Yelp
Food -- oysters and salad apps were fresh and carefully curated, branzino was tasty and healthy, the lamb burger pays homage to and surpasses the iconic Breslin burger from nyc
Cocktails -- easily the best in the Hamptons, clear that there's a real mixologist present. In addition to trying the choices on the menu (Asian Poire was a standout), we also asked them to make us martinis (always a test of a bar's acumen) and they were on point
Service -- not your typical clueless Hamptons waiters, ours new how the drinks were served, ideal temperature of the burger and fish, and took great care to be always present without hovering
Ambiance -- we went on peak time in Saturday night, sat indoors, place was packed both in and outside, and as other reviewers pointed out it was loud. Not sure what they were expecting when they go out in the Hamptons, but I imagine it's less crowded and not as loud early or on a week day evening.
Not cheap but shockingly not crazy expensive either for the quality of food and service, especially given it's the Hamptons.
