My husband & I came here for date night and we had a phenomenal experience! Danilo’s is on the 2nd floor back with The Neighbors, which took us a minute to find but we got there. We decided to do the 8 course Chefs Tasting menu, with the add supplement of the wagyu. I got the Mills 50 drink and it was so refreshing, and not too floral so that was nice! Every single dish that came out was so yummy it’s hard to pick a favorite. I would happily have that same exact menu again, so I definitely recommend! The whole experience took about 1.5 hours. There was live music in the retail shop so we got to enjoy that as well which was nice! The service was great, and we always love being able to hear the chefs take on the dishes and where they come from. Great spot!

Count me in as a fan of Danilo’s Pasta Bar. We thoroughly enjoyed our recent evening, starting off with craft cocktails, then moving on to the 8 courses on the tasting menu, among them the Japanese sweet potato and ciabatta, polenta with shrimp and Andouille sausage, squash scampi, and Wagu Bolognese. Chef Danilo Tangalin and his gastronomic associates, including Sofia who served us, were extremely warm and welcoming. This is a sublime experience at an unassuming venue that is not to be missed. And contrary to some reviews I’ve seen, you do not feel rushed. I would come back here again and again, both for dinner and for drinks at Neighbors, looking out the giant windows at the world passing by.

I wanted to love this place. We came around the time it opened after Camille left the spot. I looooove pasta, so I was excited to try this place. The presentation was gorgeously executed. However, the taste fell flat. My pasta had way too much lemon in. It was so sour it was hard to eat. My husband’s was so bland, I just felt like there was zero seasoning. It was weird because the dishes were so pretty. But it just wasn’t very tasty, sorry to say.

Absolutely phenomenal. We tried the chefs menu and were blown away by the food. We had an 8 course meal with some dishes familiar to us while others were brand new to us. Our party consisted of one Italian and 3 Filipinos. The Italian Filipino was expertly crafted and never felt forced. Were were full halfway through the tasting but we continued to eat because the food was so good. We will absolutely be back.

It was a little cold in there tonight, but nothing a good cocktail won't help to stimulate that temperature. First time trying the new concept at the neighbors' test kitchen. We may have been a little full for a Monday night, but we'll worth all the yummy flavors. We opted for the caviar supplement to the tasting menu. Why not! We said. And we only ordered one and shared which the server having no qualms about, and thankfully so, or we would've passed on that little opportunity. You can also sit off the bar seating and enjoy items a la carte. Good luck to Danilo.... chef de cuisine....

Seriously can't wait to come back again. This was such a sweet experience. Every dish was so precisely made, and just incredibly delicious. I can't even find rhe word to describe his dishes. From the start of the course....a small shot of the warm, coconut based soup...through the dessert course, every dish was such an experience. I loved the seasonal dish with the grains but the two pasta dishes were definitely the highlight and perfection. Michelin level dishes was all I could think throughout the tasting menu experience. This chef and his team are on point. The staff is incredibly friendly an they all work hard to make the experience. Chef Danilo also took a moment to stop to chat with all customers while we were there. Thanks to the team for a great night out. Can't wait to see what Chef does next! This was truly a gem. Will be back soon.

Wow... Just Wow 🤯 What an amazing experience! Trendy, Chic, and Sophisticated 💯 Relatively new addition to the East End Market - But definitely worth the visit. Snag a reservation and head on over for a unique chef's table experience. All the dishes were superbly tasty and well crafted. The chef's experience and capability truly are on display here. From the cocktails to the amazing food to the excellent personalized service - We'll definitely be back!
