Thai iced tea when I was here and it was delicious and strong! This coffee shop isn't huge and the tables they do have are a bit small, but my friend and I were able to cowork from here for an hour or two on their wifi and it was just such a nice vibe! Dog friendly, great service, and great products!

Yelp
Favorite place for everything! Plants, coffee , pastries ! 11/10 Second time here and it never disappoints

Yelp
Dandy Lion coffee sits on 38th street in Park Hill. The area is sort of industrial, and the parking is mostly street parking. I wanted to go here to get Vietnamese coffee. The interior is part coffee shop and part greenhouse. There are swings, and plenty of seating is available. There is WiFi for people to work "from home." I definitely will come back to this place. If you like Vietnamese coffee, this is a good spot to try one.

Yelp
This coffee shop is such a dream come true! Whenever I travel I want to find unique coffee shops rather than stopping at a local chain, and Dandy Lion is truly a gem! There is limited parking but we had no problem finding street parking. It's both a coffee shop and a plant nursery. They sell plants, stickers, crystals, prints, jewelry, plushies, and of course coffee and tea. The iced latte I had was delicious, and itnlooks like they have a small selection of pastries and food as well! I could have spent hours in there enjoying my drink.

Yelp
The ambiance was absolutely adorable! I love the plant x coffee concept and think it is well executed with a cute green house inside the shop, plants all around, and cute minerals and gems for sale. The coffee wasn't my favorite and neither was the croissant but I would say that they were good enough to go back just because of how cute it is. The staff were friendly. The music was touch loud for me and the place felt a bit cramped but there are outdoor seating options including a somewhat hidden area to the west side of the building that I wish my friend and I would've seen before settling inside. Overall, would go here again but wouldn't make it my "go to"

Yelp
I call this place a coffee shop with the cleanest air or I can even call it oxygen bar that serves coffees/tea? This coffee shop is a quasi plant shop or it's the other way around (plant shop with quasi coffee shop.) I can keep going on this one to waste everyone's time. I'll stop here and get to my point. If this coffee shop was in my very neighborhood, I'd go here almost every day. Tucked in this residential area with a hint of industrial atmosphere, people who live in this Northeast Park Hill neighborhood must love this one-of-a-kind cafe that is so dandy in a few different ways. On the outside, it's a bit unassuming (doesn't necessarily look fancy on the outside) but once you've stepped inside, you'd feel like you are in a little boutique with eco-friendly in mind. I'm not a green thumb at all. Every single plant I bought in the past had died on me so it's best that I don't own any plants at this point. In a way, because I cannot keep plants alive at my house, coming to a place like this makes me feel like I'm in a botanical garden or some sort. And the concept of being able to munch a little something with a drink of my choice resonates with me and is soothing to my soul at the same time. The menu board up above at the ordering counter is quite intriguing. The items they serve are a wooden board with sky blue colored font. It's not a massive menu; simple is sometimes the best instead of having a massive number of items. Lavender Latte caught my attention. In the little pastry case, I saw what I remembered as tiramisu twist pastry. I thought they'd enlighten my late morning. I asked for an extra shot of espresso in my latte. I'm more of a cappuccino person as I like to taste as much coffee as possible. The guy behind the bar said he can make it with triple shots of espresso but since the machine can only make two shots at a time (they don't have a cup size to make a single shot), he said he would make four shots and discard the fourth one. I kind of made my request a bit difficult but he did it for me. I truly appreciated this accommodating service. That wasn't the only kind and hospitable gesture he showed me. While he was making the drink for me, he asked me how my day was going. I appreciated his true effort to get to know me. What a great service! This place may not be a great place for bring-your-laptop-and-study-or-work thing. Or even do a little reading either. The place was filled with all kinds of chatters by people were dining. This is not to say that its noise level is unbearable. When the weather is nice outside, the little patio area has three Adirondack chairs; it looked quite inviting. Let's talk about the food and the drink. The Lavender Latter was simply amazing. Slightly sweet but not overwhelmingly. I usually don't drink beverages with sweetness, but this latte truly hit the spot. And the tiramisu twist (pastry) was a bomb. There is a tiramisu cream in the center which I didn't know until I took several bites into it but this was also not too sweet either. This is a dense flaky pastry. This will fill your stomach. At a dandy/cozy cafe, my morning became so dandy with a good drink and a pastry.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try out Dandy Lion Coffee for awhile because of the unique decor and vibe. The pictures make it look a lot more spacious than it actually is, since they've added more tables in the front area and it's a very cozy small area with all the plants in the back. I think it makes it for a great study space. There are limited charging areas available by the walls if you need. The baristas were super friendly. Prices are super reasonable and I was a bit adventurous and tried the Thai iced tea (which was too sweet for my taste so next time I'd adjust for sweetness) and a ham and cheese croissant (delicious, flaky, buttery goodness!). I liked their selection of music - not blaring and a softer, folk style playlist which matches the atmosphere with the plants - which makes a huge difference on my work quality at coffee shops. The Wifi works well too. Parking may be harder to find at peak hours and you may need to walk a little - it's street parking only located next to an older neighborhood.

Yelp
Such a cute little place with great drinks. Didn't try the food, but both friends that got the burritos said they were kind of gross, so probably not the best place to go for a meal.

Yelp
This is a great little coffee shop. Upscale offerings on coffee in the middle of a light industrial/warehouse area. Service was friendly, and the space had a few seats I suppose you could use for a WFH coffee break. My favorite spot was right next to the greenhouse! Americano was good and my GF's latte was reportedly tasty as well. Good enough breakfast burrito and some of the pastries looked really tasty. Good mix of people here from blue collar types from nearby businesses stopping by to chat up the barista and some apparent regular hipster types looking to have coffee in a chill spot. I'll definitely be back...with my laptop doing work.

Yelp
Excellent coffee and a fun plant/crystals selection! Tea drinkers in our group also appreciated a variety of tea options on the menu. Friendly and helpful baristas. Check out Dandy Lion coffee!

Yelp
For those who love coffee and plants Dandy Lion is the place for you. The space is open and inviting, with plenty of seating, and so many plants. They have a simple menu and friendly staff. The coffee was a little sweet for my taste (I'd ask for half sweet next time), but the coffee itself had great flavor. They also had a case of baked goods, for a little treat.

Yelp
Plants AND coffee?! Sign me up. I was visiting a friend in Denver this past weekend, and she knew to bring me here immediately because it had two of my top favorite things ever. The whole coffee/plant shop was a total vibe. From the moment you walk in, the place smells absolutely amazing. One half is covered in plants, with a cute coffee bar up front, and tables to sit at. The space is small, but it makes for a really cozy feel. The shop is also very clean which was an added plus. The baristas were all incredibly friendly as we went to order. I went for an iced caramel and vanilla latte with oat milk, paired with a blueberry muffin. Both were 10/10. An awesome addition was the glasses the drinks come in--super aesthetically pleasing. I liked that they had to-go and "for here" cups. My friends and I hung out here for a bit, and we even got a table with a rope swing which was really fun. It was a great first stop to begin our day. For anyone in the Denver area, I would highly recommend this gem!

Yelp
What an inviting charming shop! The plants were unique and interesting with many novelty gifts. A great place to meet a friend for great conversation and coffee or in my case a great chai! Hot and spicy just the way it should be served! I also had the meat breakfast burrito. I'm not gonna lie, I was not gonna lie i was not holding out hope that it would be very good but I missed breakfast and knew I would be swamped the rest of the day. WELL, Humpf it was sooo good! I ate every bite and was thinking about it the next morning, go figure ‍
google avatar

Ali S.

Yelp
Popped in here after going to the Goodwill Outlet nearby and had a great time hanging out with the cool plants and sitting on the swings to enjoy a coffee and pick me up pastry. The coffee was great and there were a ton of healthy looking plants and other cool gifts. Great spot if you're in the neighborhood!
google avatar

Savanna R.

Yelp
What a great spot!! It is so cozy. The vibes are truly perfect. I love that you can buy plants here too!
google avatar

Yelp
They have the best Vietnamese iced coffee! So glad I visited this spot after stopping by Vinh Xuong for their banh mi (same owner). This cafe is so cute (lots of plants + swinging chairs) plus their coffee drinks are so good! I'd definitely come back here to do work.
google avatar

Yelp
I'd return to this charming hybrid place plants/coffee shop. It's very pleasant if you get a chance to relax indoors ( u read correctly) on the hammock. I enjoyed my cold matcha latte, muffin & croissant.

Laura Z.

Yelp
I drink coffee all over....and this is by far the best cup of all times. No hyperbolics! Every sip a delight, I wish I bought more for the road! Try it, there is a line outside waiting for them to open...need I say more? Run don't walk.

Yelp
Full disclosure, I don't like coffee. The smell of it, the taste of it. But my better half does, and when I visit coffee shops, they usually bore me. Dandy Lion was fun, a neat experience that I wanted to share for those of us who don't speak fluent coffee. Good signage outdoors, but it's inside what counts and it does. Great vibe, as they share plants for sale with their coffee, and also include swings hanging from the rafters, a unique touch that resonated for me. Service was exceptional. Kind, friendly, informative. Loved their pastries, and they had Mexican Coke, which provided the caffeine jolt that I needed. Nabbed a couple plants, had fun, GREAT music with a TydBit.
google avatar

Jesus S.

Yelp
Absolutely obsessed with this beautiful place! First of all they have swings as seats which is so smart and picturesque. They have a wonderful lavender latte and caramel latte. I had both in one sitting because I just wanted to keep hanging around longer. I got a bunch of stickers and they have such pretty pla ts all around it and a little greenhouse(?). Their pasties were delicious!
google avatar

Kim P.

Yelp
Back in Denver for Thanksgiving and couldn't wait to get back to this adorable coffee shop. The interior is so homey with swing chairs and the plants!!!! I ordered decaf latte with oatmilk and they still made it beautiful. And my vegan burrito was delicious.
google avatar

Aundya A.

Yelp
@dandy_lion_coffee is a fun coffee and plant shop in Park Hill. They have a cute aesthetic to match their tasty drinks and food. I got their Vietnamese iced coffee with a ham & cheese croissant The staff were very friendly and had great attitudes despite the crowds great service!
google avatar

Yelp
This was stop two on our self-made cafe crawl. I loved this place for a few reasons- it's a community cafe that you won't stumble upon while walking around downtown; the walk-in terrarium, greenery and interior swings are inviting and playful; and the latte was perfectly balanced. At each of our stops (4 in all), we picked one drink to share and we knew before stopping in that we'd have the lavender latte with macadamia nut milk. Seated around a table with one on a swing and two of us on chairs, we passed around the mugged latte. Lavender can evoke a love-hate response. Dandy Lion falls in the love side- not overpowering to make you think you're drinking a plant and subtle enough to taste the flavor but not destroy the flavor of the espresso.
google avatar

Madeline S.

Yelp
I went to Dandy Lion for the first time today and I am in LOVE. So happy I found this place. Felt the hip vibes the minute I walked in. The decor and ambiance was so wonderful. They have super cute swings to sit on and plenty of areas to sit and chat with friends. I also love that they have products to buy - I bought a cute crystal necklace and it was only $20. They have some really unique items for sale, including plants! I've never seen a greenhouse in a coffee shop and I love it. The coffee and snacks were an A+ too. I ordered a lavender latte and a blueberry muffin. The latte was perfectly sweetened and I love the cute design as well. The muffin was very yummy and seemed house made. I highly recommend checking this place out! Definitely going to become a regular here!!

Star G.

Yelp
Clean and peaceful environment with so much to look at! I loved the decor in addition to the option to buy plants and plant related items. The vanilla latte, and matcha latte were steamed to perfection. Beware of limited parking and seating.
google avatar

Annette T.

Yelp
Love this coffee shop! It's also a plant shop and has cute swing chairs you can sit in. My favorite drink is their Ollie's drink which is an iced chai with toffee nut and macadamia milk. It's their most unique item imo. It can get pretty busy on weekends, so plan to get there early if you're trying to get a seat!
google avatar

Crystal K.

Yelp
Really delicious coffee and local cafe. My go to is a dirty chai. The chai is rich with spices (cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger--etc) and has a noticeably deeper flavor than many of the chain coffee places. They also have a wide range of plants for sale from your standard houseplants to the more exotic. The one note I have is that the plants are pretty pricey.
google avatar

Katie D.

Yelp
The aesthetic is cool, I love plants, but otherwise left a lot to be desired for me personally and I probably won't go back - but maybe it's not for me. The barista that took my order was cold and kind of unwelcoming, but his counterpart seemed nice and said hello. Just made me feel kind of awkward. Couldn't find an outlet and limited seating so it really isn't convenient for remote work - and maybe that's the goal, to keep people moving. Latte was mid at best - but affordable.
google avatar

Mariya S.

Yelp
This place is probably the cutest coffee shop that I've been recently! Coffee was great, the atmosphere was nice, they did a really good job on the interior. Will go back there most definitely!
google avatar

Barbara G.

Yelp
I love the environment, I couldn't stay and enjoy it more than 30 min. It was extremely loud. When I asked the barista if it is always that loud she said only when people are here. Cute response, I doubt I'll go back. And unfortunately, my Latte wasn't very good.
google avatar

Kayla K.

Yelp
This is such an adorable coffee shop. That also have some tasty food items and some really great plants and gift items for sale. I am rarely in this neighborhood but will be coming back here when I am!

Micheal W.

Yelp
Unique, coffee shop and plants! You must go! Coffee and pastries are great. Will go there again!
google avatar

Chelsea T.

Yelp
I would totally recommend the coffee shop. They have average amount of drink options but whatever you get is sure to be good. There is a wide offering of plants and other cute and fun merchandise. The plans seem to be in good health.
google avatar

Berlin L.

Yelp
This is such a cute coffee shop. If I was a local, this would definitely be my go-to. The coffee is great but the atmosphere is better. The lavender latte and Thai tea were both perfect. I love the books and art you can look at. Also the plants make such a nice space. Don't forget to go inside the greens house!
google avatar

Heather B.

Yelp
Look no further for Denver's best pumpkin spice latte, because Dandy Lion has it! I was so impressed by this cute little shop. The moment you walk in, you are overwhelmed with the cutest coffee and plant shop. Every seat was taken (as it should be) and it looked like the perfect place to work. The baristas were inviting and super helpful since it was our first time. Had to try the seasonal, and got the best latte art. Can't wait to go back.
google avatar

Lauren L.

Yelp
This coffee shop is so cute! My lavender latte with oat milk was delicious. The lavender wasn't too strong, so it didn't feel like drinking potpourri. I really enjoyed it! I also had a green chili cheddar pastry that was downright delicious. Service was prompt and friendly. Vibes were perfect on a Saturday morning.
google avatar

Livier M.

Yelp
Super cute coffee shop located in what looks like a warehouse district so keep an eye out or you might miss it. I didn't read that they didn't have breakfast options but the coffee made up for it. They do have some pastries that you can pick up to go with the coffee but again if you are expecting breakfast there aren't too many options here. We absolutely loved the decor and all the plants. Some of the seats were swings which we thought were really cute. Wish we could have stayed longer but it was already pretty full on a Monday morning.
google avatar

Blu M.

Yelp
Love this coffee shop so much! I go here from time to time after a day of training at the gym and it's such a nice, lovely space. The plants are beautiful and I really like their drink menu as well. It's unique and different from other coffee shops. I also love the swings inside which is a cute addition. I tried their jasmine tea and the matcha latte. Matcha latte is fabulous and I love the bitterness of the matcha. I also love the cute art in the drink as well. It's such a chill space and they take their coffee and drink making seriously!
google avatar

Bea B.

Yelp
Everything about Dandy Lion Coffee is simple and perfect! Of course they have really great coffee and pastries, but my favorite part about Dandy Lion is the energy here. It is so peaceful and calming! Tucked away in the industrial side of Parkhill, if you blink you might miss this little hidden gem! I had their nitro cold brew and a delicious blueberry scone -- it was a perfect mid afternoon pick me up! I even brought a little of the Dandy Lion coziness back to my place with a few new plants and macramé hangers!! I can't wait to go back! 10/10 recommend!!
google avatar

Judy L.

Yelp
Cute coffee shop that also sells lots of plants, cards, pins, gifts from local merchants. Coffee is good. Service is always very friendly. Place is clean and not cluttered. Pastries are also good. My favorite is the hatch Chile croissant. Breakfast burritos aren't my favorite though.
google avatar

Ntinyari M.

Yelp
Pretty packed even less than an hour before close. I love the plants and indoor greenhouse. Typical coffeehouse smooth, relaxed indie playlist is also a vibe. I thought I'd like my Vietnamese cold brew a little less sweet, so I asked the barista for half the condensed milk. He insisted I try the regular recipe first (it did end up being too sweet), but he adjusted the recipe after I reviewed the original. Overall, a lovely little shop.
google avatar

Ashley C.

Yelp
Cute small space with great ambiance! If your vibe is witchy cottage core then this is for you! Love the small green house in the store and they also sell crystals, plants, and sage smudge sticks in addition to the drinks and snacks! Love all of it. Everything about the place was so cute, especially the swings! The only not amazing part was the lack of outlets for charging your devices/studying. Still love it and would go back even though it's sorta in the middle of nothing else...
google avatar

Silje H.

Yelp
My absolute favorite coffee shop in Denver! The vibes are immaculate - beautiful plants, swing chairs, fabulous gifts. Everything I've ordered on the drink and food menu is always delicious. I would be there every day if I could !
google avatar

Joseph L.

Yelp
This is probably one of the most unique coffee shops in Denver. Its a coffee shop and a plant shop. They also have se really tasty drinks and these really fun swing chairs that you can sit and sip in. If you happen to be passing by the area don't pass up on this coffee shop you won't be disappointed.
google avatar

Zach P.

Yelp
Yet another hidden gem. If you blink you will easily miss this amazing coffee shop. Typical drinks- americano, lattes, mochas, teas some pastries and even a breakfast burrito. I had an amazing lattes, girlfriend had the americano. We both had breakfast burritos. She loved hers, mine was okay. They are vegetarian from a local place, I just prefer meat and a bit of spice- bring your own hot sauce. I loved all the plants inside and the the swing chairs. Perfect playlist to listen to and you could even see what was playing as a marquee type of wall decor would change to let you know. Staff was super friendly and kept the place in tip top shape when people left their tables. I can easily see myself come here to get some work done during the week.
google avatar

Souzana V.

Yelp
This is probably one of the most cute and unique little coffee and tea place ever that I've been too. So glad I had a date that allowed us to meet here! You can find parking on the streets. Place is right across from residential homes. You would never guess there would be a place tucked in the area, but it exists! Great location. As time passed, the place was hoppin. The place is small. Inside, they have plants and little things you can buy off to one side of the shop. Cute cards and plant decorations too. The table set up are cute too. There are swings that act as a chair to some tables. They have a good enough menu for coffee and tea. They do have a few pastries. I'm not a coffee drinker, so I got some hot green tea and my date got the iced coffee. There were no complaints except to empty our bladders from drinking so much! Lol. Staff was nice and courteous. A great little place for dates or just to enjoy coffee and tea. I am so glad I got to check this place out.

Yelp
Great place to hang out. Don't really have more to say. Coffee was very good. Coffee was . good

Punga I.

Yelp
Nice ambiance. Lavender latte was simply delicious. Sitting place is limited though, it it is unique. Some unique ideas around the seats. Parking outside is street parking. Must visit if you in Denver area.
google avatar

James C.

Yelp
The best Nitro Cold brew in Denver. Friendly service and nice setup inside. I highly recommend if you are looking for a place to have coffee and a nice conversation.

Yelp
What a gem!! Coffee and plants and a relaxing and inviting space, perfection. Also cool is the song that's playing is on a marquee board that mechanically changes when the song changes. I was very impressed! The area that it's in isn't very walkable, as it's residential and industrial, but there's no need to leave the coffee shop!
