New Cookbooks by New York Chefs to Gift This Holiday | Eater

"The book showcases a deep, pantry‑driven approach to Korean cooking — the Korean‑pantry section alone is presented as essential — and traces how the chef found his voice by improvising staff meals at a fine dining kitchen; many of those early staff‑meal dishes later became staples on the restaurant’s menu. The author centers a guiding philosophy of cooking with jung sung — cooking with heart and devotion — which informs both the recipes and the personal stories that accompany them." - Grub Street Staff

The food was delicious. I ordered the dumpling ramen. The dumplings were scrumptious and the broth and delicious and spicy. The place was clean. They have a lot of options and combinations of items. Can’t wait to come back.

Google
This place was amazing! The ambience was comfortable and the food was amazing! Everything that we tried tasted delicious and freshly made. Wow do you get a bang for your buck! So glad we stopped by and so excited to come back and try more things from the menu. We had omelet rice with pork katsu! So good! We also had a beef bulgogi roll and half Korean fried chicken! So delicious!

Update: Service and food quality has changed. Was okay. ______________ I was very happy I decided to go here for takeout last night. Food always tastes great. We’ve been here many times and it is still the same. We have known the owners since their first store by Pleasant Hill/Steve Reynolds(Danmoji) but when they sold that place, we stopped going as the food and service started to suck — sorry but it really did😩 i hope they will keep running this place.

Google
Danji is a fantastic spot for Korean fusion! I had the spicy tuna kimbap and the bulgogi fried rice, and both were excellent. The spicy tuna kimbap was incredibly fresh, with a slight jalapeño kick that added just the right amount of heat. It’s listed as a 3-spice level on the menu, but I’d say it’s closer to a 1.5–2—enough to enhance the flavor without overpowering it. The bulgogi fried rice was a standout. The portion was generous, easily enough for two or three people to share, and the flavors were spot on—savory, rich, and perfectly balanced. Great food, great portions, and a solid experience overall. Highly recommend!

Google
4 young workers on their phones the whole time and playing amongst their selves, avoiding eye contact with customers requiring service. They forgot our plates, water, and our last dish arrived after 2 reminders and having finished our first 2 dishes. Saw other customers getting up for their own to go boxes, bags, and water. Tip should be assessed after eating, not while ordering food.

Google
Great service and food on a Sunday. We got Bulgogi fried rice, fried chicken fried rice, Dduk Bok Ki, Lunch Special with fried rice and chicken breast, and Bulgogi fries. The portions are proportional to the cost, and the flavors are authentic.

Google
Been wanting to try this place out for a while and was finally able to! Visited during a winter storm so the place was basically empty. The Korean BBQ Pork Fried Rice was so yummy! Large portions of meat to go along with the fried rice! The Cup Bokki was a bigger portion than expected! It has fish cakes that add flavor to the dish! I thought I would like the Kimchi Ramen more, but maybe it was cuz I didn’t realize it came with bean sprouts in the soup. The broth tasted good though! I would definitely come back to try the other items in the menu!

Yelp
Went for lunch and got the special and it was so much food and delicious! Soy garlic sauce on the wings is a must! I don't know what kind of salad dressing they use, but it was great!! Quick service, and good ambience!

Yelp
Danji is a unique punsik style casual Korean cafe. I'm a huge fan of all of their fried and grilled chicken dishes to the point where I crave it enough to even overpay on UberEats to order. What makes them special? Their chicken dishes taste like homemade. Even the tenders are hand cut and not overbreaded. Sauces are rich and don't taste over-processed. Great homemade flavors here. If you are a fan of fried rice, this is the best in GA. Service is great and a fun bar style atmosphere.

Yelp
TLDR: Food 3.5/5, Atmosphere 3/5, Service 1/5. Would pick up food to go but would not choose to dine in again. During my short time in the Buford area, I've come to this place twice in the last two days. The food brought me back as well as proximity to our hotel, however if I were local, the service would drive me away. The type of staff that seems more, interested in hanging out and talking with each other than actually serving the customers. First day I was here. I got the bulgogi Omurice dish and it was tasty. I expected the omelette actually cover the entire portion of rice (top and bottom like an omelette which it didn't. Nevertheless, served piping hot in the stone dish and the flavors were good and not overpowering, and the portion was large. A decent value. The second day, after learning a lesson from the previous one, my wife and I split the Bulgogi fried rice dish (which she had gotten the day before.) Again, the flavors did not disappoint. The rub came when my cousin and I, who have two Independent families and who paid separately, were bulked together as one large group so that a mandatory service fee could be tacked on. When I asked, they said the computer made them charge the service fee. This is in addition to having the system prompt for a tip in addition. The ironic part is that we weren't even standing next to each other in line. Then if you are going to charge a service fee, we would expect to have some solid service that is pretty prompt. Small things such as being able to get water when and as soon as you sit down (perhaps they were busy?), as well as having the sufficient amount of silverware (perhaps they just miscounted?) and actually people smile when they're helping you (perhaps it was the end of the day and they were tired?). Lots of hypotheticals. Just a higher expectation of service, especially when being subject to this service fee. Nevertheless, the family enjoyed the food. We are in and out and about 45 minutes and I'm leaving town today so it doesn't really matter but if you're looking for great service, this isn't the place for you but if you just need a quick bite to pick up and take back to your home or hotel,, go for it.

Yelp
I decided to try this place after seeing other Yelp reviews. Service was great upon walking in and placing my order but after I sat down and got my food, it was non existent. The restaurant is nice. It has a covered patio, booths, and high chairs to sit and dine. There is a bar where you can walk up (no seating) and order a drink. There is two tvs playing Korean media. You order food at the front counter and then sit anywhere and they will bring it to you. I ordered the bulgogi friend rice and extreme heat chili boneless wings with a sweet tea. I found a booth to sit at and the bulgogi fried rice came out and the boneless wings shortly after. Bulgogi rice was really good and filling. The boneless wings were huge and looked more like chicken strips. Although the wings were supposed to be extra hot, they were not too hot and were decetant. There were some pieces of potato's included in the wings that were undercooked. Other guests had to constantly go up to the counter to request refills, condiments, etc so I don't think they wait on you. Then again, the two people behind the counter were young so maybe they were supposed to but didn't. Just keep this in mind when including a tip up front or just bring cash. If I'm ever in the area, I will definitely be back to try other menu items. The food was great!

Yelp
I'm not usually in Buford but on a random weeknight, we decided to drive up to check out Danji. It was cold and rainy outside so the restaurant wasn't super busy but a girl's gotta eat. We ordered the dumpling ramen (I would consider this Korean ramyun versus Japanese ramen so don't be mistaken or feel misled), the squid kimbob and the kimchi-cheese omurice. Chose not to get the spicy squid kimbob since it showed 4 chili peppers next to the name versus 2 next to the plain squid kimbob. Solid comfort meal attained. Everything was solid - although I wouldn't say it was the best of anything I've ever tried in Atlanta. I love Danmooji's kimchi cheese omurice slightly more. I found the ramyun to be a little pricey for what it was. Duluth has a ton of options, but I'm sure Danji is the best you're going to find in Buford (at least for now!) definitely a great spot if you're craving some solid Korean snacks.
google avatar

Rebecca H.

Yelp
Server was being difficult with replacing any omurice options with white rice instead of fried rice. The menu says fried rice can be replaced with white rice, but I guess that's not the case. Everything else tasted good- the spicy squid kimbob was really spicy. When dipped in tteokkbokki sauce, it neutralized the spicy flavor. House salad was good, and the dressing was great with it. Seating is comfortable.

Yelp
I ordered dinner for my family and I earlier this week. Huge regret. The food was unseasoned and tasteless. Ordered rice pops, shrimp fried rice, 1/2 chicken with hot sauce (they gave us another kind), kimbap and two lemonades. The only thing that tasted good were the two lemonades. Chicken was so unseasoned, the shrimp in the fried rice was boiled and not sautéed, rice pops and kimbap were also disappointing. I only went because the rice pops look so delicious in the pictures on here but they were a huge disappointment. We won't be ordering from here again. Also, parking is such a hassle.

Yelp
Really good! I've been here a couple of times after a friend recommended it, and the food has been consistently great. Portions seem a little bigger when you dine in compared to takeout. Everything I've tried has been tasty, but the bulgogi fries are my absolute favorite -- definitely order them! Customer service is friendly, and the restaurant (including the bathrooms) is very clean. :)
google avatar

Correy E.

Yelp
We ordered 1/2 chicken with the spicy sauce, 7 piece wings with hot lemon pepper and shrimp fried rice. The food was great and what more can I say!!! The place was clean and the service was good. All this made for an enjoyable experience.

Yelp
This place's food is so good! Despite how busy it was during a Saturday dinner rush, the staff were very quick on their feet and super helpful. Food came out great and everyone loved their portion sizes. Overall the space and interior is nice to dine in, and the plating makes you mouth water as they bring out your food. The sweet chili half chicken had a nice sweetness to it. The crunchiness from the chicken is satisfying. Definitely coming back!

Yelp
not a bad restaurant, just not the best ramen. very oily and bland. they have a good amount of offerings, but the dumpling ramen left something to be desired. nothing I would go out of my way to try again. the egg added onto the ramen had a bad taste to it, almost like wet dog. not like the typical marinated egg you could expect to get with ramen.
google avatar

Amanda R.

Yelp
I've been here once and ordered to put a couple times. Overall not bad. Food was good. Service was friendly. It reminds me more of fast food but better quality. It's counter service so when you walk in, you order at the register, get a number and find a table like chick fil a or something similar. It's definitely not a fancy place but more like an easy night out dinner with friends or family.
google avatar

LaDray G.

Yelp
I miss this more about living in Gwinnett County than I do my ex-Wife. When you go, take a group. Otherwise, you may hurt yourself because the food is that good and the portions are that large. Also, please don't order with an empty stomach because you will want everything and it all tastes good. Once you order, you can be seated as the staff will bring you your food in a timely manner in most cases. The seating is open and you can find a table or booth as small or large as you would like. It's a very good experience and I recommend EVERYTHING on the menu.
google avatar

Ginny D.

Yelp
The fried rice was absolutely delicious! I ordered at the register. The soda machine is behind the counter, so someone else filled my glass with ice water and placed it on a table for me. (I didn't need a refill, but I assume if you do, you just ask for more drink.) They have TVs playing Korean shows with closed captioning in English. They also play upbeat Korean music. I didn't know that the lunch special also included fried potatoes. A very filling, delicious meal! Next time I will have to try it with waffle instead of fried rice, or try one of their other dishes. Also, someone else buses the table, so it was nice to leave my dishes on the table.

Yelp
I always loved their wings last night. I went on DoorDash to order the wings and the wings are no longer there. There was chicken legs or half a chicken. I opted for the chicken legs and was I disappointed!!! Looks like my daughter fry the legs and the chicken was mostly hard. Very dissatisfied customer, I really wish you would go back to the wings.
google avatar

Robyn M.

Yelp
I was already a huge Korean foodie! Most of my experience comes from dining at Korean BBQ spots in Atlanta. To satisfy my craving for Korean food at 7pm on a Monday, I turned to Door Dash (don't judge) and found Danji. I ordered the Bulgogi Omurice, Spicy Bulgogi Kimbob, and fried drumsticks (plain) for the family. All three dishes were super flavorful and plentiful. My husband said the fried drumsticks have the perfect fry. Unfortunately, Danji is in Buford, and I have to pass three Korean spots to get there, but it's still closer to my house than Atlanta, and Danji's food is well worth the 35-minute drive trek (in traffic).

Yelp
They used to be so good, now good luck getting any meat off the fried chicken, the need to rename it fried chicken bones. They forget to give you drinks and silverware, no extra plates for appetizers, they do not know their own menus. I asked for honey bbq chicken, they told me they don't do that, they couldn't put sauce on the chicken, and I'd need to get honey bbq on the side.... Save your money, it was a $50 dollar lesson for us. And don't bother asking for anything, their phones are more important than the customers, they act like you are imposing by asking for a knife for their cement chicken special. I am not a complainer, look at my review history, nothing but 5 star reviews.

Rachael P.

Yelp
Love this spot, its our go to because it's consistently delicious. You order up front and they bring you your food. My favorite dish is the cheese ramen or the bagogi fries. The size of food is also a plus, I've never been able to finish a meal.
google avatar

Yelp
I love every menu item this place has. They have the best spicy rice cake and gimbap. I also enjoy their Korean chicken as well.

Yelp
Pleasant surprise is what you will experience in this restaurant. Very fine authentic Korean food comes with surprisingly pleasant service and price. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

Yelp
EVERYTHING about this place was amazing. Some of the best Korean food I've had! Highly recommend the fried chicken, rice balls, Kimbap.

Yelp
I wish I lived closer to this establishment so I could visit more often. My partner and I found this establishment on Yelp through the excellent reviews. We were looking for a place to stop and grab food on our way to Lake Lanier for a weekend stay. I ordered a Bulgogi rice ball and Tuna fried rice ball. I had never had them before but they were delicious. If I were to order these again I would want to try a Bulgogi fried rice ball. My partner got an order of fried chicken. He LOVED it. The fried rice came in a little skillet. Everyone else in the entire establishment had the combo dish that came with the egg omelet. When we noticed that we thought maybe one of us should got an order for both of us to try. I would definitely suggest others give this place a try. My partner and I definitely were not disappointed.

Yelp
Honestly, if you have not eaten here yet, then you got something to look forward to. Very good portion sizes. I've only ever done take out, I'm just a take type a guy. No complaint's with service. Low light and decent amount of seating.

Nguyen H.

Yelp
I like the food but I don't like the custard service, they don't say hi or smile, and the Hispanic staff's gave customers the bad look
google avatar

C C.

Yelp
Food is mid at max. We came in with the group, ordered beef bulgogi with fried rice. It was ok at max. I don't think it's worth its price but I know some people enjoy this place but it was mid for me.

Yelp
I've been here a number of times by now, and I've always had a 5-star experience...except for today. First of all, it seemed that they did away with waitresses, so now, you have to go up to the counter to order your food. Oh Well...I ordered Sweet Soy Garlic Chicken, Spicy Bulgogi Kimbop and Kimchi. They brought out the Kimbop and Kimchi first...since the Chicken plate took longer (double fried). Well, the Kimbop was cold...and I also really wanted to eat it with the Chicken, so I went back up to the counter and asked them to reheat it, and bring it with my Chicken order. I really hoped that I could have just asked the waitress to bring back the plate of Kimbop...but I had to walk up to the counter for this request. Also, there was no condiments on the table (like before). I had to walk up to the counter to request this as well. Also, the Kimchi was really bad! Although I appreciated the generosity (a HUGE portion of Kimchi), but it tasted terrible! It just wasn't fully seasoned ...and I could barely eat it. I don't recall ever having such bad Kimchi from this restaurant in the past, so don't know what happened? I almost had half a mind to walk back up to the counter (3 times?!?), but decided to let it go. ANYWAY, when they finally brought back my heated Kimbop with the Chicken order, things got better. First of all, once heated, the Kimbop tasted great! The Fried Chicken was beyond great...it was unbelievably delish! SO doubly crispy, fried and flavored...OMG! Then, it was topped off with some super-tasty Sweet Potatoes. LOVED this!! So obviously, the Chicken was the big winner for me...though the Kimbop was quite good as well. I would have loved to have dropped another 5-star review, but things were a bit amiss today... Bad Kimchi, Cold Kimbop, No Waitress/Service. Luckily, I really loved the Kimbop and the Chicken dishes...so that saved what could have been less than 3 stars. Hopefully things will swing back up on my next visit??

Yelp
The place was a poke bowl shop before this and it didn't survive. Danji has been around for a while since then and I am SO HAPPY. The service is good with some very sweet staff. The ambiance is clean and you order to then sit at your table. The food is what really gives this place 5 stars. Bulgogi fries and bulgogi fried rice is elite and comes on a hot skillet ready to be eaten. It has a good creamy yum yum drizzled on top. It's a good place to go and try out if you're in the area!
google avatar

Karen Z.

Yelp
I wish I could give 4.5 stars!! Ever since trying this local spot three years ago, I've been taking my siblings here frequently. My brother loves the Korean style fried chicken they offer, especially the soy garlic flavor!
google avatar

Lily N.

Yelp
Food was bomb! Went with a friend and it was more than enough to feed the 2 of us! Same owner as Danmooji, Thank U Chicken and BB Myun (when they first opened). It's a Self- Serve restaurant, you have to order at the counter when you come in, but the servers will help bring your food order for you. I didn't take a photo of my tuna cheese kimbap but it was the same quality as Danmooji when it first opened. Definitely it out when you're in the area!

Loer K.

Yelp
Food is really good, I got the Bulgogi Omurice, definitely a lot on your plate for $15. All the servers were really nice and welcoming, service was great. The seating area was pretty chill too, definitely going back ever so often after the gym.
google avatar

Mengxue C.

Yelp
I've been to Danji a few times, this time we got spicy tuna kimbob (FYI: they use canned tuna), bulgogi kimbob (lots of shredded meat with tendons) and 7 PCs of jumbo wings with spicy Buffalo sauce (it has 2 Peppers but I thought it definitely deserves 3 cuz it is a bit spicier than the surrounding competitors) Food is not top tier but however it still tastes good. The sweet garlic soy wings are definitively good, I dip it in my own spicy sauces

Yelp
This is located in a shopping area outside of the Mall of GA. There is limited parking in the front, but there is a parking lot behind the building. We placed our order at the register. I ordered the bulgogi salad and my husband ordered the chicken friend rice. Both were so delicious!!! I had some of my mom's fries and omggg soooo good! The service was great and the food came out quickly. The portion sizes are HUGE! My husband said it's the best fried rice he's had. I highly recommend this place and would come back again!
google avatar

Jennifer Y.

Yelp
Our family loved Danji's. We ordered an abundance of food and was surprised with the portion sizes of the food. We ordered the bulgogi fried rice, udon noodles, corn cheese, chicken and waffles. My kids loved the waffles so there's always that option for kiddos. I loved the texture of the chicken. Very crispy and the sauces were good too. I ordered the spicy udon and liked it. It was a decent portion size for myself. The service was good too. Because of the limited workers, they asked that we ordered up front , but that wasn't really an issue. One of the guys would come around and check up on us and would refill our water jug. The ambiance was cool. There were TVs.
google avatar

Ruthy M.

Yelp
Wow, I'm really impressed by this place. It's a very informal restaurant where you have to order your food, seat yourself, and pay for the bill after your meal. The staff is friendly. The food is very filling. I still have a lot of left overs. The Omurice was really good. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the sauce on the Omurice. The kimchi rice ball was very spicy and soo good. The bulgolgi rice ball was okay.

Christie D.

Yelp
The best most crispy fried chicken I've had. We've been back another time because the chicken is so good.
google avatar

Kash M.

Yelp
First time trying Korean Fried chicken and it was pretty darn good. My wife had the soy boneless chicken tenders. I had the soy garlic half chicken. Chickens are made to order and they are served fresh and hot. We will be coming back
google avatar

Kimberly L.

Yelp
My coworkers love this place. And I don't really blame them because they give you 3lbs of food (lol jk but it feels like it). My boss really reccomends the chicken thighs with fried rice. Of course I up the ante and always get kimchi fried rice. Ugh. Well I came recently because my boss treated me to lunch. I ordered Kim chi fried rice but they boy taking the order rang up just Kim chi fried rice. Because we pay at the counter I was like *le sigh* whatever just eat. Other cons: - They get so busy they don't even answer the phone for takeout orders - No online ordering for pickup either. I've only tried these dish but everyone says the fried chicken wings are good. I'll have to try again in hopes they don't hear my order incorrectly.
google avatar

Christine L.

Yelp
We got the ton katsu omurice, Danji udon, and plain jumbo wings, and were pleasantly surprised! The portions are quite generous (don't be deceived by the omelet in the pic, there's tons of fried rice underneath it!) and everything tasted great. The place is casual with lots of tables and natural light! One suggestion I'd make is to ask for less sauce on the ton katsu next time. Their menu is pretty extensive though, so I'm excited to come back and try their other offerings!
google avatar

Chelsea G.

Yelp
We're huge fans of the tteok-bokki, chicken, & kimbap. But we mixed it up this time and tried the Danji Udon & Danji Omurice. It's been about 6 months since I've visited here, so it was nice to see how the business was doing. I. PARKING Private parking is out front of Danji but it fills up rather quick II. SERVICE Fair, nothing special or extraordinary. Just hit the button when you need something and you'll be fine. III. QUALITY Not as good as when the original owner ran the business. They don't have complimentary soup to start and they didn't serve pickled radish with our dishes this time. They also didn't wipe our table before... But beside those disappointing details, the food was still pretty delicious. IV. CAPACITY Very busy, but we didn't have to wait for a Saturday afternoon.
google avatar

Jade P.

Yelp
I tried this place out while in the area since I'm big on Korean food and the reviews seemed promising. When I walked in, the place had a calm but warm ambience and the two teenage boys running the register were quite personable. My strawberry lemonade was good and I was enjoying having the place to myself, but the food was not as I hoped. I ordered cheese gimbap and kimchi fried rice, and my gimbap came out first. I ordered cheese gimbap expecting gimbap with american cheese added in. This is a somewhat understood convention at other Korean restaurants I've been to. Cheese means cheese. However, it was actually gimbap with cream cheese, which I love on its own, but there was no indication on the menu board that "cheese" was referring to cream cheese. It was very tasty regardless. What I am disappointed with was the kimchi fried rice. It's another common dish at Korean restaurants and while each place is a bit different, there are certain flavors it should have: sour and spicy. What I got wasn't like that at all. The dish looked beautiful but was extremely bland. Like it legitimately tasted like nothing (?) which was a bit confusing. There was no sourness from the kimchi, no spiciness to detect, and no char on the rice at all. I didn't get any hints of sesame oil, another common ingredient in Korean food. Upon reflecting on how many fried rice dishes the menu offers, I realized that it is most likely made in bulk, set in a heater, and then scooped to serve. I think I was served premade fried rice that was just barely sauteed with the weakest kimchi I've ever tasted. Even the pieces of kimchi that I picked out to sample, thinking it might be a rice-kimchi ratio issue, had no bite or sourness to them. I understand adjusting some flavors to accommodate to a broad clientele, but serving flash fried rice with 5 pieces of red cabbage for $13 is disappointing. The restaurant has Korean variety shows related to food playing on the monitors (in full Korean with no subtitles), as well as promotional alcohol posters with Korean celebrity endorsements. I believe this is to give an "authentic" vibe to the restaurant, yet they fumbled such a staple food item as kimchi fried rice... I'm sure it tastes good to someone, but for more authentic-tasting Korean food, go somewhere else.

Yelp
WOW an awesome KOREAN fusion restaurant in the middle of Buford?! Who would have thought?! Thanks to Yelp I found this spot for us to grab dinner before heading to the movies. The interior is spacious and modern. It's a casual sit down eatery. You sit yourself and order at the counter. They do bring your food out for you. Service was friendly and attentive. There was not a wait when we went on a Friday evening. There was so many delicious options to choose from. Thankfully with the four of us, we were able to try a little bit of everything. - Bulgogi Fries: Definitely a winner! Delicious crispy fries with tender pieces of bulgogi on top. Mouthwateringly good. - Bulgogi Fried Rice - Korean Fried Chicken: REALLY good. Crispy on the outside and very tender on the inside. Flavors were also on-point. Portions are HUGE so you can definitely share or expect to have leftovers unless you have a big appetite. Prices were reasonable. Everyone left with happy, full bellies. I would definitely come back here if I was in the area!

Lauren J.

Yelp
This place is amazing. We got the sweet chili half fried chicken, Danji ramen, kimchi bulgogi roll and a waffle. Everything was super fresh and hot with tons of flavor. Beware of spice though- if you're sensitive to spice make sure to ask for something lower on the heat scale. Service was also superb. The staff was friendly and always there whenever we needed but never overbearing (the buzzers at each table helped too). We definitely will be back.

Yelp
I found this place on Yelp when looking for a place to have lunch. It is located near Mall of Georgia. The food was delicious. I ordered the fried rice, drumsticks (sweet soy garlic), salad, corn lunch special.
google avatar

Regina F.

Yelp
I used recommend this place. The food used to outweigh the staffs performance but now playing with their phones, not looking you in the face when you're 2 feet in front of them while taking our order but most importantly the prices are getting out of hand. It seems like every time we come they raise the prices but the quantities are getting smaller. For example, they got rid of the big cups for soda but charge more now. On to the next

Yelp
I was completely impressed. I loved that they had Korean street foods, casual & comfort Korean foods. I was provided with the fish cake stew which is delicious, I love having broth with my food! I ordered Tuna Rice Balls, Garlic Cheese Chicken & Bulgogi Kimbap. The serving sizes were HUGE. I mean, this was the largest kimbap i've ever seen! (see photos!) I was full after two tuna rice balls, but everything was so delicious I couldn't stop eating! Note: I dined inside. All of the servers were wearing masks & hand sanitizer was provided at the table. Seems like the building used to be another chain, but they took it over & created a great concept! I wish I lived closer to order the tuna rice balls more often, guess I'll have to learn to make them myself lol. All of the food was not only delicious but delicious looking as well. As far as the atmosphere: they had a funny Korean food show on the televisions and music I can only describe as 'H-mart Playlist' lol I didn't think I'd ever say this but I can't wait to go back to Buford (?!)

Yelp
Throughly enjoyed the experience, service was friendly, fast. Answered all the questions. And the dishes are huge serving. This is a great spot to have a meal.

Yelp
Tried to give this staff the benefit of the doubt. Really, I did because I think it could be a great regular hit up. But when you consistently get below mediocre customer service, then you know you're not crazy. I'd give this place 5 stars if it weren't for their awful customer service and bad stench!

Yelp
I always come here when I crave Korean food around the mall. I always get the same things, and it always is delicious.
