The DANZA restaurant is in Ludwigsburg. It is part of the Forum am Schlosspark, one of the largest culture and congress centres in Baden-Württemberg. The Forum hosts every year top-class productions in dance, concert and opera. This is also were the name DANZA restaurant comes from: DANZA means dancing in Spanish and yes it is really true, in this restaurant all your senses are dancing with happiness. Restaurant manger André and his team let you really dance! The service team is great, super friendly and what their kitchen chef with his teams celebrates, is fine dining at its best! The daily menu comes with great dishes and if you want, their chef produces you also a great 4, 5 or 6 course menu. This is in our opinion the best restaurant this region has seen in the past 15+ years. It was already good with the previous team, but the new chef makes it even better. We had the full tasting menu - it was excellent, but what we found particularly good are the bold flavors. In Germany, particularly in this region, we are used to more muted flavors, as the people generally prefer milder tastes, and the chefs are careful not to offend them by not meeting expectations; also courses tend to follow the classical French gourmet template, to avoid any surprises. This is not the case at Danza - the flavors are bold and intensive, and the courses show imagination, bordering on experimental. Closer to the Basque gourmet, rather than typical French. We hope to see it soon rewarded by Michelin and others.

Solide Küche in einem schönen Teil des Schlossparks mit netter Terrasse. Waren im Rahmen eines Events dort und bekam ein komplett veganes Menü. Nichts ausgefallenes aber geschmacklich gut. Die Bedienung war freundlich und angenehm zurückhaltend. Ambiente ist super!

Essen auf Sterneniveau, exzellente Weinbegleitung, toller Service, ein schönes Ambiente - und das alles zu fairen Preisen. Vom Gruß aus der Küche bis zum Dessert ist jedes Gericht durchdacht, in höchster Qualität zubereitet, und auch immer mit dem einen oder anderen raffinierten Detail versehen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Ein neuer, junger und sehr sympathischer Koch zaubert Sterne-Niveau zu einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auf den Teller. Der Service agiert perfekt jedoch locker genug um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen. Die empfohlenen Weine passten perfekt zu den aromatischen Speisen. Ein rundum gelungener Abend!!!

Sehr toll gestaltetes Restaurant. Als erstes das Essen war hervorragend, tolles Handwerk und Aromen.Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und die Jacken wurden uns abgenommen. Wir hatten einmal das Theater Menü 3 Gänge und ein selbst zusammen gestelltes 3 Gänge Menü a la Carte. Service war sehr nett und aufmerksam, erklärte sehr gut die Speisen. Die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm und entspannt. Die Weinkarte ist klein aber fein. Das Restaurant DANZA ist absolute Weiterempfehlung.
