Danny and Clyde's Gas

For years & years I have looooved Danny & Clyde's!! It's stays consistent years after year. From the customer service, to the friendliness of the entire staff, to the top notch poboys, seafood, and every food item that's served, they have never failed my expectations. Ever. Deee-licious!! And plenty of food especially for the price!😋💯

Great food and great service!!! Can't go wrong with the hot roast beef or shrimp po-boy! The red beans and rice are good. Creamy and smokey flavor. I use to eat here a lot when I lived here. Glad nothing has changed!

The people say this is a well-known family orientation environment- so Fam whats up?!- Thought we could break bread but nooooo had to stand at the counter to get a teachable moment about coming in with a $100 bill at 7pm. Was told to only bring in a $20 bill ok...ohhhh ok...was happy to come get a piece of the family love but love didn't live at this location-Still purchased items but ain't nothing like Orleans parish love Baby.

Terrible! Haven't gotten food from here in a long time and now I remember why. First of all they didn't have any roast beef, second I asked for swiss cheese and I got American not only that but there was hardly any meat on the sandwich. What happened to the overstuffed sandwiches you used to get? The chili cheese fries were awful. Barely any chili or cheese and they tasted undercooked. Such a disappointment and waste of my money. I won't make the mistake of going here again.

So this morning was most unusual but in a good way. Danny and Clyde's on Clearview is a very unique store. I actually witnessed some genuine , exceptional customer service this morning.. Ms. Zoie has a multi-tasking talent you just don't see anymore. and her coworker, Ms. Kk will have you returning to Danny and Clyde's for everything you think Danny and Clyde's can provide you with. Furthermore, as i ventured thru the rest of the store, I started noticing that Danny and Clyde's has the type of employees that ALL go above and beyond for their customers and each other, as well. if ever you need a store that'll make you feel appreciated for spending your money with them , visit Danny and Clyde's on Clearview and W. Napoleon 1st shift a.k.a. morning shift. You are sure to receive a feeling warmth and welcome.

They sure don’t make you feel welcomed. 9am in the morning and the seats are still up on the tables. From the street it looks like they’re closed for business. It also makes people feel like they cannot order food and sit down and enjoy it.

Tasty authentic New Orleans PoBoy. Surf and turf combo was great. Bread was soft. Dressed well. Easy stop off I-10 if you’re passing through.

Google maps says it's open at 4am, but it doesn't open till 5am.
