Dank Depot

I stopped by Dank Depot while I was in Cathedral City, and I’m really glad I did. The staff was friendly and made the whole experience smooth and relaxed. Their prices are super reasonable compared to other spots I’ve visited, and they had a solid variety to choose from. But what really stood out to me was the lounge. Hands down, the best one I’ve seen in Cathedral City — clean, chill vibes, and a great place to take your time. You can tell they put thought into the space. Definitely a go-to if you’re looking for a welcoming spot in the area.

The shop looks amazing 🤩 completely renovated ❤️. Dank depot has an ATM machine. I was able to pull out cash no problem. Friendly, & knowledgable staff. They speak Spanish as well 👍. They are offering 25 % percent off your first 3 visits . DD has way more products available with more on the way 👍. Fyi The shop is under new management.

To whom it may concern. I have been a Dank Depot client for about five years now. I went to Dank Depot yesterday and Susan was my bud tender. I told her that I don’t really like smoking pot, but I have really bad back pains and she recommended gummy’s that are half-and-half THC and half CBD. Needless to say my back is better and Susan was amazing. Great people skills great sales person. Not sure what she’s getting paid but she needs a raise. The next time I go, I’m gonna request for Susan because she makes me feel at home I thank Depot. Thank you, Susan. You rock. To Dank D Depot you need to get more varieties of Gummies. Like you used to before. Besides that everything’s all good.

Mich and Denise are the absolute best. They always keep me informed on deals for my cartridges. My wife loves them. Thanks friends

Today’s review is a 1 star because of the poor customer service I received. I’ve been here several times and received awesome customer service but it seemed liked she didn’t want to be there. It started because their ATM has been broken for a while now and the info they need from you to use your card is ridiculous. Showing ID is one thing but to put my drivers license number in their system didn’t make any sense to me. So I’m asking questions why they need this and she got an attitude saying you can go get cash! I’m like thank you and walked out. Will never be back. I go places for customer service when I’m spending time my money. If you don’t like your job you should being working here. It’s sad because I liked this place previously.

Stopped in for the first time and they had a buy one get a free gift promo happening. I thought that was cool until I got home and realized the free gummies expired in a week and were stale and had no potency left. If you're going to do a promo, do it right.

Dank Depot sells THC that is a year plus older and it's terrible. When they tell you that THC does not expire it absolutely does. They sold me $112 worth of expired products and the owner basically told me to off and would not even talk to me on the phone. The owner of this company needs to take a seminar on how to properly sell THC. Because anyone that sells anything that is over five months old is stealing from their customers in plain sight and you guys allow it , eyes wide open. I will NEVER allow it again. Do not shop at Dank Depot. Let's boycott Dank Depot for selling OLD WEED oh and I bought wax. You might want to check that label too it's a year old. If you go there, people check the labels they sell old stuff literally a year old. (we've only just began.) you should've called me owner!! I'm just saying!! ‍

Hours not as listed. Very frustrating when the OPEN sign is on, the door is locked and they basically tell us we can't come in without a reason. Oh and we drove 35 min... will not be returning lol

What a great find in the plethora of pot shops in the Coachella Valley. Why this one? My husband and I had been frequenting numerous shops but Dank Depot warmly welcomed us. At our age, 65, it can be overwhelming with the names and variations of product. The people behind the counter took their time answering our many questions AND we received the much-coveted senior-citizen discount! Dank Depot has mucho parking and is easy to locate. Again, great customer service, fantastic and varied products, easy to locate, as well as discounts.

They list themselves as accepting Credit and Debit cards. They are cash only with an ATM.

Have been buying there for awhile but bought a one once jar of Wunderland buds a week ago (Claims state packaged 6/11/21) and this was terrible in quality and taste. It was dry and harsh and very little buzz felt. The cost was 224.00. I called they do not allow returns offered me a 20% discount on another purchase but I declined. We will not return again and I think you should try a small amount before investing in an ounce.

Probably the best in the desert all around IMO staff is friendly prices are good and selection is as well, kinda upset I went somewhere closer yesterday.

I went in this place a few days ago and they are so awesome. Place had a nice selection of edibles, very clean and a few new products I haven't seen in other shops. All the girls that work there are so happy and friendly. Most defiantly will be back. I used to love shopping here until I recently bought a cartridge that didn't work. I assumed they would return or exchange it no problem, but I was told to clean my battery or try a different battery. When I spend $67 dollars on a cartridge I just assume It will work. When I returned a second time to tell them the cartridge still didn't work they just shrugged and told me some batteries and cartridges just aren't compatible. The manger didn't even bother to come out to talk to me. I know these shops are making a ton of money, but what a joke. I won't be back.

Just went in today asked for kings garden shatter and specifically asked if it was shatter still not sugar they said yes and I get home to sugar they said I can come in and they would refund me but im not about to waste my gas for for this just next time maybe before they say yes right away they can make sure or maybe dont call it shatter waste of 50 when it's not what u want

I'm a rep for Heavy Hitters and I love Dank Depot the girls here are they best, they are so welcoming and always smiling. The shop is always clean and beautiful. I also love they dank-depot photo back drop they have for selfies in the lobby. It's really an awesome open welcoming shop with great products at good prices too I love the vibes at dank depot. Always worth the visit.

Fantastic selection and service. The staff was so sweet and took a lot of time walking me through strain suggestions. Lots of flower, lots of edibles, lots of oils bath bombs and all kinds of fun to be had. Will return any time I'm in Palm Springs.

Best spot out in the desert! Cant say enough about this place always telling people to stop by and give them a try! The amount of product they have is amazing not to mention the workers all being knowledgeable in all aspectts! Makes choosing your meds easy! Oh and definitely the best customer service always treated great on every visit! Cant wait to swing by soon!

I've been ordering from these guys for almost 2yrs straight. I don't know if there's been a change in management or ownership, but they used to care about good communication and customer service, now all of that, is out the window . Not only did I have to wait 6hrs for a delivery last night, with no communication as to why until it passed 3.5hrs and I reached out, but received something that wasn't what I ordered. Previously, they would apologize and try to rectify the situation. I texted them and they blamed the supplier and ignored my text. Just Google other delivery dispensaries, there are plenty of better ones out there. Save yourselves the headache.

I absolutely love this place! All the girls are super nice and very knowledgeable, they make you feel comfortable and they make great conversation, the prices are great, they have an awesome selection to choose from. The lounge is hella cute and if you're in there hopefully Peaches is working . Peaches is hella cool and easy to talk with and a very nice girl :). I highly recommend that you come by and get your fix here. 10/10

They decided to rip-off their customers by implementing a $3.00 charge card fee during a global economic crisis. They have lost my business for good.

I came to this location because I drove past them all the time I'm always hearing about them I heard they had really great selection and service I walked in and after they buzz me through the doors and there's two girlsthete. One in a baseball cap and overalls made me feel stupid about the selection but I was trying to find and she just made me feel really dumb and I don't really feel like that's great customer service so if I could I would definitely give tank depot negative stars if that was possible they really need to work on the people that they have there because that is not customer service. Very rude. The other girl ended up helping me after the first chick walked away on me.

Sarah is very helpful and knows allot about the products. She explained the different strands and what they do. I am light weight so i definitely needed lots of help and had pleanty of questions. The security guy was very nice as well. I will be back fo sho..

Dank Depot is the best spot in the valley. they have integrity and stand behind all of their products with so much knowledge on it all. it's a distinct experience here compared to any other dispensary or delivery, anywhere around. i come in and find anything that fits my price range. i cant wait to see this place keep growing and look forward to keep seeing all my favorite female staff there. they're so welcoming and make sure you leave with what you need. i LOVE this place
